Excellent tool with many options. Great even in the limited free version.

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Excellent. I use it for contacts and to keep track of emails, and it is a great help. The integration with Gmail makes it very easy to save all the emails, and even to send emails directly from Hubspot. It is really a great help.

Pros:

I love the flexibility it offers in customising some fields, including in the free version. It is a great way to start using and testing it before engaging in a more advanced use.

Cons:

Some parts of the user management are not ideal, meaning that, for example, it is impossible to read a thread of emails.

Alternatives Considered: Zoho CRM

Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: It was very complete and it offered a lot of features and possibility for customisation.

Good product for marketing

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: Overall good experience. A bit of learning curve in using and implementation.

Pros:

Getting and reviewing marketing data analytics. We integrated this in our website to analyze web traffic.

Cons:

Administrator dashboard is not very intuitive for less technical users. Our marketing team needed help from our internal technicians.

Alternatives Considered: Zoho Marketing Plus

Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: Both products are good. We just wanted to test which one works best with our website implementation.

Not sure why they have such great reviews

3.0 4 months ago

Comments: Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.

Pros:

It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.

Cons:

Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.

Pros:

I really enjoy the ability to have others contact our team in real time.

Cons:

I do not like that there is no verification of phone numbers. A lot of people will leave numbers that are not in service or just do not exist.

Powerful tool with huge capabilities

4.0 2 months ago New

Pros:

It is an all-in-one tool and much more user friendly and intuitive compared to Salesforce for instance.

Cons:

The pricing structure can escalate quickly, especially for small businesses. Even more if you are working with big contact lists and require advanced features.

A Very Flexible Option at a Reasonable Price

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Overall, our experience has been very positive. We have been able to do quite a bit with the basic setup plus custom objects. Any time I need to integrate another platform, it's pretty straightforward.

Pros:

It's a really powerful tool that integrates well with the rest of our tech stack.

Cons:

The menus and navigation are confusing at the best of times. They don't label things the most intuitive names and move things around frequently, so if you don't keep up with their emails and info articles, sometimes you're in for a real surprise when you go to find a feature/menu item.`

User friendly but moderate learning curve

4.0 10 months ago

Comments: Our overall conversion rate increased for 18% to 29% after we started using hubspot... We still have to completely utilize the features and I am sure we will hit over 35% in next year..

Pros:

User friendly interface with all major features available in basic subscription.. campaign management is very easy and tracking campaign results is very detailed and analytics is very helpful. Email marketing and communication tool is very easy to use and creating email template is very easy and one can design responsive email templates with easy drop and design tool.

Cons:

The platform itself has some learning curve..one need some moderate time to learn each and every feature. Though they have video tutorials but still you may need to take some YouTube tutorial if you have never used a marketing tool before..

Alternatives Considered: Zoho CRM and LeadSquared

Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: Hubspot have better features compared to price charged by other options .

Internal or External - Solid Email Management, Data Collection and CRM

3.0 12 months ago

Comments: It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.

Pros:

It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.

Cons:

It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.

Alternatives Considered: ClickFunnels, LeadsPedia and Mailchimp

Reasons for Choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub: I'd used the three separate services in different ventures in the past. Someone turned me onto HubSpot and showed me I could do all three in one.

Switched From: ClickFunnels, LeadsPedia and Mailchimp

Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: I used them before, but someone showed me HubSpot could do it all, including the email part. That was the biggest selling point.

The best space to achieve continuous tracking and winning new deals.

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: With HubSpot all your updates in one place, boost collaboration and engagement around everything that's driving new deals.

Pros:

HubSpot is easy to use, its amazing dashboards help me seamlessly collaborate and manage my marketing tasks. HubSpot keeps everything in one place, clear and easy to track. I love how it seamlessly connects email, calendar, keeping my team and I on the same page at all times. I love how HubSpot captures every detail from the source and provides very detailed data that helps me reach better targeting. The live analytics let me instantly adjust campaigns and see results improve immediately. I love how I can pull up reports that show everything about the opportunities our team is working on.

Cons:

HubSpot has everything we need, simplifies tasks without complications. Incorporating some charts can help us understand the current situation faster.

