The reports end up being like 50+ pages long and frankly, no one needs to cut down a tree to print a background report. Waiting on the candidate to fill stuff out is frustrating so I would rather go the old school route and make them sign something up front so I can initiate the check and get it going. All records are kept where they belong, with each employees' file, it is kept private from everyone except for myself and senior leadership.
