The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that.

Simply the best

Just superb.
I have been using and implementing Connecteam for a decade, in organizations as small as 8 employees, and as large as 400 in Hospitality - and cant recommend them enough!
Pros:
Connecteam product is top notch, very intuitive. Tech support is first class And the continous product improvments are inspiring.
Cons:
New pricing is a bit tricky, and could be more forgiving. However, the free option is good at small scale

Comments: I have really enjoyed it so far, and have been happy with our choice as we had many products to choose from with a diversified group, and certainly price was always a consideration with so many user at the start of a new platform with a new system and designing has been interesting and challenging at the same time.
Pros:
So far I’ve enjoyed the chat feature and able to use the mobile app for administrative and teaching as well as the kiosk mode for testing other users issues
Cons:
The job scheduling and setup has been cumbersome with our unique business model and found a few technical issues with parent and sub jobs that I have diagnosed for CT and referee issues to Lior and then had them fixed from the developers group (ie never had anyone suggest that when importing jobs that the subjobs were not coming automatically checked with the parent job details to take the same attributes as the parent hence had to get design involved and update issues because of unacceptable behavior for those issues. Had to provide video of experience so they could understand the issue and help with testing, but ultimately it was as fixed, with one more template issue still under consideration of the developers team (jobs do not allow template import correctly with users and NO group can be attached to jobs but it combines the users and groups into one during import process and have to ultimately turn off each and every job (and sometimes the subjobs) while importing, and that prices can be lengthy, especially when importing hundred of jobs with 8 subjobs each.

Could have been a great tool
Comments: Irritating and disappointing. I was looking for a one-stop solution for our PTO management, as well as onboarding of new employes. When initially signing up I was told that I was going to be able to create detailed re-usable task lists, something I planned to use to onboard new employees. Turns out what I wanted to be able to do is not actually possible on this platform. I'm temporarily stuck here as I look for something else.
Pros:
Has a nice app and a nice interface for desktop use.
Cons:
Constantly, daily, trying to do things only to have a pop up tell me how much more money I'd have to pay in order to unlock that functionality. There is far too much locked out... such as the ability to copy something, or the ability to turn off sending something to the entire organization. It is a constant irritation to be trying to make something work only to have these demands for more money thrown in your face over and over again.

Comments: Overall, the experience was great, every time I get the chance I recommend them to business owners that I know.
Pros:
What I liked most about the Connect team app is how easy it is to use, I am not good with technology, but everything I needed was at my finger tips. Love the reports that it gives me, I'm easily able to see where everyone started there days from. Thank you connect team. P.S. Customer support, super easy to get a hold of.

Honestly As long as I've had connect team I've had very little issues with them.

Great Time Clock for Construction
Comments: The software met our needs and was easy to learn. It has other features that we are going to try to start using as well. Any time that I've had a question, I've been able to get an answer over the Chat feature as well.
Pros:
We use the Time Clock feature primarily and love the easy user interface. It's very easy for guys in the field to pick up on the app and as an Admin, the GPS tracking is really helpful! I really like how I can customize things for our needs too. I tested a lot of different softwares before deciding on this.
Cons:
I honestly can't think of anything right now.

Comments: Overall, I found Connecteam to be very useful in our work environment. Its easy to chat with all the employees in group chats, or reach out to one individually. And again, I really like how the schedule is set up. Its really easy to use and read.
Pros:
I like the efficiency of being able to contact all the employees in one place, and have multiple group chats. I also love the way the schedule is, its so easy to read and schedule employees to work.
Cons:
The phone app part can be a little tricker to navigate. Learning the app takes a little longer than I think it could be on the app.

