Pros: Customer support is the best. It is really easy to use. When I had any problems, or any small feature requests they are responded in hours and solutions are provided in a just few days even for new features.

Comments: Able to kickstart my email marketing with a sizable list affordably when compared to other ESP's.
Pros: Value for money compared to other ESP's. Great templates and simple functionality for basic features I need.
Cons: Not a tool to use if you want advanced segmenting options. Identifying and targeting active/inactive/engaged subscribers is possible but very manual via csv downloads. It would be great if this was easier to achieve.

Pros: Pricing was great and competitive. Easy to learn and get up and running. Great support. Delivery was good.
Cons: Lack of features found in other services, but again it's understandable due to the price. Not much else was negative.

Comments: Affordable mass email marketing
Pros: Mailblast has a clean interface, that is easy to navigate yet has a good selection of options and customizations. Imported ~70k subscribers without issue, handles duplicate entries automatically. The drag and drop template builder is nice, and has features that other platforms such as Constant Contact does not have (responsive columns, paragraph line height, etc). Have not ran into a single bug or issue as of yet.
Cons: Have yet to run into a con as of yet, however it would be nice to have additional features suc as geolocation targetting, and A/B testing.

Pros: We really liked using this email tool. It was fun and easy to use and had lots of available features like campaigns and automation.
Cons: This software just wasn't cost effective for us to use at the time so we decided to stop using it for the time being.

Comments: Helps with product awareness and building the brand. Also helps drive more sales and traffic to our website.
Pros: Price and customer service is great. I enjoy the user experience of the overall website. Pretty straightforward.
Cons: Designing Templates can be pretty buggy. Not as many functions as mail chimp. Id love to see more template building features and better integration with shopify.