Powerful, but not affordable for micro/small businesses

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Very positive, but the pricing model doesn't work for us.

Pros:

HubSpot has a great balance between features and user-friendly interfaces. Almost anyone can set it up to do what they need to, without training or expert help.

Cons:

While powerful, HubSpot isn't exactly friendly for micro and small companies. Advanced features cost too much for businesses with just a select few clients/customers. It's only suited for companies with large volume/very high ARR from each clients. Spending few hundred, and upwards of 1,000 per month is not feasible for most. I would much prefer a usage-based pricing, rather than "feature gating". A company with a dozen of clients using advanced features doesn't "cost" HubSpot nearly the same as a massive company using the same features. Pricing is relatively similar whether you have 10 or 1,000 contacts, and that made us stop using HubSpot as a micro company focused on relationships, not volume.

The only marketing CRM I'll ever use

5.0 8 months ago

Pros:

It's incredibly user friendly and HubSpot has the best support and help center.

Cons:

I don't love the new navigation/toolbar! I don't think it's super intuitive. Maybe I just need to get used to it since I used the old nav for 7+ years, but it could use some improvements.

The perfect CRM for new businesses

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: I've recommended HubSpot to my clients for its ease of use and simplicity to set up. They also have simple integrations with SSO that make managing your contact lists super easy.

Pros:

I like the affordable pricing plans they have, and even with a basic plan you can pass through up to 10 unique UTMs to better measure conversions throughout your funnel more efficiently,

Cons:

I like everything about it for a small to mid sized business.

Very happy with HubSpot Marketing Hub

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: The automation features have streamlined our processes, and the audience segmentation allows for personalized communication that boosts engagement. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for our team, and the analytics tools provide valuable insights. Overall, HubSpot has greatly improved our marketing efficiency and customer connections.

Pros:

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it helps businesses attract, engage, and convert customers through great digital marketing tools. It also includes solutions for sales, customer service, and customer relationship management. It's a great CRM. I love marketing automation and social media management

Cons:

Some customization features, such as advanced email template or landing page customization, can be somewhat limited compared to other platforms, which may not meet the needs of businesses looking for a fully tailored experience.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Review

4.0 9 months ago

Comments: My overall experience has been a positive one because it delivers real-world results with improved customer satisfaction and customer acquisition. I would recommend it to media-centric organisations.

Pros:

I liked its ease of use most because it made it usable by all our editorial team without needing extra training, saving time and costs. Other features I like include the automation features such as automated scheduling and AI-aided content suggestion which significantly improves the quality and relevance of our content.

Cons:

What I liked least about HubSpot is its high costs which make it relatively unaffordable for small enterprises.

Simplified my work in so many ways!

4.0 6 months ago

Pros:

What drew me most to Hubspot is how user-friendly the interface is and how intuitive the workflows are. With so many software products are there, it can be overwhelming (and time consuming) to have to learn everything all over again. But with how easy this was from the very beginning, it helped me feel at peace with my decision and hopeful for how it would change my business. I have been able to easily to create targeted campaigns and track performance.

Cons:

I have not had the best customer service experience which is not an indicator of the product itself (that has been wonderful) but more so the company. I can see how that would be a deterrent for someone to renew any contract, even if the product is incredible.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

4.0 11 months ago

Pros:

HubSpot provides a centralized platform for managing Ad Campaigns and Ad Sequences, ensuring quick access and ease of reference. Additionally, HubSpot offers a comprehensive overview of key metrics such as impressions, clicks, deals, expenditure, and ROI. In terms of email marketing, HubSpot's Marketing email tool simplifies the process of drafting, scheduling, and analyzing email campaigns. It offers detailed analytics on recipient engagement, delivery rates, and campaign performance. Furthermore, HubSpot includes a lead capture tool for creating forms that can be integrated into websites or emails. These forms can include customizable CTAs and provide insightful data analysis options. One standout feature of HubSpot is its organized structure, with dedicated sections for various functionalities. Within each section, there are intuitive analytics and reporting tools that prove to be highly beneficial and convenient.

Cons:

Marketing Hub can be a bit steep. Some users may find it challenging to navigate all of the features and settings at first. However, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to use and fully leverage its capabilities.
