Highway robbery if you ask me. > > **Cons**: Terrible for a small private practice - they require a 2-month notice to end the contract and in my case, it was closer to 3 months due to the date the contract went into effect. I am pleased with Office Ally - no contract and their amazing customer service. There is even a way to schedule training sessions and a representative specifically trained in the area you need help with whether it is ERA's or billing for primary and secondary, etc that technician will come on your screen and show you.
