The basics plus the add-ons enable the product to meet more business needs than we expected during our initial engagement. Since we feel comfortable and confident with the initial product suite we are even more excited about other ways we can leverage this software. > > **Cons**: There could have been a little more flexibility with the preproduction and production set ups. We have different ERPS which have different business rules that manage the basic product data. Due to this we needed a bit more flexibility than we received with the tool. It makes it very convenient for me and means I can spend more time editing images or working on something else. And it means the products can go live quicker. > > **Cons**: There's nothing I would say I fully dislike. However I think some changes could help. 1 being I think the multi search function in the products section could benefit with me being able to search more than just Primary ID. It would save me having to convert everything before I search, for example if I just had OEM. I also think Pimb Indigo is just a bit slower than the original Pimb e.g. an image has been uploaded for a product but it displays no image there, I have to reload a few times for it to appear. I also believe a function to download assets attached to a product/s within Pimb would be really good. Because of this as well, a lot of the heavy lifting had to be done on our end to make the workflows useable.
