It was great to learn about things like renter's insurance that I needed from the software. The website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/modify/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc. I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of, is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform. To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far.
