A ton of tools that all integrate
Comments: SuiteDash solves a major integration problem for us. Everything is tied in and connected to the company/client, and while we're still working on our implementation, it's looking like the long term winner for our shop
Pros:
A quick note, we're still in the middle of our SuiteDash implementation, but here's what I love about SD:1. Everything's integratedFrom email lists to Invoices to portals to LMS, SD is beautiful for small and medium boutique consultancies. We've had multiple platforms, which usually don't talk to each other. All components connect back to the client.2. Everything's accessibleI can share out whatever is needed with multiple people at a shop. My previous platform did not have that capability. And nothing is that hard to implement.3. Everything's still developingEven since starting with SD, we've seen new features appear. It's nice to know that as cool as it is, it's getting better.
Cons:
At the time of this writing, there are two features I need that I'm still using another plaform for:1. Native Outlook Online (Microsoft 365) Integration for CalendaringCurrently the only way to integrate Exchange Online is to use Zapier or similar services, which is fine but I'm trying to use less platforms, not more. Google calendar is supported out of the box, which is not a surprise, Google makes their api's open and easy to use. But in my circles, Google Calendar is a mark of amateur night in Dixie, so we moved out of it last year.2. Quizzes for the LMSIt's nice to have an LMS built in, but without a way to validate user consumption, it's not very helpful. Quizzes are supposed to be on the way, and I trust that they are, so I'm looking forward to ditching another platform and bringing that into SD as well.

Powerful and affordable
Comments: I'm about to launch a business that offers 6 services that SuiteDash handles for me. I have found plenty of help in the Facebook groups.
Pros:
An amazing feature set at a super affordable price. Workflows, appointments, signatures, invoicing, recurring payments, emails, CRM, webhooks, forms, proposals, file manager, dynamic documents, tasks, project management, dynamic client portals, employee portals, internal messaging, notifications, automation, webhooks, a learning management system.Plus you can white label it.Plus a mobile app.
Cons:
It's so powerful that it can scare beginners away. I highly recommend you spend time watching the training videos. There is plenty of help within the app too. Great documentation.

Lacked basic functionality of nearly all other CRM systems
Comments: Support was good but the software does not do some of the basics of a CRM system very well. so very disappointed

One price irrelevant of how many users and seemed on initial inquiry to do everything we wanted
Cons:
Lacked basic functionality - It has no reminders built in ( This is a deal breaker for me) - So if you send a document or ask a client to complete a task you cannot set up a reminder email automatically to the client to get them to complete the task. Yet this function is available in the invoice section. This makes no sense to me .Also no automatic reminders for appointments or workflows. This alone makes it impossible to set up good automation within projects. Unfortunately, it does not do what it says it does very well. Also, there is no centralized view of a client so if different people send emails to clients you cannot see in one place ( without impersonating a client's view) all communication with a client. It is ridiculous to have that view available to a client and not the super administrators.After looking at workarounds for ages we decided to cut our losses and stop using the software.

Comments: The features are rich and varied, giving us the flexibility to customize our workflow as needed. And the value for the money is unbeatable. Before Suitedash, we had to juggle multiple subscriptions and software services, but now everything is centralized, which is a game-changer for us.
Pros:
I've been using Suitedash for a few months now, and I must say, it's genuinely impressive. The software offers a wide array of features that are incredibly helpful for my business operations. The CRM and project management tools are intuitive and make managing customer relationships and projects a breeze.The customer service has also been top-notch. I had a couple of questions when I first started, and their support team was very responsive and helpful.
Cons:
If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve. There's so much Suitedash can do that it might take a moment to get your bearings. But once you do, it's smooth sailing.

Comments: Oh my experience with suite dish has been...Awesome... I am starting starting a business and I'm all over the place. As a solopreseur I wear all the hats and suite Dash helps me wear them well
Pros:
I like that it gives me the ability to run my one man operation with ease out of the box. I'm able to market, develop, and retain relationships with clients.
Cons:
The learning management system seems to be a little bit of an afterthought. I would really like for them to beefed up the functionality more there.

