Nifty is an award-winning task management app to plan tasks, build workflows, and automate reporting in one collaborative workspace.
I like the integration with Zoom. And also really love the UI/UX.
CNAME has long been delayed its still on their road map for a long time.

Really easy to use project management tool
Pros:
Nifty is really competitively priced and has a lot of features for small and larger businesses. The UI is easy to navigate and it has a dedicated desktop app so you don't need to have yet another tab open in your browser. There's a generous free plan for people who don't have complex needs or just want to try it out, but the subscription cost isn't excessive for full features.
Cons:
I'm a beginner with using Nifty, and although there are a lot of FAQ guides which cater to many different use cases, it still takes time to figure out exactly how to set everything up. Once everything is up and running, though, it works well.
Streamlined Collaboration With Nifty
Comments: its integration options and intuitive interface make it a reliable choice for modern teams aiming for effective collaboration.
Pros:
Niftys Team Communication offers a streamlined collaboration experience with real-time messaging, file sharing, and project management tools.
Cons:
What I like list is the occasional glitches.
terrible customer service. Charging too much and not replying to any e-mails or chat requests.
Cons:
Nifty has charged me too much money and fails to give me any clarity regarding this subject. I have been e-mailing, chatting through various ways without even a single response in the past few weeks. It is impossible to cancel or change my plan myself (which should be easy, seeing their FAQ) and they are still charging too much. Do not buy this service.
It helps ensure the continuity of updates to achieve the best follow-up
Comments: With Nifty, the knowledge base has become available to all members, and the transfer and documentation of updates has become continuous at all times.
Pros:
Nifty has everything I need to organize my daily workflow and build a knowledge base that supports continuous updates. I love the ease of creating lists and collecting data through them. I love looking at the dashboard that keeps me constantly updated with colleagues about everything new and achieves quick response to any requests. It is great that with Nifty we have automated dashboards that reflect updates directly and can be used to provide a live display of the level of progress and clarify many statistics at any time. I love the ease of adopting Nifty as an effective means of communication that enables me to reduce the movement between applications and complete more than one task from one station.
Cons:
Nifty is easy to use, I just need more freedom to customize some reports or ready-made templates, to appear in a way that is completely suitable for our needs.
Nifty review
Pros:
One of its best features is the ability to combine task management, time tracking, and team communication all in one platform.
Cons:
customization options are relatively basic, so for teams with complex workflows or unique needs, it may feel restrictive.

Project Management at your hands
Pros:
Nifty is a great tool if you are looking for a decent project management tool. It is very easy to begin with. The project tracking is easy since it has various project tacking facilities such as Kanban and timelines. The price is also the most affordable and reasonable price. The Customer support feature is on point as well.
Cons:
If this is the first time using a project management tool this might be a bit confusing but overtime you will explore the software and you will get used to its features.
Review of Nifty
Pros:
Nifty offers users many added features for project management, including but not limited to team collaboration, scheduling across multiple projects simultaneously and financial reporting for budgeting purposes.
Cons:
Nifty should consider the option to add more templates for enhanced reporting purposes and project goals. Therefore, various users needs would be met to prevent shortfalls in accomplishing goals.

Avis nifty
Comments: it is a very good software for business development but it does not have a free access plan.
Pros:
I highly recommend toodledo software to anyone who wants to increase their productivity in a company.Wow, this is very good software. It's like I'm moving with my office. The application is very mobile. I work everywhere and follow the steps of each task
Cons:
The only drawback I found for this application is that it does not have a free trial plan. Otherwise it works very well. If the designers can include this plan, it would be good
Nifty - team access
Comments: Nifty was ok for us, except for team members access.
Pros:
Nifty was fine for me to use, and the general layout good to work with. Client access feature is good.
Cons:
Several team members had difficulty accessing Nifty even though they had been added as part of the team.
Streamlined Collaberation
Comments: Like the clean and intuitive interface and the task management is flexible and easy to use.
Pros:
Ability to track tasks with customizations to the workflows that aligns with members of team.
Cons:
A con is limited reporting capabilities that makes it a bit more difficult to analyze data.
Alternatives Considered:
Best Value Project Management App
Comments: Nifty allows us to have a place where we can get all ideas out of our heads, and into a place where they can be prioritized and where we can create action plans for each item. We're so glad to have a tool as robust and powerful as Nifty!
Pros:
Nifty is more than we could hope for, at the price point. The best part about Nifty is how quickly they are releasing new features to improve their product. Their support team is second to none, as well. We get responses almost instantaneously, every time we need help with something. In terms of features and functionality, this app has it all!
Cons:
There is only ONE THING that we truly have a gripe about, with Nifty. The SEARCH algorithm is not great. There's so many times we're searching for something and just can't find the thing we're searching for, despite knowing that we're using the correct keyword. I would LOVE to see them implement an Algolia search tool within nifty, or do something to create a better COMPREHENSIVE search function. If a word exists somewhere in a task, comment, native doc, google doc, sub-task, tag, project name, milestone, etc.... we should be able to quickly and easily find it. This is the only CON that we've run into with Nifty, time and time again.

