Klaviyo - great software for a small business to manage email marketing
Comments: My overall experience with Klaviyo has been very positive. Would highly recommend.
Pros:
Full-featured, intuitive, easy-to-use. Pricing model allows for small businesses to start using software and grow gradually. Easily integrated with my e-commerce platform, Shopify.
Cons:
So far, I have not experienced any problems with Klaviyo. I do worry that as my mailing list increases in size, that the software will become too expensive.

Klaviyo
Comments: My experience with klaviyo has been great they just need to improve their features and functionality.
Pros:
The software is great and what amazes me the most is their top notch customer support. And integrating products with the software is easy.
Cons:
What I like least about the software is that the editors for emails are complex not very easy to understand. And the software could work more on their prices.

You should use Klaviyo for your email marketing campaigns.
Comments: If you're familiar with other email campaign tools, then utilizing Klaviyo will be a snap. I appreciate its adaptability, straightforward user interface, and absence of confusing language. Their account managers and educators are there to help you out whenever you have questions or need more information about anything. This is essential if you want to narrow your focus when selecting your target demographic.
Pros:
The automatic email flows in Klaviyo are simple to set up and modify, and they may significantly boost your average order value and customer lifetime value (CLV). To gauge the success of your marketing efforts, the dashboard reveals what percentage of total income is attributable to flows and campaigns.
Cons:
I haven't been successful in establishing text campaigns as of yet; doing so has proven to be a challenge. This may be an area where Klaviyo may be refined or where further guidance is needed.

Simple to operate, intuitive, remarkable analytics and reporting!
Comments: Having the capability to capture emails, schedule newsletter send-outs, track and analyze progress all within the same software.
Pros:
I appreciate the simplicity of it to follow everything with clarity and accuracy. The feature that appeals to me the most is the availability of data collection forms that supports A/B testing and even SMS capture, which not all of the other services I have tried has.
Cons:
The quality of the support needs to be improved. Providing a phone number for urgent or more complex situations would be beneficial. Additionally, integrating a referral program would be great. Also, Reporting process can still be made simplier.

Cons:
I don't have Any real problem with klaviyo but there price seems low expecially considering the services it offers.

An all-in-one marketing platform that is designed to help businesses of all sizes grow
Comments: Klaviyo is a powerful and versatile marketing platform that offers a range of features and functionalities for e-commerce businesses. While its ease of use and segmentation and automation capabilities are major strengths.
Pros:
its ease of use. Klaviyo's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which means that you can quickly and easily create and launch your marketing campaigns without needing to be a technical expert.Another major benefit of Klaviyo is its powerful segmentation and automation capabilities. With Klaviyo, you can segment your audience based on a wide range of criteria, including purchase history, email engagement, and website behavior. You can also use the platform to automate your marketing campaigns, which can help you to save time and increase the effectiveness of your campaigns.
Cons:
One potential downside of this platform is its pricing structure. While there is a free version of Klaviyo available, the more advanced features and functionalities require a paid subscription. This may not be feasible for smaller businesses that are operating on a tight budget.Another potential issue with Klaviyo is its limited integration options. While Klaviyo does integrate with a number of popular e-commerce platforms, it may not be compatible with all the tools and platforms that your business uses.

Streamline your marketing process with this platform!
Pros:
Such a powerful marketing automation platform that can help businesses to streamline marketing processes, improve customer engagement, and drive sales growth. It has helped us a lot automate our marketing process
Cons:
I've seen better results than what I would like the least.
Quentin
Great marketing automation software
Comments: One of the leading marketing automation software alongside Sendinblue
Pros:
UX/UI is awesome, automated workflows are very powerful and easy to set up
Cons:
Really nothing about it. Price is a bit high depending on which tier you're on.