Extremely powerful white label solution
Comments: Extremely positive. After 1-2 days of trying I jumped ship from a different provider and never looked back.
Pros:
To my knowledge this is one of its kind solution that allows you to create a white label client portal with a lot of extra feature. There are some elements that could be improved, however, SD is so flexible that it's very easy to find workaround and get things done.
Cons:
Several things regarding payment could be improved, mainly dynamic recurring payments. However, I was able to simply use Stripe and make it work within SD directly - apart, from that, nothing major. All other things that had to be costumized were customized with few lines of code. Again, nothing major

Full Business Process and Customization Solution
Comments: Overall, we 100% would go with SuiteDash again. A few of our clients have asked us what platform we're using and they went out and purchased SuiteDash themselves.It's a really great solution for all businesses.
Pros:
SuiteDash is by far the most configurable and customizable solution I've worked with. We spent around 7-8 months testing various platforms to manage our business and we went with SuiteDash because we can do anything and everything we want. Other platforms simply did not have the breadth of functionality SuiteDash has right out of the gate.SuiteDash a full business management platform that includes CRM, marketing, payments/invoicing... you name it, SuiteDash has it. The Technical Support team is quick respond regardless of time of day and are always extremely helpful.Another benefit of SuiteDash is the community. If you get stuck trying to implement or make something, you can ask the community and get answers to your problems pretty quickly.
Cons:
SuiteDash was a little complicated getting started with. When you log in the first time and get started, it's a blank slate. I implemented the product for our team and I was initially overwhelmed. However, there are hours upon hours of video available to walk your through each and every feature/field (not kidding. Mike & his team did things right). I would watch a few videos on the areas I wanted to work on and then immediately implement. Once I followed that strategy, SuiteDash became a whole lot easier to dig into.

SuiteDash is THE Client Portal.
Comments: We use SuiteDash on the daily and in all aspects of our business. We find SuiteDash to be user-friendly and very Client forward, which has been a game changer for us.
Pros:
SuiteDash allows me to have all my Client information and communications in one location and is always available to the Client. One of my favorite features is the integration with our website which allows me to direct our clients to our website on the daily which allows us to always have out latest messaging front and center.
Cons:
If there is a con it is wrapped in the strength of the product and that is its infinite customization ability. This is not a con but more of a rub as with great power comes great responsibility. So your initial configurations might take a bit longer on SuiteDash but you are able to do things on SuiteDash that no other product allows. So its Con is actually its greatest strength.

SuiteDash does not try to nickel and dime for features. Additionally unlike other competitors, the product is constantly getting new features and even now supports webhooks (BIG deal for automation)

White Label Portal for Clients
Comments: Clients have one central location to communicate and upload/download files. As a web development agency, this has been a huge boon. No more email tags and using shared Dropbox and Google Drives to have file exchanges. Allows me to grant and revoke access to clients and my staff members as their designated roles change.
Pros:
The flexibility of the software to control all aspects of communications to customer and staff has been tremendous. It allows me to create a portal branded with my agency where my clients can log into upload files and check off tasks - all without knowing that it was a 3rd party solutions. It allows me to focus on working on the actual project instead of working the work involved in getting the project moving forward. The mobile app is a nice touch also with the instructional videos to guide with all aspects of running the software. The videos were very concise and clear and got the lesson across on all the features.
Cons:
Because it is so rich with features, there was a lot of videos to watch.

The Complete Package Software
Comments: I am using this software for billing, client onboarding, organizing, and structuring client tasks. This software is basically running half of my business for me.
Pros:
This is my second review that I am writing, period. But this company deserves it. So here it goes, I love everything that this platform offers. I am able to invoice clients, set-up tasks or projects for clients, use forms to get client information. I basically automated majority of my business, overnight. Plus to top it all off, the entire design can be customized to fit my brand, I now have a progressive web app that my clients can download to their phone (android only). Unfortunately, I have been through alot of different apps so trust me I know the headach of going back and forth and paying a bunch of money to everyone. But now, I no longer need atleast 6 different apps that I was originally using, thanks to Suitedash
Cons:
As stated before this app is the beast of software. So I cannot be upset that it has a little learning curve. To be honest, it is a little intimidating but I am not one to complain about learning something that will save me money and time down the line.
The one ERP to Rule Them All?
Pros:
The system is absolutely packed with every possible nick and cranny of business needs you know about, and DON'T know about. The ability to be customized to such extent to look, function and provide so much it is unmatched. From Project Management, Employee Portal, Customer Portal, Contracts, CRM, Mobile App, Invoicing and we can keep going. The most impressive is that normally a system can not be this good in everything it offers and does. This SaaS is the exception, it is not perfect (lets be honest nothing ever will be "perfect") but it will take you a long long time to find where the system is lacking anything "special" for your unique business. If that is the case, they are just around the corner to answer questions and resolve any issues you might have quickly. This is the type of system and service you wish you would build. It doesn't require marketing! It is so good, they already have so much word of mouth referrals because IT IS an excellent system.
Cons:
Because the system is so robust it requires good training to help you see all of the options, setups needed to take full advantage of the system. In Short "Training Material"

A unique client portal solution with so many great features
Comments: We have increased our client satisfaction and received more positive reviews while reducing our number of support tickets and back and forth emails with clients.
Pros:
My favorite feature was the ability to implement our own CSS to fully customize the branding of our login page and client portal. Also, being able to use variables to display unique data for each logged-in client makes this a very unique and powerful solution.
Cons:
The only feature that was missing when I purchased SuiteDash was a "Pipeline" view in the CRM to give me some basic analytics on our sales pipeline. I reached out to Support about this and they said they already have this feature in development and it is scheduled for release soon during this quarter (Q3 2020) so I'm really excited about that and once it is released this solution will have everything I need.

