"Basecamp: A Simple Project Management Tool for Teams"
Comments: We now have a solid way to track projects and progress across many different departments. It helps with work flow and deadlines.
Pros: It's easy to learn how to use Basecamp. The search functionality and notifications are great.
Cons: I get way too many email notifications. I know I can edit that setting, but I never seem to do it properly. Also, some team members get a bit passive about minding their projects and comments added, but we're all getting better with this.

"A Great BC3 Add-On For Those Who Like Board-Style Views"
Comments: I've been using this app for about two months now and I can see using it perpetually. It has also helped with team collaboration to provide a visual tool for organizing and prioritizing.
Pros: The setup is about as straightforward as it gets. I like how both projects themselves and the tasks within projects can treated as boards-- that is really helpful for macro-level monitoring and prioritization for management across a project portfolio, as well as simple project visibility into the status of a group of tasks.
Cons: The admin view for Tracked needs a little front-end polish so that the table data display is a little more consistent. The button to "sync projects" can take a while and would benefit from some sort of progress bar to show time to completion.

"Great Project Tracking Tool"
Comments: Communication with a team that is remote from each other.
Pros: Communicating with the team; asking questions of the team; creating to-do's for other team members and self; sharing documents; pinging.
Cons: Email notifications are a little delayed; i'd prefer that they be sent instantaneously. I wish pings could pop up on your computer vs. being sent to email.

"The Didgigo Tracked for Basecamp review"
Comments:
Overall we like trackedhq.
However we would love the following features
- Milestones
- Task dependencies (Blocked by, other task Blocking etc.)
- Temporarily hiding entire columns in the kanban view (When you have 15+ columns in a board it gets hard)
- Better everhour support.
Pros:
Our team loves both the Kanban boards and the labels.
We only use the personal Kanban boards, and project and personal do not really align for us.
All our staff use the Kanban boards in one of 2 rough ways:
By Project
- Each column is a project
- Context switching becomes very quick
- Helps when running multiple projects at once and knowing what the next task in each project is.
By Timeframe
- Each column is a timeframe
- Examples include (Q1 2019, Q2 2019, This month, This week)
The labels are used in a number of ways
- Tracking which clients certain todo's affect
- Tracking whether some task is blocked (This should really be a separate feature)
- Tracking milestones or release targets for issues (Again should be a seperate feature)
- Tracking issue severity
- Tracking issue priority
Cons: Not specifically a trackedhq issue. When clicking a todo in the Kanban board it comes up in a custom dialog. This BREAKS the everhour basecamp integration. We were using tracked to quickly jump between tasks and assign time to everhour. Im unsure exactly how the Everhour plugin works but i assume it requires the full task page (Like how Kanban used to be).

"One of the most useful workplace additions you'll ever use."
Comments: Our repairs system was a disorganised mess before we used tracked. Introducing this has revolutionised the way we manage customer repairs. It's a complete life-saver.
Pros: Being able to integrate company wide tasks within a KanBan style workflow has transformed the way we work as a company. It's revolutionised the way we manage product repairs and support issues and has led to greater productivity and efficiency.
Cons: Sometimes Tracked does not load properly, especially after software updates.

"Good app for kanban view"
Comments: great basecamp add-on to have the kanban view, since basecamp does not provide this important visualization
Pros: What I like about tracked is that it allows the visualization in kanban of the cards created in the basecamp. In addition the customization of the board in columns is simple and very customizable
Cons: The cons is that the installation of tracked is a bit complicated and I experienced difficulties in the first use

"Helpful addition to Basecamp, allows us to organize and prioritize tasks."
Comments: Kanban board for Basecamp cards, a single place for comments around tasks.
Pros: Ability to link Basecamp cards to priorities. Would be hard to link each card with a separate card in Trello. Discussions are all in one place. Addresses a legit need in Basecamp lots of engineering teams use Kanban boards.
Cons: Its not as easy to use as Trello. It feels a little clunky and hard to use for example, when clicking on a card, it appears in a small-ish modal, which is a chore to navigate. Would rather have it open in a larger modal that looks more like the Basecamp UI. Overall, it might make more sense to just use Trello for engineering related tasks, and only use Basecamp for things that the rest of the company needs to see/comment on.