Fast and helpful PM tool for business needs
Comments: All in all, I quite enjoy working inside Nifty and using it for almost all of my business projects and tasks.
Pros:
For me the most important are: - time tracking feature for each task, which allows us to track exact time needed to complete certain processes - internal chat - which is helping us communicate without email, - kanban and list view - which are essential, - also swimlane and calendar views - are great additions - Nifty docs - which allow creating internal documents - ability to import Gdrive docs and sheets - and to work with them inside Nifty - nice looking dark mode
Cons:
What I'd like to see /or have improved in Nifty: - improved subtasks - ability to create sub-subtasks - more dependency options - only basic is available - "if A isn't completed, block B" - more reminder options - utilizing email and SMS - Nifty lacks the ability to drag the screen left and right with left mouse button by clicking anywhere (you have to click on the narrow bottom bar and drag your screen this way which isn't v. convenient)
Alternatives Considered:
An easy and complete project management saas that doesn't try to be everything !
Comments: Nifty is helping us stay organized, keep at the top knowing what, when, who, how everything happens.
Pros:
There's regular updates. Not only new functionality. They are actually listening to feedback and getting existing functionality better regularly. Nifty is a project manager. It doesn't try to be "everything", which many others are trying to do nowadays, losing quality and coherence.
Cons:
There is a learning curve and you will have to take a little time in Nifty before you can really enjoy working with it.

Boost Your Productivity with Nifty
Comments: I try to use Nifty in Desktop and Mobile. Also use with another computers, that help me to use a remote desktop to manage tasks, the DOCs help in this way too. We can open a new document in google docs and start from anywhere any project.
Pros:
I used Click Up and Monday, and the similarity is a pro. Bisides that, its a unique app, that help me to boost my productivity. I will try to use the API with N8N to automate some tasks (with Nifty you have the option of automation also). The customer support also is very responsive team with questions.
Cons:
Portfolios and projects could have some customization to organize, we can only organize with the A-Z. It could be a drag and drop.
Alternatives Considered:
Modern, forward-facing project management with a gorgeous interface
Comments: I love using Nifty. It is clean, they are always updating the software, and it has been well supported. I enjoy having a task management app that is full-featured but doesn't run slow. 99% of what I need is already there, and I'm finding new features all the time that I get usage out of. The interface, the client portal features, and more make it really enjoyable and flexible for the way I use it, which is to manage client projects and tasks while also having a place for documents and agreements and embedding analytics for clients to see all in one place.
Pros:
I love how well laid out Nifty is. Everything is very clean and easy to see, easy to read, and a joy to use. The site is snappy and not slow like many other tools I've used. Nifty has almost every feature I need, minus a couple of organizational features. But I'm able to manage as many projects as I need, create custom tables and fields, and even have a client portal where I can let clients see and manage tasks, documents, and even embed things like reports, videos and pretty much anything else that can be embedded. I also love how you can use cName so put your whole Nifty account into your own custom domain on your site, which looks better for clients. This is AMAZING in a tool of this price.
Cons:
I really wish there was one more level of nesting for projects, so I can have multiple projects under a single brand. It's not terrible as I can create multiple portfolios and put them inside it. But one more level would allow me to organize things a little better, which is the only thing I miss from my previous task management app. I would also love to have the ability to embed a pre-sorted "finished tasks" view easily. Right now, it doesn't properly sort tasks when your client visits a shared view. The email system where you can add tasks and documents through email works most of the time, but I've had it not add things a few times.
Alternatives Considered:
The BEST Project Management Tool; I actually use it!
Comments: For me, it houses everything in one place that I regularly reference, so my notes, my links, accounts, reminders, tasks, schedules, everything is all in here so I don't have to go to multiple places to handle client work.
Pros:
I like the usability; it's very user friendly and my clients love how simple it is.I have used a few other project management software, but Nifty is by far my favorite. All of the features and functions pulled into one place. There are a few features that Nifty does not have like a Gantt chart, but I haven't used that feature in other software often nor have I relied on it, so so far, it's been wonderful for me. I've used it more often than I did my pro Asana account. Sometimes, having too many options leaves you not wanting to use the software at all, so I love the simplicity of Nifty. With that being said, there are still a lot more options and features that can be utilized - for those who use them - I just don't need anything incredible robust for my use. It's also really helpful for my clients to be able to assign tasks and see how far along we're coming 🤗
Cons:
So far, I don't have any cons from Nifty