The All-in-one business/project management platform I've been looking for.
Comments: I've looked for an affordable all in one business management system like this for about 2 years. No matter how far I got into all the ones I tried, they never met our companies needs. Suitedash has come the closest by far and once they work out a few issues and improvements I'll be 100% happy. Also, great customer support!
Pros:
The completeness of the platform. Almost everything you would need to do from a business or project management standpoint is available here. Suitedash is now the main hub of all of our business activities.
Cons:
The user interface isn't great. However I understand how difficult this must be with all the features they offer. Also the contract generation process is a little confusing and not flexible enough. However they are addressing that with an update that should be out any time now.

Alternatives Considered:
SuiteDash is great for limited use
Comments: Got a Lifetime deal, which wasn't a bad price, but once I spent a lot of time setting up our data, I realized the serious limitations of SuiteDash's ability to function as a CRM. The team is good and the product is fine, but it's more limited than their marketing material would suggest.
Pros:
SuiteDash has a solid foundation of task management upon which to build but it's offering a lot of functionality that just isn't there yet. The team is also very responsive, which bodes well for their future.
Cons:
The CRM does not connect to email to capture regular interactions nor does it record all interactions without marking things manually. As a longtime CRM expert, I can tell you that CRM only works well when a lot of the tracking can be automated by the systems interactions, leaving the user time to get work done. SuiteDash isn't there yet.

The ONE thing that brings ALL things together!
Comments: I want to offer a premium experience for my customers, so I was subscribing to the best of the best software out there to support the different products and services I offer and trying to create a custom experience from my clients - that was frustrating and expensive to say the least. With SuiteDash, the premium experience starts with the positioning of MY BRAND at the forefront thanks to their white labeling and the ability to provide an app for clients to quickly find my company on their devices was just next level. As I mentioned, I no longer need the myriad of subscriptions as I now host my courses, services, bookings, landing pages, email marketing, contracts, project management, CRM, document sharing within the SuiteDash Client Portal saving me nearly 700 bucks in subscription monthly costs. The cost savings is doing wonders for my bottom line. And the SuiteDash suite of services just keeps getting better. This is huge for not just my work with other entrepreneurs, but for contracts that I am pursuing with larger businesses. And it's all right there in in one place and platform.
Pros:
The BEST thing about SuiteDash is the entire ecosystem (LMS, CRM, project management, invoicing, and booking) that works seamlessly on ONE platform out the gate! I've been able to replace the hundreds of dollars I was kicking out to different services, trying to piecemeal the experience I wanted to provide for my clients. With SuiteDash, the foundations are all there under MY BRAND. And as an added bonus, SuiteDash comes with an entire team of developers cranking out updates and features to enhance an already stellar product and expand their product offering.
Cons:
The only hang-up I've had is the overwhelm with knowing how to get everything up and running for me. My business is new and growing; learning how to use the product and putting all pieces in place has been a challenge. Thankfully, the team at SuiteDash knows their customer and offers a myriad of options for onboarding and learning everything there is to know about what they've built.
Great Product, Great Support, Great Response
Comments: Trying to purchase or test software to work together is frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming. SuiteDash has it all in one affordable platform, which saves me time and money.
Pros:
SuiteDash houses everything needed to run my business. With one software, everything feeds into everything else.
Cons:
SuiteDash takes some learning and experimentation to get everything to work together right. But it is really easier than learning multiple software only to learn they don't work together when done.

