The most powerful yet easy to use project and task management system
Comments: Great onboarding, very responsive support, always helpful with configuration and customizations, if needed. The teams get started with the system in a matter of hours, it is very intuitive. Also noticed that updates and new features come out very often, with tutorials and quick tours, great software!
Pros:
The key value is GoodDay's flexibility, easy of use, and visualization of all work - makes daily work extremely organized and transparent, almost on auto-pilot
Cons:
If I had to pick something, some users have mentioned mobile app could be better, but I do not necessarily agree
Alternatives Considered: Jira, Trello, monday.com and Asana
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: More flexibility, easier to get started, better visualization of work through various views, better pricing.

Best Project management software for mid-small size company.
Comments: After evaluating more than 12 project management tools we finally settled for GoodDay as it was the best from easy to use, easy to customize views based on individual's need. Also, for small company pricing is also important and we found that GoodDay pricing is very competitive.
Pros:
Best thing is it provides different type of views for the same project information and it helps a lot in viewing project from different perspective. Goodday is designed by keeping very small but essential features in mind and that makes it very easy to use product. Very fast loading of tasks data, various type of reports are awesome. Task planning by manager on behalf of your team mates is superb feature. Many more excellent things are there compare to other project management tool.
Cons:
Initially we tried free version and there are many paid features but unfortunately in order to try those paid features they don't have any trial period. It compulsory requires purchase of subscription to even see how are those features.
Alternatives Considered: Jira, Microsoft Project, Wrike and Asana
Reasons for Choosing GoodDay: Lack of features and lots of limitations when it comes to handle complex project with multiple branch and multiple parallel activity.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: Lots of features and customization based on our organization need was available and competitive pricing.
Lack of information for Refunds! Hard to deal with support!
Comments: I was in a free trial then paid for a plan but changed my mind. This happened over a month ago and they won't send a refund back!! Good luck with this company if you want any refunds!
Pros:
Easy enough setup. Layout looks okay to deal with.
Cons:
Repeating tasks. could not get that to work properly.
Near-perfect with little rough corners.
Comments: We love it - period.
Pros:
The UI is great. No more issues like with our previous software. Thinks work, no lags, you can get stuff done in so much less time. Let's very self-explanatory.
Cons:
You can't auto-expand subtasks at all, especially not by default.
Alternatives Considered: ActiveCollab
Reasons for Choosing GoodDay: ClickUp has terrible performance, doesn't offer self-hosting / on premise, and forced us on higher pricing. They have database issues, they have terrible UX and just make their UI beautiful over functional. GoodDay hit the almost perfect spot between good UX and good UI. There's a few rough corners, but they are little compared to the mess that is ClickUp.
Switched From: ClickUp
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: Better UI, more customization, CRM system, company seems less likely to IPO or get bought up (often, companies that do that degrade in quality)
Online project management tool, packed with features.
Comments: I recommend GD to people who need something more robust than the free tools out there, and want something that has a lot of features for a reasonable price.
Pros:
GoodDay has great basic PM tools - Kanban board, Gantt charts, etc. It is flexible in its views, allowing me to bring to the front the features I am using. My company manages multiple projects, and GoodDay has become essential to our work flow. I really like the Action Required feature as different team members need to contribute to the accomplishment of various tasks. I also like the flexibility of designing my own task types to track the different types to things we work on.
Cons:
Customer support and training have been weak. We have had to figure a lot of things out ourselves, and we find that onboarding new team members is slow because of the learning curve. It only has the most basic help function, and customer service has sometimes been unresponsive.
Alternatives Considered: Jira, Trello and monday.com
Reasons for Choosing GoodDay: By the time I paid for the upgrades that my team needed, it was quite a bit more expensive than GD, and GD offered all it's features (more than I need!) for one price. After switching I started using more of the features and have felt that GD offers very good value for the price.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: Price and ease of use.
One of the most complete Management Tool in the market.
Pros:
The product offers a wide range of features that are critical for a good management tool (in my vision). The fact that I can have Projects/Tasks management, Gantt view (for project-only or groups of projects), Workload view (for project-only or groups of projects) and Time Tracking on the same platform is amazing. I'm not aware of other tools that provide all of this with so ease of use as GoodDay. The pricing is also very accessible compared with other big tools on the market which also helps smaller companies to have complete solutions for their businesses.
Cons:
With a wide range of features comes also some learning curve to adapt to all the new options. Having a background of usage for other management tools helps to speed up this learning curve, but it exists, as normal.
Alternatives Considered: monday.com and Asana
Reasons for Choosing GoodDay: I was using the previous software (Asana + Instagantt + Everhour) on the agency where I was working, which provided all the solutions for the needs that I had but after I left the company and started my own I started looking for other options that could be more complete instead of having to switch between platforms. That's when I found GoodDay among several tools.
Switched From: Everhour, Instagantt and Asana

