Great platform for small businesses

Comments: I’ve had a great experience thus far. I’m able to do basic tasks with the mobile app but for the Lite and Standard applications really dive deep into the system to engage and manage applicants.

Pros:

The ease of use, functionality and gives big platform feel fit a fraction of the cost.

Cons:

There are limited capabilities with the mobile app so it makes tasking on the go challenging.

Easy to Implement, Train, and Use

Pros:

This ATS is super user friendly and has provided us with a better way to manage our recruitment efforts.

Cons:

The mobile app no longer offers the ability to fully manage your candidates as it once had. The candidate profile view is limited making you have to go to the desktop version to really continue your workflow.

Great for the price!

Pros:

- Reasonable and affordable pricing - User friendly. The dashboard is very easy to understand, simple yet aesthetic - The career page is nice as well - Great option for smaller companies looking for a simple and easy to use ATS

Cons:

- Customer support is definitely problematic, it's really hard to reach the right personnel and issues usually take a few weeks to months before it gets resolved. This can really delay the recruiting process if you're urgently looking to hire for a position. - There isn't too much flexibility with customizing certain features, but you get what you pay for.

Super Support!

Comments: With jobsoid we managed to create an incredibile easy referral programs for our job positions. Something that it's extremely hard to do with other softwares or even impossibile in some cases. Thanks Jobsoid and thanks to the support of our account manager.

Pros:

There are many positive things to talk about Jobsoid. First of all, It's incredibly easy to use compared to the competitors, you will find that creating a job and receiving candidates it's a seamless operation. We love the way Jobsoid integrate with Wordpress, the mobile application or even the possibility to videocall our candidates, which is something extra that it's not possibile with the competiros. And all of that for a price that insanely competitive for the market.

Cons:

We are using it for a while now and so far we did not managed to find any particular flaw that made us say "Oh, that's bad!".

Jobsoid is a great platform in sourcing candidates!

Comments: Definitely a great sourcing tool in finding candidates. I have hired several people located anywhere through here!

Pros:

I like the fact that I am able to post jobs for multiple locations and they get posted in various platforms as well. Customer service is very satisfactory!

Cons:

I honestly do not have any since I really like using Jobsoid a lot.

Dont Overcomplicate It

It is easy to use and very user friendly.

It literally does the same thing that free sites do

Pros:

Overall its a very easy-to-use software, I used it for the requirements which i was unable to cover through other professional portals & the results were always satisfying. over all i recommend everyone to atleast try "Jobsoid" once , who knows what it has in package for you.

Cons:

The thing that bothered me was the filter to look for only candidates with a particular clearance while working for federal clients. Rest everything is fine.

The software is great for job providers as it s an intelligent solution to recruitment procedures and issues. it uses algorithm to select most compatible candidate to the profile requirements. also, it comes in quite affordable range

Jobsoid Review 2019

Pros:

I like that I am able to communicate with the candidates via Jobsoid. Also I am able to attach important documents and dates to their profile. It makes it easy for me to keep track of my current employees as well as the potential candidates. Keeps me organized!

Cons:

I think \they can improve on how to upload multiple documents at one time. Also include a ticker for those documents so that I am notified when something like a TB test, or CPR card that has been uploaded well expire so that I can reach out to my employees in a timely fashion.

Jobsoid Works!

Comments: As long as I keep the job postings fresh, I get a good flow of candidates to fill the posted jobs. It's one of my main resources.

Pros:

Great customer service! Easy to understand and use. The way the software works was modified based on my feedback. Wow!

Cons:

Some of the functionality is a little quirky. Candidates are assigned to the jobs they applied to and when that job is closed access to the candidate goes away. The workaround is to reassign the candidate to an open job so I have one job as a place holder. It's a simple workaround but I lose one of my slots to it.

Great product

Comments: I love the tool and the customer service is prompt and kind.

Pros:

It's user-friendly, really clear, you can follow up the process for each candidate. Contacting candidates and keeping track of communications is really easy.

Cons:

The tool is missing a "historic record" feature for the organizations, I would like to have a list of the projects (positions) that each contact/company had previously.

Jobsoid was a great ATS for our new startup

Comments: Positive experience and very easy to use. We had 30 people on my team using it and it was easy to deploy.

Pros:

Amazing customer support team that always developed new features as I suggested them. It felt like a true partnership and was an amazing value for the price. The ATS was also very intuitive!

Cons:

The software didn't have the best reporting functionality but was improving all the time.

Comments: The overall experience is very good. We are very happy with the software.

Pros:

The best feature of Jobsoid is that it is a very user friendly software. If there are any doubts, then they are resolved at the earliest.

Cons:

Till now, we have not encountered any cons yet but the Video screening had some minor issues which were resolved.

Great product!!

Comments: Have been using the free trial version for the past 1 week or so...really happy with the responses. First of all it spares you the trouble to go to multiple sites to post your job; and then it also gives you the functionality of managing the responses in a practical and easy way...and best of all all this in a free version!!
I'm really sure that the paid versions will have a lot of more to offer and I don't mind paying for it as my needs grow.

Easy job postings. Functionality to manage the applications and even send interview or rejection mailers or text messages to the applicants. Reminders sent to us for interviews.

Cons:

Well, I feel that there could be more filtering options for the applications received.

User Friendly!!!

Pros:

Easy to filter candidates and track their progress. We also receive a timely mail notification for scheduled candidates.

Cons:

Nothing found till date. Finding it good while shortlisting the candidates.

Comments: It managed to group applications in a separate place and collate them but I personally wouldn't use again for recruitment.

Pros:

I think the concept is good - particularly if you have large recruitment drives like we did.

Cons:

Generally the system is really clunky and difficult to navigate and very much orientated to an American audience. The recruitment processes are problem slightly different in the UK and it wasn't a great fit.

The game changer

Comments: Overall we are happy with the software in it's entirety. once setup with questionnaires the system is quick and easy to filter.

Pros:

Video Interviews, Not having to take time away from schedule.

Cons:

I can't also fire people from within the software.

Collecting Candidates

Comments: While I have not gotten the perfect candidate yet, I expect I will very soon...

Pros:

Once you learn where everything is, it's a breeze to navigate.

Cons:

Nothing really to say here. It takes about a day to get familiar with the overall layout of the tool.

Comments: It is a very easy, pleasant experience. It's like someone's holding your hand, through the entire process. 10/10!!

Easy to use

Comments: The customer service has been fantastic with this organization - they seem to really get how to retain their customers.

Pros:

We are a small business, but needed an intelligent software to help manage the inflow of candidates. We find Jobsoid is able to adapt to any size of organization, and is easy to use with minimal training. We researched a lot of others, and tried trials which just ended up being deleted as they were too cumbersome, or there were limitations. Jobsoid seems to have thought of everything and we are happy with the product.

Cons:

I wish you got more than one job opening for free! :)