Comments: SuiteDash is not only an excellent provider of a superior All-In-One business portal. They are also an exceptional provider of essential and continuing thoughtful customer support. Which by itself, makes this a thrilling and rare acquisition.
Pros:
Xtreme White Labeling! Our agency strives to provide our clients with a seamless, unified, and intuitive user interface and user experience. SuiteDash scores top marks in making us a hero to our clients who we then make heroes to theirs. Highly customizable is a gross understatement in describing the software. There is great attention to detail in implementing fixes and features. They even completely rethought and reconfigured a substantial and keenly integral piece of the CRM so that it would better serve the prevalent current and emerging future use cases suggested by a majority of loyal users. Custom SMTP email. Time tracking is a breeze. Payment Processor Integrations and API, yeah we must not forget to mention that! Flows and Funnels are real here. SuiteDash remains on the cutting edge with automation forward, front, and center operation in every fiber of the culture, philosophy, practice, and improvement.
Cons:
When peering over the fence into the lives of the business portal newcomers, with their flashy UIs, it's easy to get a little wistful for a bit of the bling of a shiny, more modern UI/UX. The project planning features can use some TLC. This is nitpicking at its finest. SuiteDash overall is a stellar performer and solution bringer. SuiteDash can shatter the confidence of the novice who is light on business planning, strategic problem solving, or conditional logic experience. Yet, it remains one of the most well-documented and community-supported SaaS platforms that we have ever used. This capacity for shattering comes with being so adept at doing so much, so well that it can be overwhelming when its time to decide which thing to do and when.SuiteDash is not the villain here. Rather we profess that it is the nature of the problems that demand the solutions that SuiteDash is so capable to resolve, which is the root of novice angst. Thankfully, there are professional geeks out there in the SuiteDash community and elsewhere who thrive in that space of crafting the near-perfect startup setup.

THE BEST by far
Comments: I have literally taken my business to the next level, thanks to SuiteDash. It has allowed me to have an incredibly professional tool to onboard my clients, manage them, manage my entire sales process (thanks to their CRM), have conversations with my entire team,... Benefits are almost endless. Their pricing is just great as well. Very, very affordable for what you're getting.

I lke almost EVERYTHING about SuiteDash. It's one of the most amazing software applications I have ever used. I especially love the FULL white label functionalities. I am able to use SuiteDash as my own fully branded client environment ánd tool for collaboration with staff. It's an all-in-one tool and they keep expending their features and possibilities every week. They listen to feedback of their customers, so every update and new feature they release is based on votes of their community. But on top of that they also have a true community where people can start discussions etc. to boost their ideas and suggestions further. SuiteDash has been around for quite a while already, yet they still function as a VERY personal and flexible company. I was especially impressed by the fact that I received a personal postcard, which they sent all the way from the USA to Europe, signed by the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] of SuiteDash and including his personal email address. WOW, just WOW. Working with software providers, businesses like these, really make what I do even more fun and rewarding. Truely. If you wanna be happy, use SuiteDash in your business - LOL!

There's only 2 things I don't like about SuiteDash currently, both of which will be resolved in future: - We hardly have any flexibility to design our invoices (in contradiction with the contracts, estimates etc. which we can fully design into very impressive documents) and they aren't focused on the European market yet which means we have to use workarounds to comply with regulations etc. They are already working on this though and hoping to release templates etc. soon. - Secondly, as mentioned before, they don't have the payment processor integrated that I like the most. ZOHO Invoice has that integration, that's how I know. It's a smaller company but they are very professional and very cheap, hence why an integration with them is so important.
Great customer service!
Comments: Overall Suite Dash has been a perfect solution for our business. We are new and growing and we are excited to have SD along for the ride with us. It is really great to know if I have a suggestion on how things could work better for our setup, I can reach out and be offered a solution or possibly have some things changed on their back end to improve our usability.
Pros:
We initially chose Suite Dash to use for a customer portal on our online design service simply because it was the only software available to meet all of our needs. We wanted something that could be white labeled, the customer could sign themselves up, we would have an internal messaging system to eliminate e-mails outside their portal, a custom set of menus that they could see, a place to answer a questionnaire and upload photos. No other software could offer us all of these features. Now that we are set up, it has been easy to accomplish exactly what we had set out to do. Suite Dash has given us a private space to communicate with our clients that is a great user experience for us and for them. The sign up process and log in for the customer has seamlessly integrated into our website. Once they log in, the custom look makes it feel like an extension of our site with our logo and the same colors, which was very important to us. I have never worked with CRM software, and I am using it in a non-traditional way, so that has come with some challenges on my end and with the setup. Their customer service has been exceptional and has gone above and beyond to walk me through all of the questions and challenges I had. We have encountered several situations where I have asked for things to be set up a little differently and every time they have modified things on their back end to make it better for me and my company. I never expected that level of personalized customer service!
Cons:
I don't find many things about this intuitive. It could be my own learning curve because I do not have experience with any other CRM software. However, oftentimes I wished there was a more robust help menu or just an easier way to accomplish some things that I thought were pretty basic. However, although it's not an immediate solution, customer service has always been very responsive and has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions. It seems like they are still figuring some things out and while that sometimes comes with a cost in terms of clunkiness or not having answers at your fingertips, the benefit is that they have made updates to the software along the way to make things more custom for how we use it. I could never get this level of service from a larger company that is more established.

