We have experienced delayed receiving, inventory that could not be located, slow internal transfers, and a lack of urgency when ShipBob has made an error. Customer support often relies heavily on false service-level agreements (they start and stop the clock whenever suits them - delusion), even when the issue has been caused internally and is materially affecting sales and customers. Escalations can involve repeated scripted apologies but limited ownership, clear timelines, or proactive communication. Inventory receiving and warehouse communication need significant improvement. When stock is delayed or misplaced, the merchant is left repeatedly following up while orders, revenue, and customer relationships are affected. When errors occur, it can be difficult to find someone who will take direct ownership and drive the matter through to resolution.
