It was a scray decision because migrating a few thousand accounts felt like a lot of exposure for our business. This is where their team made the difference. Rather than push us to move quickly. The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful. No pressure sales - pure value add from the start. In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier. And then came the really good stuff. Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach.