Great product and always working on new features to make it better.
Comments: It's been great and the support has been amazing. I keep using it knowing more features will come and that you listen to your users.
Pros:
The options and how you can change settings per project.
Cons:
My biggest issue is partially my fault but also could be something I'm missing. One thing that would make the Kaban layout perfect would be to auto move tasks. If it's "In PRogress" and I check the box, have it automatically move to "In Review" and notify anyone that needs to review it. Instead I have to manually move it over and it never gets checked. I keep NOT using it because I want it to keep moving down the pipline.I keep ending up using note taking apps as thats a huge part of how I work. If there was a way to intergrate with craft.do and even have my note be attatched to different parts that would be great.
Nifty Review
Comments: It was very easy to use, easy to navigate
Pros:
Easy to use working smoothly and fun to work with
Cons:
Having to search for certain items and the time it t takes for them to come up
THE NEW NIFTY PRODUCT ON THE MARKET
Comments: My overall experience would have to be a 9/10
Pros:
I love how eady it was to set up and get started took liitle effort.
Cons:
I cant really say there was anything i could point 2 that i woukd say i disliked about Nifty.
Nifty, a nifty project management tool
Comments: Nifty proves itself as an effective project management tool with continuous enhancements over time. Previously, I thought it was very limiting due to the lack of API, which prevented me from being able to integrate it into my workflow with other tools that they don't integrate with. Although its interface could use simplification for better user experience (because it can look quite cluttered and overwhelming), its competitive pricing and generous feature availability even on the free plan makes it a worthy consideration!
Pros:
- Continuous improvements and updates over the years, with several integrations and API added- More features available on the free plan compared to competitors like Asana- More simple and straightforward compared to apps like ClickUp, which is quite bloated- Better value for the price compared to the alternatives
Cons:
- UI/UX might be a bit complicated for users accustomed to Asana- not the best for scrum methodology- the interface can feel cluttered, potentially disrupting workflow until you get used to it

Great All-Round software
Comments: Positive. Bought a lifetime plan. Never looked back.
Pros:
Features all my favourite tools rolled into one piece of software
Cons:
Will many powerful features the interface and usability becomes clustered and confusing for newbies.
Nifty kinda does it all, and does it well.
Comments: I work for a fully remote corporate level e-learning developer and we work across multiple clients and projects/portfolio's at any given time. Nifty handles the needs of our team to work collaboratively across projects with different milestone types and requirements with ease. I would highly recommend it to any remote team or otherwise.
Pros:
Nifty has so many features and constant updates unlock more and more features which is great value and functionality. Manage projects and work flows with complete confidence
Cons:
It's not a file management system or wiki... so use something else to do your database work.

Best Task Managing app
Comments: Overall is pretty good as ham the OCD person so need everything organised so this app is best fit for me but just refreshing issue is kinda con for me right now.
Pros:
Task managing & segregation methods availablility
Cons:
some time notification gets delayed, also some time need to refresh the app for new notification - I think there should be real time auto refreshment for the app
Excellent tool for project management and communication
Pros:
I use it daily for communicating with my team on multiple projects, planning sprints and executing deliveries like a boss. This is one of the most underrated tool.
Cons:
The only thing missing is to apply multiple tags to cards at once which needs to there.

Global Project Management At Speed & Scale
Comments: While this is my developers chosen platform, and I didn't like it at first, I now see the power of Nifty and like it very much and have started to implement this for organizing many of my projects.
Pros:
Nifty can manage my group of developers worldwide and in the country, eliminating the need to use many other heavy and clunky services, like Slack, which keeps everything organized and in flow. The Gantt charting helps see the progression of projects moving through the pipeline.
Cons:
Notifications are weak; they still, to this date, do not send email notification updates even though that setting has been turned on. No updates or notifications popped up until I downloaded the iPhone app, which I shouldn't need another phone app to work on a desktop, but somehow, once I downloaded the app, at least notifications started popping up on Chrome Desktop. And yes, the notification settings were already turned on in Chrome, so something was blocking the delivery of notifications, which are necessary for delivery timing.