Best CRM for ecommerce, Worst for Customer Support
Comments: With no phone support and 30 - 40 minute wait times for chat support and 24 hour response times for email support and no support on weekends, this makes Klaviyo's customer support the absolute worst I have ever seen. Maybe it's due to their growing pains. Their support staff are a mixed bag in terms of knowledge and being helpful and while that's not the norm for most SASS companies, I think that's pretty common across most CRM companies.
Pros:
Fairly easy to learn for such powerful software Integration with Facebook Their native integrations and Not having to use Zapier for a lot of my integrations.
Cons:
There is almost nothing to not like about this software but to learn it, you need to learn Klaviyo speak. If I had to pick one thing it would be some of the finicky ways in which the email builder acts when dragging in a new widget or row and trying to position it.
Steve
Not user friendly, poor support
Comments: Poor, I wouldn't recommend Klaviyo over others that I have used (Active Campaign, Omnisend, Drip).
Pros:
The Klaviyo application is very powerful, no doubt.
Cons:
The UI for the automation flow filters are not intuitive and not well designed. Basic requirements for flows are unnecessarily difficult to implement. When you contact Klaviyo support, staff gives information that contradicts their published documentation and often don't actually give the correct advice at all, resulting going around in circles trying to get issues resolved. Klaviyo list management is also poor, and like some other platforms (seems to be a trend), Klaviyo gears the system towards pushing you to pay for more customer profiles than you actually need and then when you try to clean or remove profiles you have to go through manual processes, whereas Klaviyo could easily provide options to automate this, or at least NOT require manual CVS export/imports. I mean really Klaviyo it's 2022 people. The Klaviyo visual builder is buggy, even in their "NEW" builder there were bugs with things as basic as applying link colour styles at a global level. Generally also poor UI for the visual builder. Overall, it's almost like the Klaviyo designers tried to make the UI as clunky as possible, probably went to the same design school as the Mailchimp designers (which is equally terrible).
Chris
Never going back to anything else but Klaviyo
Pros:
The integration with Shopify Stores and the ease of building flows makes this a game changer. Additionally the bulk discount code builder gives Shopify functionality outside of Shopify that makes "one less app" for my store. Finally the native Form Builder in Klaviyo is very easy to use.
Cons:
I wish one Klaviyo Account could connect to multiple Shopify Stores, this causes some problems for our operations. Additionally I wish building segments was faster, some advanced segments take very long to build.

Best ecommerce autoresponder out there
Comments: My go to solution for ecommerce clients. It has automation ,good templates and everything else
Pros:
Robust features that just work. It's a bit getting used to but you can do most of what you want with them Really good templates for those starting out and experienced as well
Cons:
Their onboarding process could be easier They have tutorials but they're fuzzy and should be made available with webinars being an option.

Valuable and powerful email automation and marketing
Pros:
Fairly easy to use, lots of features and the ability to sync custom audiences to Facebook. The platform is always improving with extra features such as CLV data and creating back in stock emails recently as an example.
Cons:
Creating automated campaigns (known as flows) is a bit clunky, especially when editing a campaign there's chances to delete things and mess the entire campaign up and you really need to plan ahead what you are doing because of this. You can duplicate the campaign though before making such edits.
Alice
Alternatives Considered:
Great tool if you have time to learn and can afford it
Pros:
Segmentation is super easy, best analytics among it's competitors and there's a lot of templates to choose from. I like that they have SMS capability too so you don't have to find another provider for this service. There's a sales team who walks you through the initial integration.
Cons:
Live customer support is hard to get a hold of even as a paid customer. There are articles that attempt to solve your problem but if it doesn't address it, you're out of luck. There's a variety of templates but if you want to change them at all, it's not easy manipulate. If you have dedicated email marketer or have tons of time to learn the ins and outs, this is a great platform but if you want something more simple, other platforms are easier to use.

Alternatives Considered:
A lot of work but pays off
Pros:
It integrates well with Big Commerce allowing me to make a lot of good marketing decisions.
Cons:
The templates are a pain, but they are planning to improve that next year. They say that all the plans are the same and there are no hidden fees or add-ons. I don't believe that's true because only large companies get someone to talk to about strategy. That sounds like a really expensive add-on to me.

Great email marketing software for ecommerce!
Pros:
I've been using Klaviyo for about 9 months now, and I absolutely love it. It helped me increase the proportion of monthly store revenue by email from 10% to 50% in under 6 months. It's easy to use, easy to integrate with Shopify, and provides awesome functionalities that any ecommerce store could need. Their automated flows (abandoned carts, thank you emails, welcome series) all work seamlessly. They have many email templates to choose from, but you an also create your own templates easily with their template builder. No need to know how to code. Another reason to love Klaviyo is their ability to segment your audience. It's so easy to segment your audience based on their activity and interaction with your website. For example, creating segments of customers who purchased product X but didn't purchase product Y, or customers who viewed a certain product page but didn't make a purchase. By having these segments you can send very targeted emails to them, upping conversion rates. Their support is also fabulous. They're very responsive via live chat and/or email, and really take their time to help you. I've asked them so many things, and every single time I've been given tremendous support. The final reason why Klaviyo is great, is its price point. Other email marketing software such as Hubspot may have more features, but the price is unbelievably high. For a small business like ours where every penny makes a difference, we are so grateful for Klaviyo's prices.
Cons:
I love Klaviyo, but what I wish they had is more features. Although, this makes sense because they offer everything at a lower price point than say, Hubspot. Many things are in the works though - I'm constantly in conversation with the support team, and they tell me that sophisticated features are in the works! Despite not having the most features in the email marketing world, this has never been a problem and has never deterred us from getting a lot of revenue from email marketing.