"Increased Productivity"
Pros: Tracked has allowed our development team to easily track which projects are most important and easily see who is working on what! Basecamp had already helped but it left a few gaps, Tracked was able to fill those gaps and make Basecamp the best product for our team!
Cons: No issues have been found, we love the ease of use!

"Totally leveled up my groups product development practice"
Comments: We are using tracked for both content and software development.
Pros: We had already moved to using basecamp but really needed a better way to see work in progress and manage the backlog in team meetings. Tracked is inexpensive and very simple to use. It totally delivers on ROI.
Cons: I wish it could be integrated in the standalone app.

"Review for Tracked for Basecamp"
Comments: If you are being forced to use Basecamp, Tracked for Basecamp is the only way to keep your sanity. It makes Basecamp's horrible UX design less miserable, better organized and will save you hundreds of clicks.
Pros: It made Basecamp actually useable and productive.
Cons: Having to re-authorize it with Basecamp all the time and having to re-enable it for each project.

Cons: You sometimes have to re-authorize in order to log in or see the correct views, but that may be some user error.

"Tracked review"
Comments: One time I reached out to support, you were beyond fabulous. Really excited to continue using and exploring.
Pros: I love how we can easily create & use labels. Very helpful and makes basecamp extraordinarily more useful for teams.
Cons: It's not 100% intuitive how to make the most of labels and get cross-functional insight into different teams and projects when there is overlap among them. More user guides and/or videos would be really valuable.

"Great product, slightly expansive so not everyone on the team can get it"
Pros: Ability to add tags to tasks is very useful. Making it a drop down might be more intuitive and functional.
Cons: We don't actually use a lot of the features so cost seems a little high. Would be great if we can just pay for single features we use.

"My Review"
Comments: Traked for Basecamp has been a huge plus for our department. We can see all of the "To-dos" we have and easily see which ones are important and need to be completed right away vs ones that can be done later. It's helped us become more organized.
Pros: I like the layout - being able to see all of our tasks laid out in an easy to read and understand way.
Cons: I don't like that we can't make duplicate projects with all of the "to-dos" in the correct spots. We have to change those manually.

"Tracked Basecamp Integration"
Comments: We have since left tracked because of the issues states above.
Pros: I liked the ability to see all of our to-dos across projects in one board. Our company struggles with the holisitc overview of all projects .
Cons: My main complaint is the difference in views - when you view a project folder's kanban board you see the names of the to-do lists, but when you view all of a person's to-dos or all of the company's to-dos you see each individual to do rather the names of lists. This made the naming difficult because we had to develop a naming system that was specific whether you were viewing the to-do lists or each individual to do. The updating was also weird sometimes. In the "view all of ____'s to dos" it would show to-dos from projects that were archived. But it wouldn't show those on the individual projects board.

"Nice integration module"
Pros: This is a nice module, which integrates with Basecamp and allows you to turn a pretty basic CRM system into a Kanban board, which is especially convenient for small product at support stage. The design is nice, functionality is basic, but sufficient.
Cons: We wish there were more flexibility in terms of workflow adjustment and search around the tickets, since if you can't rely heavily on this module.

"Easy to use and works well for the Kanban board we needed"
Pros: The integration into basecamp was made easier with teams more used to the Kanban model than the to do list model. Once they connected and saw the Kanban model we could transition off the more expensive project management software
Cons: The fact the software is bound to the browser version meaning that on my Mac where I use the application there was no visibility of the boards.

"The perfect add-on for managing your basecamp tasks"
Pros: The Kanban feature is great for tracking workflows and helps in prioritising tasks much easily. It has definitely helped increase my productivity while keeping me organized.
Cons: Consolidating different Kanban boards would be useful, and having tasks across different Kanban boards, i.e project specific and a personal one, without the tasks moving around.

Comments: I love it, and have multiple people here at the office using it.
Pros: I love kanban board style task management which is what basecamp 3 lacks, but tracked fills that gap, and really well. Feels like its part of BC3, the integration is pretty flawless.
Cons: Sometimes there can be a small delay with new to-dos showing up on the board.

Pros: Ease of use, install it and the board works out of the box. The ability to create and customize columns makes it as powerful as any other board tool available in the market.
Cons: It works only with Chrome. Maybe extensions for other browsers would make this a better tool for our team.
