Dialing Solutions That Get Results
Comments: Using this software I was able to increase my overall call volume by 300% and average call length by 2 minutes. This allowed my team to make more quality contacts with our prospects and avoid time spent dialing numbers manually where the number had been changed or was no longer in service.
Pros:
Ease of use, Clear Connections, Efficiency Created
Cons:
Click to dial functionality still not where I would like to see it.

Call Logic Use for Guzman Insurance Agency
Comments: Great experience with call logic. They are key to succesfully implementing lead manager in our office when it comes to telemarketing.
Pros:
Allows our team to efficiently call large numbers of leads through their auto dialer and click to dial options. In an industry where spead matters I highly recommend not only having call logic, but that every sales staff on your team has their own call logic account.
Cons:
The only thing we wish could work better is that we have staff that telemarkets but doesn't work the quote, so they pass to an available sales rep, when that pass happens we have to set a call back for the customer or the person telemarketing has to wait until the whole quote is done before they can move on, because if they hang up it hangs up the whole call.

Better Options
Comments: I do not recommend! #1 you will burn through phone numbers as they get flagged as spam. Tested a new dialer for 30 days and none of my marketing numbers have yet to be flagged while utilizing competitor. #2 Pricing. I found a better system with more hours & features for half the cost. #3 Customer Service. I called & emailed for over a week to support. I literally had to complete a new client form and speak to sales before being transferred to support. #4 refund policy. I have over 80 hours of unused dialing time. They are refusing to refund me for those unused hours. I highly recommend utilizing another service! Unless you like buying and burning numbers multiple times per week!
Call Logic: Not Cheap but Worth it!
Comments: Overall, it's still worth the money to me. I see it in our talk time, quote volume and sales production. So, I think it pays for itself ten times over.
Pros:
Call Logic is a more efficient way to run your business. Whether your agents are calling on data leads, or you have telemarketers, I think it's a great investment to improve contact rate, quote volume, and therefore sales production.
Cons:
Cost. It's not cheap and pains me every year I renew. Prices aren't going down to say the least...
Most efficient way for producers to dial an assembled list of leads from your system
Comments: Overall, Call Logic is effective and the fastest way to dial a group of leads out of my lead manager platform.
Pros:
Call Logic allows your producers to quickly dial a selected list of leads and move rapidly to the next dial.
Cons:
The call disposition function isn't seamless and leaves some ambiguity about how the lead will be set for next scheduled activity.

Make Call Logic a way of life
Comments: The team is at a point they could not function efficiently without it.
Pros:
It is easy not only for me, but the whole staff to use. I am a big fan of "The Easy Button" and Call Logic checks every box for "Easy"
Cons:
Because it integrates with Lead Manager, and I might be speaking without proper knowledge here, It would be nice to be able to look at the lead you are calling while in progress so when they do pick up you can see more detailed notes. kind of like the old PIP (picture in picture)

When it works, it's great. Importing campaigns, searching for those campaigns, and call recording are all big time issues that have not been resolved.
Cons:
Search functions, call recording into PCR both don't work.
Effective and Efficient Program to Transform your Team's Calling Abilities
Pros:
- The simple fact that you can dial through a list of people in a very short time and eliminate phone fatigue by pre-recording a voicemail.
Cons:
- The PCR CRM integration is lacking; Only works in a one way direction (the programs do not update each other). Marking dispositions is duplicative, need the ability to skip a person without dialing them, lack of dial tone when you ring out is difficult, no indicator of change in contact when the system dials someone who you are unable to leave a vm for. Inserting a sound to indicate the transition to the next call in the list would be IMMENSELY helpful (having the ability to turn this setting off as well).
Auto Dialer
Comments:
The cost of the auto dialer is far less than my payroll savings.
The ability to scrub for DNC and other criteria reduces my exposure.
The call Logic people and support are wonderful.
Pros:
Outbound Caller ID Automatically flagging busy or out of service type connections and dial the next number saves time. Leaving voice mail message while dialing the next number. Being able to read notes taken during the call.
Cons:
When uploading a CSV file with prospect information I needed to name a great deal of the fields. A larger and industry specific list of headers would be helpful. For example if my people can see a larger snapshot of the prospects information without scrolling, they will know to ask for date of birth or a drivers license number if that field is empty.
Call Logic has done an amazing job streamlining our workflow, making us extremely productive
Pros:
Since we began using Call Logic, our sales force has been able to hone in their efforts, increasing to more closed deals. The UI is intuitive & easy to use, and we find the ourselves multiplying our call numbers regularly.
Cons:
This software has become integral to our operation & we find our productivity increasing regularly. There are no major complaints & we even appreciate the trial feature. We were sure we were satisfied with the software before we even committed to it.