Use Klaviyo for dropshipping
Comments: I started the free trial and saw a great potential for my dropshipping store when I started doing emailing. so I got my account upgrade and my conversions raised up to 23% since then I use klaviyo in all my stores. Emailing marketing its a MUST in e-commerce so if you are starting into the business you really should consider in getting only the best o the best softwares out there because the better the help you have the better your business will be.
Pros:
I loved the feature of sending sms to my costumers at my drop shipping store. Its really easy and simple to use. Also I increased my conversions by 23% only by email marketing
Cons:
Really have not much to say about what I liked the least about this software because it. helped me out a lot for my drop shipping store.

Great platform but poor CS
Comments: The platform itself is great. The level of service from our Customer Success rep is awful. It's like crickets when you try and contact them for an issue. So our team usually contacts both Support and our CS rep. And most of the time Support replies first. You would think a dedicated CS rep who provide a level of service that you'd want to recommend to others. Instead, we never know when we'll hear from our rep. We cross our fingers that Support can answer our questions. I think that's ridiculous. Klaviyo needs to improve this most definitely.
Pros:
Klaviyo integrates very easily with so many platforms. It's easy to use and has great segmentation tools.
Cons:
SMS is not great. They recently rebranded which completely throws me off with their new color choice. I almost felt like the rebrand was a way to cover up a whole lot of changes that they didn't want people to notice.

Klaviyo is 35% of our sales!
Pros:
Klaviyo is honestly amazing. We have 260,000 contacts and spend $2100 a month. I love how much revenue it generates for us!
Cons:
I would say just more integrations would help.

So Easy To Use!
Comments: My experience with Klaviyo has been great overall. We've seen positive changes to our account since implementation and appreciate how easy it is to use.
Pros:
It's extremely user-friendly, allowing you to regularly test, create your own CTAs, uploaded photos, drag and drop graphic elements, etc. Perfect for a team with zero coding experience. Side Note: Their customer support is top-notch.
Cons:
Aside from being very user-friendly on most fronts, building out email flows is a different story. This tends to be a time consuming process that is not as straightforward as it could be.

One of the Best ESPs
Comments: Klaviyo has been my rock when doing email marketing of any kind.
Pros:
It's easy to set things up be that your segments, your campaign emails, automation, or follow through with other programs.
Cons:
Wouldn't work with Yahoo Small Business. It would also sometimes throw junk HTML into my emails for no reason.

BEST EMAIL MARKETING SOFTWARE EVER!!
Comments: The best email marketing software - ever. It's hands down my favorite- and I've used the whole gammett of email marketing softwares. The ability to customize flows with purchase history, SKU's, behaviors is simple and straightforward. Extremely user friendly software.
Pros:
First of all, the customer support is hands down the best customer support ever. They will get down to the nitty gritty and resolve your problems for you, while being patient, helpful and kind. There's also so many softwares this can get integrated into that I love the flexibility of it.
Cons:
Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints about this software. The technology is the best for the price point, customer service rocks, and its so user friendly - i have confidence that anyone could learn email marketing automation simply with this platform!

Klaviyo is a great Email platform for E-commerce companies
Comments: Changing to Klaviyo was one of the best decisions we did. Our team was able to integrate with it quickly. It is very well documented. Its API allows us to also pass over information from other tools we use. My team is very happy with this platform and has no intention of moving away.
Pros:
The platform is built for E-commerce. It offers out of the box integration with Shopify and other marketing platforms. The platform is easy to use and understand, but still had powerful features that can allow any customization. Its customer support team was great when we were migrating from Mailchimp. It has plugins that connect it to other tools such as Facebook, Zapier.
Cons:
Some of its features can be buggy at times. I sometimes get random error messages with our Facebook implementation.