Excellent scheduling palatform
Comments: Much better system than what we were using to schedule people. Changed our operations for the better!
Pros:
Easy for our crew to see their schedules in the app, easy for multiple admin users to change or add shifts.
Cons:
A small number of features in upgraded tiers that would be nice to have, but several features also in those tiers that we wouldn't need to utilize, so on the fence if it's worth the extra money but not use everything we're paying for.
Connecteam and how it is doing
Comments: I really enjoy it and how organized I can stay. Before Connecteam, I was manually tracking everything in excel. I love that I could set the system up in such a way to utilize appropriately for many different aspects of our business.
Pros:
I really like how everything can be organized. I really like how we can do everything in one place.
Cons:
I wish i could run some sort of report for all courses and forms to find out what is done and what needs done in one view. Right now, I have to click on them all individually and it takes a lot of time.

Comments: Very impressed after trying serval other options and working with other similar software Connecteam really is super impressive. It's easy for those that aren't tech savvy to catch on as well which is great!
Pros:
I like that they are always innovating and improving upon the features. It feels like an app that is created with the user in mind. Too many apps are built to check boxes of functionality but are not a smooth user experience. Connecteam excels at creating with the user experience in mind.
Cons:
I wish they had a few more options for smaller businesses when it comes to the different additional purchase options. Being able to just add on individual thing vs upgrading to a much larger system would be great.

I love the ongoing upgrades and the support that comes with it. I have attwnded somw of the webinars when new features come out. It has been a game changer and a vital part of my business
Pros:
Connect team has been a crucial part of our orginaization. It keeps the team unified in allowingnusnto connect with one another to share everything. Whether we are wishing someone a happy birthday or sharing a raving client review, the impact of Connect has bridged the gap between our staff. The organizational aspect for management has been improved greatly with assigned tasks and private groups. This is exactly what we needed and I contribute our success in the buiness to the communication we have achieved with this platform!
Cons:
I wish the additional cost to some of thr added features could be chared a la cart. The pricing runs in tiers, however I wish you could specifically pay for a particular feature. Ie delayed scheudled messages. I have my best ideas in the middle of the night and I would love to share with my staff . However, i dont feel the need to upgrade to the next tier as I dont need all the other bells and whistles.

What didn't work for me, might work for you.
Comments: The app platform is user friendly, very easy to figure out even with no training. When I discovered there was no way to GPS track my very wide and spread out sales team, I switched to another service. Printing time sheets was a little glitchy but while annoying it was manageable.
Pros:
For field canvass management PROS - this app does work great ONLY IF you have immediate supervision over your field team. You can communicate via messaging and do the basic punching in and out right from this app. You can print time sheets.
Cons:
FIELD CANVASS MANAGEMENT CONS -You can NOT GPS track your team, so if you DON'T have supervisors actually out walking with your canvassers you will not know where they are and you'd have to just trust people punching in and out and actually canvassing and doing what they're supposed to be doing. - I didn't care for the time sheets feature on the desktop, you'd have to log out and refresh any time you select the period (dates) that you want to export, which was a huge pain for me. -If you have commission ONLY canvassers, this app would be OK, and its very cost effective, you get a lot out of the free version. Now, if you're like me and have hourly+commission team - you want eyes on them at all times. You can't pay someone hourly without knowing what they're doing - are they at the mall shopping? are they home? Are they working? The lack of real-time tracking was the main reason I stopped using it. Wasn't a good fit for us, but it may be a good fit for someone else.

Thanks for your feedback! We're a bit confused, though. There IS real-time GPS tracking, and you can see your users' routes when they're on the clock, so if you want to make sure people don't wander around, that's definitely available. As for switching between dates in the timesheets, they DO update automatically in real-time, you don't need to refresh manually, and you definitely don't need to log out. On top of that, we're adding the ability to clock users out automatically if they leave a certain Geofence, so with that capability, you can rest assured no one's getting paid if they're not in the workplace... Good all in one app for employees
Comments: Overall it has been good - customer service has been generally quick and very responsive and customized.
Pros:
One stop shop, secured platform for most things a company needs - eliminating the need for multiple apps and platforms to manage employees. It's also generally pretty user friendly - our company hires people who experiences employment barriers, so useability is critical.
Cons:
Some very essential items in forms is only available to more premium plans. Inability to separate forms into folders. Employees forget to clock out a lot of times and I haven't figured out the exact mechanism to prevent that using ConnecTeam.