Maximizes productivity Easy peasy
Comments: Customer service is excellent their team is very responsive and knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with. You always get a live person and they will help you get started
Pros:
We use the auto dialer on a weekly basis. It allows us to make our calls in volume which allows us to maximize our results and employed productivity. The system is very easy to use and very affordable.
Cons:
The navigation could be a little bit more straightforward, But all in all it is overall easy to use.
Marketing System
Comments: Very positive. The support and training have been excellent and very responsive.
Pros:
I am utilizing the dialer for home renewals with an offshore telemarketer. Was clunky at first but we seem to have the issues and training worked out.
Cons:
The integration with the Farmers APEX system could be better. I have to download lists externally and scrub before integrating to the dialer.

Quick and Efficient
Comments: I can reach 3X more contacts in less amount of time. Cold calling jobs are a lot of "no answers" and leaving voicemails. By the time you dial, let it ring, leave a voicemail that is 30-50 seconds. By using this software you take out the dial time and you take out the leaving a voicemail time because you already pre-recorded one, shorting that time to 5-10 seconds per call. Also by having a pre-recorded voicemail it allows me to focus on what to say when they answer vs thinking about what to say on a voicemail and rambling on too much.
Pros:
I love that in my job I have to make calls no matter what and this software allows me to quickly move through a call block. Prior to using this software in an hour call block I could dial 30-50 contacts. Now in an hour I can do closer to 100-120.
Cons:
If I have 100 calls in a campaign and I talk to 10 people, I have to manually take them out or it will call them again. At times some contacts get missed and I have to go back in manually to add them.

It makes making calls fast and easy. It also helps me to not get distracted.
Cons:
I would like the ability to automatically call people I left voice mail messages for redial them when I go back into that campaign. A skip button if a name comes up I don't want to call

Has helped productivity tenfold!
Comments: The ability to sit down and work a couple - hour plan has helped my team be more productive.
Pros:
This software forces you to plan your day ahead of time. Without being ready with a plan, Call Logic will never work for you. You have to get the names and phone numbers set up perfectly before executing a plan!
Cons:
The parsing of data into PCR was very sporadic, I am never sure if I am getting the exact right information into the correct fields.

Transform your Business
Comments: We've been using Call Logic for a couple months now, and I have to say it's transformed the way we do business. It's so simple to use! Call Logic is a powerful tool that will help grow your business.
Pros:
I love that this system eliminates the tedious task of manually dialing individual phone numbers. This allows us to focus on people who answer. The reports are easy to use.

Great service with room for improvement
Pros:
The voicemails are super helpful in the landline calls, and being able to mark certain leads with what happened during the call is also super helpful
Cons:
I wish there were a way to remake a list. So for instance, finishing a call campaign, and making a new list with only the numbers that were marked left voicemail, follow up, etc. It would be really nice to see this rather than having to do this manually if I want to do it myself.
Call Logic offers a fabulous product and service
Comments: I'm able to prospect and perform my callbacks at a much greater rate than I was doing before I obtained the system. It's fantastic.
Pros:
The system is very easy to use, performs flawlessly, and stores all of my data in a very efficient manner. I love it.
Cons:
There is nothing that I do not like about the system.

Ease of use, allows me to accomplish more in a day. I hope to be able to have my entire team on this product soon!
Cons:
It does not integrate with SalesForce yet! I really do not have any other cons yet. I am still too new in using the product.