Intuitive Solution
Comments: The system serves me, at the moment, in the distribution of activities and resources. Meets the Flow of care processes. Registration and Service History. And others.
Pros:
The product can be adapted to your needs. So, if the process is well implemented, the results will be very positive, in terms of controls and processes in one place. Simulate the process to get the expected result. If you simply register, you may not have the expected results, like any other system.
Cons:
So far, it serves our process well, and quickly.
Alternatives Considered: monday.com
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: The Cost and I managed to apply our process with the customizations we have.
Best in class product
Pros:
Goodday is an all in one solution to handle projects: - ability to create custom types for tasks with its own settings - out of the box time tracking functionality without any plugins and additional charges - reporting - hierarchy permissions - big library of project, task templates and ability to create own templates - nice modules to store documentation, expenses and HR records - great free plan with 2 weeks trial to check all the functionality and verify that this solution is suitable for you
Cons:
At my take some time to get used to little bit old-fasioned UI. But improvements are delivered regularly and awesome functionality outweighs it
Great multiple projects communication tool
Pros:
Easy to customize for our business. Ensures important tasks are not lost/forgotten. Improved communication.
Cons:
The main project list is hard to scroll down, but there are multiple other options to get to the information so it is not a deal breaker.
Micro-enterprise review
Comments: Very positive.
Pros:
Value for money, flexibility, good on-line documentation.
Cons:
Difficult to customize views (e.g. tasks by users), the options are limited.
Alternatives Considered: Notion
Reasons for Choosing GoodDay: Higher flexibility, better customization.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: It was easier to setup and start using...
An excellent player in the market. Maybe the best?
Comments: We finally find the right software for our needs of project planning and tracking
Pros:
It's extremely easy to use, it's got all the functions you need, really a few useless functions so that choosing the right one is fast.
Cons:
Really a few things. Let's say I don't like the fact that I can't track my time in advance, that in some occasions could be useful.
What an amazing tool!
Comments: 100% satisfied and I’d recommend it with my eyes closed
Pros:
The best thing about GoodDay is that it has all the functionalities that we need to keep us Organized both in production and in management. I wish we’d find it earlier. Amazing product.
Cons:
The crm functionality that isn’t 100% implemented in the projects. But after talking face to face with GoodDay (amazing support) they informed me that it’s on their to do list the next weeks.
Good Day Review
Comments: The ability to to use project templates and assign to users so that I can check all tasks assigned to certain user is the most useful feature for me.
Pros:
Managing multiple projects. Easy to use.
Cons:
Manual sorting is not consistent between templates and created projects. Can't edit task title from table/list view.
Productivity for virtual teams
Comments:
As a business designer and senior project manager, it is the first software that I find oriented to the execution of projects, processes and tasks, with specific tools to measure results, efficiency and work productivity.
It's the most versatile work management tool I've ever worked with
Pros:
- Excellent virtual workplace with an amazing workdesk for each employee: they always know how their work is going and where they should focus their efforts, without having to move between apps - Software oriented to the EXECUTION of the work and the fulfillment of objectives - Allows working on projects, processes and tasks - It adapts to your way of working: lists, tables, gantt, kanban - Allows visibility, metrics and monitoring of individual, team and corporate work - Very easy to implement - I can have several companies
Cons:
- Exporting and importing projects and tasks can be made easier - its not Multilanguaje - The mobile app can be better
Easy to use, flexible, mobile-friendly, feature-rich application
Comments: Literally, our development life became much more stable, easy and even fun with it.
Pros:
The main advantage of this software is that it gives you ways to set up, analyze, monitor your goals and tasks and watch how their are completed by your team. Its fresh design, look and feel and its functionality give us what we need from this kind of software. I also need to tell that the price is also one of the advantages of this app. We need the price to be not that high and we get what we were looking for with this application. I hope we will keep using it and they will go with their development. This is also something I really liked about them. They keep on implementing new features into the app. And its keeping better and better. Needless to say the support is great also. If smth is not okay they will deal with it asap. And if I wish to implement smth new into the app - smth other users do not have - they listen to my words and we come up with an idea of how it should work together - a solution which costs not that much and we wanted to have in this software.
Cons:
There are might be some. But we did not find any of them. We had several issues with it when the app was not reachable. But everytime these issues were fixed in 20-30 minutes.

