Pros: It is a program that facilitates the tasks of management, in my case of internal commercial.

It has a very intuitive interface and easy to use.
It has multiple tasks and several ways to reach the same resource

The customer service is direct and fast.

Working in the cloud allows you to save documents linked to offers and orders, so it is difficult to lose linked documents and allows you to free space on your computer.
All information is stored in the system, allows you to find information quickly.

Cons: An inconvenience is caused when from Yunbit they make modifications in the program, there is no warning in the system that warns you of their intervention and in some cases this causes a malfunction. Consequently, in some cases offers have been sent in bad conditions or with wrong calculations.

The emails are sent directly from the program, that's fine, but in some cases the client gets it as spam because it is an email linked to the program.
There is no way to know if the client has received the email correctly, there is no Outlook type message that returns the message if the address is wrong. I find missing a system where you can create a manufacturing sheet (mini-center example) with material inside and the system automatically lowers the linked material once the order is generated.

Just one solution for all business areas. All connected.

Comments: A complete solution in my company

Pros: A single interface for all the Company. Everything os connected and I can take more information. And cloud!

Cons: Everything can be improve, of course, but Yunbit is a very complete solution. Maybe work in my own informs.

Pros: The approach and functionality are for this era, this means:
- Real cloud system
- All in one place
- Omni-channel approach
- Multi tenant
- Highly costumizable

Cons: It´s overall a great system. Nevertheless highly customizable system needs some time to polish and some times errors could come up, anyway that is solved fast thanks to the customer support.

Great and complete solution for company managing.

Pros: Really 100% cloud, can be fitted quickly to the company processes, all in one interface, simple to use, allows a high level of automation and logic processes.

Cons: Due to the high level of automation, errors are spread throughout the company's flow. It's needed to dedicate an important time to the implementation process.
