Having the contacts is key and that was our biggest factor in using ZoomInfo. We were able to quickly and relatively accurately identify target companies and contacts within all of our markets across the country. > > **Cons**: Cost. Zoom Info, while they have the data, are also the highest price point vendor from our research and it's incredibly prohibitive for smaller businesses to utilize. That may be their intention as they seem more geared towards larger sales orgs. I also noted that for some accounts, their contact data hadn't been updated recently. > > Overall we were happy with ZoomInfo for the most part. It allowed some complex searches and customization for a niche industry in real estate, but ultimately we ran into issues with the accuracy of the data and the ability to find contacts. I wouldn't blame this on ZoomInfo however, more so the industry.
