Exceptional Texting Program

Comments: Excellent program with many features we do not use, but the ones we do are exceptional and make the office run smoothly with regard to appointments and reminders. I would strongly recommend this program due to ease of use, functionality and cost.

Pros:

This program has made appointments for the office much more efficient. We are able to notify, remind and edit appointments with ease. Today's reliance on cell phones makes this program fundamental to any office who runs by appointment.

Cons:

I would like the ability to add an option to change the language for each text sent.

Awesome company

Comments: I’ve been using the go-reminder for a long time since they Watch the apps and all of the changes I’ve gone through and have been good, and the upgrades have been wonderful

Pros:

It is easy to use , all of the upgrades have been a positive and I recommend this app all the time

Cons:

I haven’t found anything yet, when the app was first why it took them a while to figure out the problems that they fixed them all in a timely manner

Not Thrilled

Comments: meh,
I did get to speak to a live person. He was helpful for the information he knew. The billing is messy, unclear

Pros:

At first on the free trial was great then the plan changed which was not indicated on the plan I chose

Cons:

I was charged for an upgrade as I was checking out a new plan. I did not give permission to charge my credit card or to upgrade my plan.

Smoothly run program

Comments: I have nothing but good to say. Customer service has been great, as well.

Pros:

I love the easy navigation of their program. It’s very easy to learn and maneuver through out. I do like that they are making nice upgrades.

Cons:

The huge price increases. Although, the company has been kind with a price deduction for me because I’ve been with them from almost the beginning. I still feel it’s getting extreme. I understand the upgrades and the work that goes into it though.

Overall excellent way to remind

Comments: Very few reminder misses and only from my error

Reliable App!

Comments: My clients love receiving a reminder 24 hours in advance and an hour before their appointment. If forget, they’ll remind me every time.

Pros:

It’s user friendly and very reliable! It helps me keep my appointments in order.

Cons:

There are no cons… I love love love this app!

This simplifies my work and saves so much time.

Comments: I have been using GoReminders for over 6 years and have not had any issue or question that wasn't handled and corrected in a quick manner. I do love being able to send texts and emails through this program. I don't have time to be on the phone calling customers. So, this saves me so much time.

Pros:

We are a busy Appliance store and use GoReminders to send out delivery time windows to our customers 3 days a week. It is also set up that a reminder will automatically be sent 1 hour before their delivery time. I also use it to send out running late messages, weather issues, etc. It is very user friendly. Customers can reply back to the message with any questions, delivery instructions and to Confirm.

Cons:

I really can't think of any dislikes about GoReminders.

GoReminders is a reliable scheduling tool

Comments: Its a great scheduling tool and automatically reminds tenants of showings we have scheduled, cancels appointments, etc.

Pros:

Its reliable and assists us with scheduling in prospective tenants.

Cons:

The calendar is hard to read in some (most) formats, when there are a lot of bookings.

Less stress more time

Comments: If there is something that has to do with my business that would stress me out, it would be my appointments, and now i have ZERO stress when it comes to booking and reminding my clients

Pros:

I loe how easy this app is to use. My customers like the reminder and i like not having to remind my customers. I've been using Go Reminders for about 5 years now. I love how evolved the app has come. I recommend every use this app.

Cons:

There is nothing negative that i can say about this app, and i really tried but the app is just "THAT GOOD!"

Telephone Number and Appointment Notes

Comments: My experience has been excellent. I like the fact that you continually try to improve and make GoReminders Better.

Pros:

The ease of use and the reduced number of no shows and last minute cancellations.

Cons:

On the mobile app it would be nice if the customer's phone number appeared without having to hit the edit button and have the ability to hit the phone number to call directly. Also, it would be helpful if the appointment notes automatically opened.

Two, maybe Three great systems in one. (Scheduling, Customer Communications, Appointment Confirmations)

Comments: Been with GoReminders for approximately 5 years and every few months a new feature is added that makes our business even more productive. This system solves many internal scheduling challenges along with excellent customer communications and appointment confirmations.

Pros:

Customer Service is responsive problem solvers. The system has transformed our service business into 5 star customer ratings due to confirmations and communication. We use system to communicate with customers and schedule and assign jobs essentially two systems in one.

Cons:

We are a seasonal business and we pay for monthly for appointments that we don't use and we can't bank the appointments.