Comments: I thoroughly enjoy Connecteam. Overall, it makes communication with our staff seamless and cuts down the time for our workflow.
Pros:
I like the ability to have breadcrumbs turned on for my employees who are clocked in. We cover a large area during our events and it makes it more efficient for us to see exactly where they are.
Cons:
Although I enjoy have separate time clocks and job schedules for each location, it would be beneficial to see a master schedule option with all locations to get a better understanding of all the events taking place at once.
Connecteam is a must have!
Comments: Our company's overall experience with Connecteam has been very positive. We are using it in ways that we didn't even think possible when we joined. We simply can't go back to operating without it now!
Pros:
There are so many pros to Connecteam, from the ease of use, to the variety of forms that we are able to create for our teams, to the very helpful tutorials (just to name a few).
Cons:
I can't think of anything that I don't like about it.

Comments: They have always been very helpful, responsive, and thorough in dealing with any questions or concerns/problems I have had. We really enjoy it!

I like the ease of use that it has, there is not a lot of training needed to onboard new staff.

The Simpler Way of Tracking Time
Comments: It’s been great. Super easy to get guidance when questions arrive through the immediate support system via chat. Also plenty of classes offered and great communication about new tools etc through email updates.
Pros:
Simple for employees to find and clock into the appropriate job and easily switch jobs throughout the day. Breadcrumbs help to follow activity. Easily communicate through the chat and get notified when there is an issue regarding someone’s time.
Cons:
Wish the app could allow you automatically be clocked into a job once in the parameters set but also clock you out when you leave for another job but somehow track the time in between leaving one job and automatically being clocked into the next.

Amazing all in one App
Comments: We are OG clients of Connecteam and we are still finding new features regularly that we start using in our business! Connecteam is absolutely amazing! Their support team is the best with really quick assistance. I highly recommend them.
Pros:
I love the amount of functionality Connecteam has within one app! And the fact that they work with the community to develop even more features!
Cons:

Comments: We've had a great experience with Connecteam. They're customer support is solid and the price is fair compared to the value their product provides. We are a big fan and highly recommend this app!
Pros:
Connecteam is primarily a communication tool for our company and it has helped us strengthen our relationships with employees which is a huge benefit. Employees know where to turn and how to get help through connecteam. We have also gotten much more organized with scheduling. Connecteam has truly fulfilled the meaning of its name for our company.
Cons:
I least like the scheduling view for multiple locations. Employees can not see all of their shifts in one central location. They must navigate through different schedules to view their shifts. It leaves room for error/employee confusion. We've had instances where employees did not realize they were scheduled at a different location. Our employees also have intermittent issues with the GPS and can't clock in. I don't know if that's a connecteam issue or user issue.
Will I return to connect team? My employees hope I do.
Comments: I left connect team because I was hoping to grow and wanted as much as possible to be automated all within one program. I understand there are integrations and connections and that is a large project for me to hope all connects and works well.
Pros:
I absolutely love the ease of viewing the schedule, creating the jobs and sub jobs, at the time clock is a breeze. Also Mobile app version is my employee's favorite out of all the other stupid cleaning software options out there. Amazing that it is free under 10 users. Love connectteam!
Cons:
Invoicing! Connecting the time clock on the job to the invoice for the client would be a feature I would be dropping everything to return.

