> **Pros**: This software is easy to configure, full-stack SDLC tool, ready and mature for the best DevOps practices, able to harmoniously manage  traditional and modern processes together (multi-modality).  It is the easiest way to keep it as an "enterprise service bus" for release automation. It includes everything a company needs to configure and develop systems. It could go much beyond its native scope. CMDB, source and artefacts repository, configuration management natively integrated. And also native impact analysis about how any piece of configuration can affect the functioning of the entire system including scheduling, system availability, auto-learning root-cause analysis. Considerably reliable and ridiculously easy to maintain. This suite does not make anything mandatory but you can basically implement any kind of process (physical or business ones and both together). It is open to core customisation but most of all, its rules-engine is basically the magic stick able to homogeneously integrate and orchestrate any complexity: external project management tools and other configuration management tools, complex toolchains, continuous "whatever" improvement. Monitoring and performance profiling is automatic and native in this software. You can take a look at performances and outages of any controlled piece of the system at any moment. Never seen something like this.

There are some prejudices  about the use of Perl that is traditionally seen as a basic script language, but this software is the real demonstration on how it is powerful. By the way, it exposes a web-IDE that let users work in more popular languages. User Experience is already graceful but it can be boosted up to keep simple the big complexity it uses to manage.

improvements can be made to adapt the tool to the different needs of the client.
It simplifies the actions to be performed by the user and is carried out quickly compared to manual actions.
the configuration of the application is simple.

I also do not like the way it has to make reports because (at least in the version that we currently have installed)