Best choice for project and task management
Pros:
Offers best-in-class feature set for agile projects. Already in free variant covers all our requirements in project planning and requirements engineering. Recommended for small teams and startups. Customizable process workflows.
Cons:
None for our application. User defined icons for projects or custom awatars for team members would be nice.
Simple yet powerful project and issue management tool
Comments: Excellent and simple to use Tool. Definitely a must use tool for project companies.
Pros:
a. Simple to Implement b. Easy to train the team c. Excellent stater for a small team size which can be scaled anytime
Cons:
- A contract management for customers will good to have. - Also sometimes we need to track available support hours for the customer, so auto debit from the hours will be great. - Customer acceptance of tasks can be a good feature.
Best Collaboration App I have ever used.
Comments: Rating 4.5 Stars for developing complex applications with creativity & still keeping their simplicity.
Pros:
It allows me to create & manage projects/tasks at such ease that I have forgotten to maintain my Diary anymore...
Cons:
Nothing so far...........................
Review by consulting company
Comments: Running many projects for different clients, personalizing each project at a uniform high standard.
Pros:
A very friendly solution, systematically developed, good value for money.
Cons:
Better integration with e-mail - task, meeting etc.
Alternatives Considered: Redmine, Zoho Desk and Asana
Reasons for Choosing GoodDay: Easier use, good UX
Switched From: Microsoft Project and Asana
Reasons for Switching to GoodDay: Easier use, better UX

Good tool for work tracking of my team & my client's team
Comments: Good SaaS application
Pros:
Nice online tool to work with. I can have have access to several projects under one hood & my client can have access too (or vice a versa). I just need to focus on My Work section for all my tasks & reports (for team). The thing that I most like is the custom fields which I mostly use for my team.
Cons:
It took me some time to get them use to it, but that may be due to my team is a QA team & they haven't seen this king of software before.

The best task and project management software (And it's free!)
Pros:
Good Day is extremely easy to use but houses powerful functionality and project/task tracking. It helps me to stay on top of my tasks and being organized.
Cons:
I didn't find any cons of this software.
Nice product
Pros:
Report & Analitycs section is the best for us. We can do everything clearly and quickly
Cons:
I don't like the UI - I suggest investing a bit of time to improve this aspect.
Best project management tool
Comments:
I am a software tester and it makes my job easy to assign issue/work to any user.
By using goodday our work eficiency has been improved.
Pros:
Best ui Easy to understand There is function in which i can task/issue to particular user. Whenever somone assign me work i got the notification which is best feature.
Cons:
I didnt find any but if there will be any task/project reporting system then i will be good
Customizable and fun to use
Pros:
The software includes a lot of the features that constitute a good project management software, and it is very adaptive. The software is customizable based on the organizational needs
Cons:
The last of baseline support on the gantt view
Best system i have ever used. (after trying 4 other system each for 1/2 year...)
Comments: After using several other systems for several years - no doubt - I must say this is the best option. All what you need plus several great more tricks which you will like to use.
Pros:
Once we started using gd more, new ideas/needs came to our mind and WTF we found all of them are in the system. But even more great ideas which MAKES SENSE TO USE are here. Uau.
Cons:
Mobile app. It has 10% of the desktop app.