The app that always gets better
Comments: Very positive! Our business uses Connectteam for almost everything now. I like that you can vote for new features so that the app always keeps getting better.
Pros:
I like that the features are set up for you to activate but you can customise these how you wish to make it work for your business. They're always adding new features and improving the current ones so it always is getting better.
Cons:
Sometimes we have problems on the app and they are quite hard to resolve when the people in the chat don't understand the issue that you explain but they always get fixed eventually.
Significant improvement to our Everyday Business with Connecteams!
Comments: Very positive, it has streamlined our communication greatly and improved overall service and connectivity with our team significantly.
Pros:
The desktop version is very user friendly, really like date and time stamps on messages and tasks to see exactly when a submission was made. TONS of options for creating all sorts of content, seems limitless really.
Cons:
I wish the app would show different views for scheduling so you may look at a full week or month at a time like other Calendar platforms. Would be nice as well if a payroll schedule could be set in the platform and then it would give the times for each staff during those periods (or maybe it can but I do not know how to do so!)

Comments: Overall our experience with Connecteam has been outstanding. There are lots of tutorials and customer service help at the touch of a button. I haven't had to use that very often because the program is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It helps us track our employees' time and vacations as well as gives everyone ample room for comments and notes so we stay informed of any daily work changes, issues and notifications. I am able to edit the status on forms so I can keep track of the ones I have already reviewed. Overall, Connecteam has been a time saver and keeps us organized.
Pros:
I like the wide variety of uses this program offers. It allows us to easily communicate with our employees, share scheduled services, edit payroll time sheets and helps tremendously with our billing by allowing our employees to fill out and submit their own forms like service reports and reimbursement expenses.
Cons:
If I had to improve something, it would be the ability to add "Jobs" in more places than just the Job scheduler. I sometimes need to add a new job to the time sheets because we are constantly doing business with new customers in the service industry and it would be easier to be able to stay in the time clock to just add a job. Also, it would be nice to combine two of the same jobs that were added by different administrators but spelled differently by accident (similar the the Quickbooks function that allows you to merge customers/jobs). Occasionally, if a job is added in the job scheduler, it is not automatically added to the time clock function so the employees can see it on the schedule but not clock in to that job. We have to go into the edit job window and manually check the time clock box. That seems a little too tedious.

Comments: Coming from a large inc. company, this was great for the transition into a small private company. It gives you the feel of your own company tools without needing the large support/design network.
Pros:
Easy to use platform and access for employees. The chat system and directory is great. Job scheduler and labor tracking awesome. Very simple and practical.
Cons:
There could be an easier place/way to upload and store files for the company and employees. Library was limited to what I could upload. I made a folder in knowledge base for a central location for all access files. I also would like to see more details able to be attached to jobs making a job portfolio for each scheduled job. It would also be nice to have a section attached to jobs to note issues, mistakes or correction needed and reminders for future jobs to avoid repeat mistakes.
Connecteam is the best!!
Comments: Connecteam has been a great addition to our afterschool program! It is always speedy and we rarely have issues. We use it for many different aspects like uploading resources for site monitoring and allergies, as well as creating forms for scheduling and accidents or discipline reports. We also love that we can easily add people to the schedule repeatedly so that we do not have to manually enter each employee. This gives us perfect access to many of our employee records which allows for less time spent reading through paper files and more time available to find the information we need. Connecteam is a very useful app! We also really love the ability to have admins, owners, and regular employees. This allows us to separate different workflows to the people they need to be available to!
Pros:
I like the ability to have so many different forms on Connecteam to give access to our employees. There are many different forms we need for childcare and this keeps us organized instead of having to do everything on paper.
Cons:
I do not like that we cannot remove the feature for clocking in and out. We do not use this feature because we have to use a different platform for our school system. The ability to make this optional would be helpful!
Great App for Communication
Comments: We really enjoy it as a small business. Everything that we need is in this app and its a great way to communicate with everyone and know that everyone is reading what we post. I am really happy that we found this gem!
Pros:
The ease of use for everyone. Not only admin but for other users as well. As an admin, I am able to switch to user view and see what others see, which is nice we we have features that we don't need everyone to see.
Cons:
I wish we didn't have to pay extra to use additional features. Like the option to not allow people to go into the app without confirming it.