The Great Reminder

Comments: I really enjoy this app, as do my clients. My clients state that they would probably miss most of their appointments if it weren't for GoReminders.

Pros:

I like the fact that I can schedule my clients for weeks or months at a time and GoReminders will send a reminder each week without me having to enter the appointment in every week.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that I have to have a number to put a clients name in. Not all of my clients have phone numbers and I end up forgetting to put them on my other calendar therefore, I have I forget I have a client coming at a certain time. I wish there was a place holder for those who do not have phones so at least I will be reminded I have a client coming.

Good for my therapy business

Comments: I think it’s too expensive for what parts of the app I actually use. I’d like to be able to pick and choose features.

Pros:

Being able to set up appointments that recur at different intervals, and customizing the type of appointment.

Cons:

Appointments and/or changes don’t show up on my ical immediately. Also, it’s sometimes difficult to change 1 appointment without feeling like I have to change all the following appointments.

perfect appointment scheduling software

Comments: overall i am extremely satisfied with all aspects of GoReminder

Pros:

so far i have absolutely no complaints with GoReminders. The text / email reminders are pefect as is the online scheduling. Patient no shows have decreased dramatically since they have the option to reschedule an appointment through online booking and the two way messaging is a great feature

Cons:

I literally have no complaints, the software is very easy to set up and there are always new features being added to enhance the ease of use. customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any questions you have

Perfect for our Small Family Business

Comments: I absolutely love it. Super easy to set up and start using. And has helped our little family owed shop keep up with other businesses by being able to keep our customers informed via text message.

Pros:

When scheduling appointments weeks ahead I love that I can text a conformation with the date and time and no longer have to remember to call my customers with a reminder. I also love that I can text them through the GoReminders platform instead of my employees having to use their personal cell phone numbers.

Cons:

I wish I could schedule some appointments over the course of days instead of hours. Most of the jobs we work on are in our shop for 2-3 days

Best app so far

Comments: Brilliant app helps with your scheduling and easy to use

Pros:

Easy to use and customers love it. Great option for reminding you and your customers about appointment and love the why you can put notes against the customers booking thag you can only see

Cons:

The services that customers get to when booking are not clear and are to squish together

Realtor who uses GoReminders

Comments: I have used GoReminders for over five years. My clients like the one-hour reminder before their appointment. It helps them not to forget where we are meeting for a showing or closing.

Pros:

It keeps me on track with my appointments. I don't have to wait for a call back from a client to confirm an appointment; they can text to confirm or reschedule. As a Realtor, I have had fewer "no-shows" using GoReminders.

Cons:

I have not had any negative experiences using GoReminders.

Great Company

Comments: I have been with GoReminders for years and They have always delivered. I love the fact they keep adding more services.

Pros:

Simple to use and they continue to improve and expand the services. Also, you get to talk to a human when you contact them.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, I'll go with cost

Comments: Very good customer service, added bonus features like being able to text the clients, easy to access via mobile or PC. GoReminders has given us overall an excellent experience.

Pros:

Simple interface, ease of use, cuts down on client cancellations, gives me peace of mind knowing everything is organized. Has cut down on the amount of time spent calling clients.

Cons:

No cons. I literally can not think of any thing to complain about.

Fewer no-shows and late clients

Comments: Customer service is quick to respond to any questions

Pros:

SMS & Email reminders have cut back on scheduling issues while educating clients to our protocol. I also like the global messeging to all clients when we have information to get to them quickly.

Cons:

I do not use the booking portion of the software, we're a kennel and require specifics that GoReminder doesn't have

Pricey but professional

Comments: I’m luckily locked in at a lower rate than what’s currently being charged and even that feels high, I maintain it because my clients like the reminders and again it adds professionalism and trust for new clients. However it does seem pricey and the app does still glitch regularly. I do like the layout of the app though and the simplicity of all the auto fills.

Pros:

I like that it add professionalism to my business.

Cons:

It’s overly pricey for a hat it offers and the system glitches pretty regularly forcing me to restart the app.

Comments: It is easy to use and customize to my office's needs and the use has been an important part to our daily operations.

Pros:

The reminders to clients have reduced the amount of missed appointments by clients.

Cons:

The text messaging is a little unwieldy since it is in only in a web browser or the app.

I wish the booking could read other calendars we use so appointments can't overlap.