The Bug-Free Lifesaver for My Biz
Comments: Alright, here's the deal - I'm super picky when it comes to the software I use for my business. No time for bugs, shoddy programming, or anything that's going to cause me a headache or make me look unprofessional in front of my clients. So you can trust me when I say SuiteDash is THE REAL DEAL.Seriously, I've been using SuiteDash for a while now, and not once have I come across an issue. It's like they've thought of everything, making every feature really intuitive and well-built. Whether it's the CRM stuff, project management, or the billing tools, it's all seamless. It's like they climbed into my brain, figured out exactly what I needed, and then delivered it in a neat, easy-to-use package.And here's the cherry on top - their white-labeling feature is a complete game-changer. I've been able to stamp my brand all over the platform, giving my clients a personalized experience that's all me. Plus, it's super easy to customize. I'm no tech whizz, but even I've managed to make it look great.But the things that makes SuiteDash a total lifesaver for me, is secure client portals. Cons:
As of now, I haven't encountered any issues with SuiteDash that would warrant serious criticism. However, as with any software, there is always room for improvement and added features. It would be interesting to see SuiteDash continue to evolve and innovate. I'd really like to see them incorporate generative AI, and there are a lot of places where that tech could make the platform phenomenal.My only real complaint is pretty minor: the 'mail cannon' feature (it allows you to send an email to one person as part of an automation) is a paid add-on instead of being included with all the plans. The cost to add that feature is reasonable, but I think it would be good to include it on all plans as it feels like a gap in an otherwise complete package.

Suitedash is the tool to replace them all
Pros:
I purchased Suitedash back in April 2020 and I sat on it. It felt overwhelming to learn and I didn't know where to begin. HUGE MISTAKE! When I finally took the time to go through the academy and watch the YouTube videos, I set up my portal over a weekend! I immediately onboarded any new clients to the portal and slowly introduced the portal to my existing clients. This software allows it to be the one-stop shop for contracts, invoicing, billing, payments, exchanging files, creating data collection flows and so much more. I've also used the drip campaign feature and email marketing tools. Recently they added a learning management system to help create tutorials and courses. Once you get the hang of Suitedash you'll realize that you'll be able to get rid of many tools. I'm sure I am using just a fraction of its function.
Cons:
I think the biggest complaint I have is that the program can be a little slow to load and function. I've reached out to the team and they know improving speed is one of the most common requests. They are working on it!

All in One CRM + Project Management + TONS MORE!!!
Comments: I switched to SuiteDash after searching for a product that would replace my old CRM, Ultimate Client Manager, which was abandoned by the developer. I was surprised how difficult it was to find something that combined everything that UCM had. Most products had project management, but not client support/tracking or vice-versa. Then I came across SuiteDash. It has (or will be having once a few things planned for release are done) all the features of my old CRM plus a lot more! As with setting up any CRM, it takes quite a bit of time to get things set up and customized the way you want. Since Suite Dash offers an unbelievable amount of customization options, this can be daunting and a turn off for some, but it should be seen as a strength. So, yes, plan on spending a good amount of time getting things together and set up before you "switch" or "use it live". I spent about a month and a half getting things set up, then went live with just using some of the main features (I am still learning and testing other features). Because there are so many features that SuiteDash encompasses, you can use it for almost any industry you can imagine. There are some feature that I will likely never use, and that is ok - it just means that more types of people/industries are using SuiteDash and advancing its development which will ultimate also help me in the end! Customer Support has also been pretty responsive and helpful! This has been a great switch for me!!
Pros:
Really like how it is highly customizable and has a ton of options! It has an ongoing team developing it, which means the features keep expanding and it stays current. Since it is hosted by them, I don't have to worry about applying updates. The Support team has been very responsive as well!
Cons:
The main things I don't like are features that are missing that are slated to be released soon: A support Ticketing system, installment payments, and reporting feature. Once these are added, it will have all the features of my old CRM and many more!
Great Feachers I am always waiting because It's slow
Comments: Idea's about function is great. Practically it just does not deliver at all. Nor do they support the product.
Pros:
I really like the proposed feachers and the way they have them organized is great. Also they have attempted to have a Quick books upload.
Cons:
When I want to create and invoice it can take 4-6 min for one to load. It's like there servers are in Slow-mo. The quick book upload doesn't really work either. It brings the items in great but every entry needs to be hand fixed because the GST never transfers properly. Also the invoice number doesn't transfer? Lastly since the most resent update customer service help went from difficult to impossible. So in short I am paying to watch the little round load meter go round and round instead of being productive.
