Pros:

Vfairs created a beautiful and easy to use platform for our virtual fundraising event. I am pleased with their entire team!

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about VFairs. They were professional, kind, courteous, on-time and created exactly what we needed. They were able to take what was in my head and put it into a lovely platform and virtual conference center.

Comments: Wonderful! CFP Board enjoys working with vFairs. We hope our partnership can continue and grow. The design and deployment process improves every single event we run and we're grateful to vFairs for their commitment to excellence.

Pros:

We use vFairs for our twice-annual virtual career fairs that connect top employers in financial planning with highly qualified job candidates. Our event attendance and user satisfaction has grown in thanks to vFairs. Attendees are most satisfied with the registration process, tech platform and intuitive user interface. I personally work with [sensitive content hidden], our Project Manager, and I appreciate her openness to feedback and commitment to making our fair the best possible experience. Thanks vFairs!

Cons:

Booth reps and attendees struggle with setting Chat Timings. We'd also like to see more Job Search filter options/columns. We've had some tech glitchs with maximum number of open chats and the resume search feature. I've shared this feedback with our Project Manager, Hibba, and she's been very open to the feedback and eager to problem solve to improve the user experience and actionize on the feedback.

Comments: The overall experience was phenomenal!! The service provided by vFairs was exceptional. Our program area will certainly be encouraging our organization's leadership to continue using the services provided by vFairs for large in-person events.

Pros:

I very much appreciated that the attentiveness given to our organization as we prepared for our event. The quick turnaround time on requests made regarding the landing page and website was incredible. The project managers assigned to us were insightful and creative. I loved how the vFairs team made themselves available to us to ensure we met our goals. The scheduled check-in meetings were great. This allowed our team to ask questions and for the vFrairs team to demonstrate different features on the landing page and app, as well as on the backend. Thanks to vFairs we were able to elevate our annual in-person event. As an organization we received positive feedback from attendees on the vFairs experience from registration to using the app onsite.

Cons:

There was a minor glitch with the evaluation feature. It auto populated from previous evaluations that were completed. The vFairs team resolved the issue right away. Our team should have done testing prior to the event to sure that everything was working properly in advance of the event.

Comments: We required a virtual event platform capable of hosting live and pre-recorded presentations, facilitating chat, polls, surveys, ensuring a seamless attendee experience, featuring virtual expo capabilities, and boasting technical robustness. vFairs covers these needs and the regular exchange with the project team helps us to improve the event experience for our attendees.

Pros:

The support team is always friendly and quick to respond. The technology is robust and the attendee journey smooth from registration to login.

Cons:

The backend, especially the landing page editor could be more intuitive and easier to use for non-html programmers.

Comments: This is my 3rd year planning and executing a 1k person event on the vFairs platform. For the first two years, my event was a single day. While still challenging and full of details, this year, the event had multiple moving parts and the addition of 2 more days. We also had 26 workshops. VFairs was the perfect platform for these events and Ammemah , my rep, was phenomenal. I’ve been able to request and work with her all three times. They always are present, responsive, and professional throughout

Pros:

The design is our platform, the professionalism, the helpfulness, solutions-orientation and the creative help.

Cons:

I truly don’t have a con - the only small not I have is not being able to bulk upload webinars

Reporting is available, but cumbersome, although support team did assist greatly. Inability for registrants to make changes that would notify planner. VFairs did work around, but wish options were available.

Comments: From the very beginning we were given focused support with plenty of training and assistance to pull off a major event in a short period of time. The platform and service are solid but, what sets vFairs apart are knowledgeable support team members and individualized handholding. Truly bar none!

Pros:

To say the support received is the best would be a gross understatement. Many products and platforms offer exciting and engaging virtual experiences but the individualized and immediate support we receive with vFairs has left us totally impressed.

Cons:

We are able to customize several aspects of the platform but there are a few minor items that would help ensure a flawless event. Nothing critical but as an example, a hybrid admin/attendee persona would be helpful for us.

vFairs Played a Pivotal Role in our Success!

Comments: vFairs helped us solve the problem of how to hold an educational conference for healthcare professionals and consumers during and after pandemic shutdowns. By hosting a hybrid event we kept the in-person element of community building and networking along with the online element of easy international access without travel. vFairs provided a fun and easy to navigate platform for our attendees for a very reasonable price.

Pros:

vFairs has been in the virtual event planning business long enough to know how to plan and execute a flawless experience. We found their team to be highly skilled, professional, collaborative, fast responding, and a pleasure to work with. Our project manager, [sensitive content hidden] , and Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden] , were deeply committed to the success of our event. Throughout the entire planning and execution process we felt well taken care of.

Cons:

The vFairs platform is highly customizable; it can be intimidating for inexperienced event planners to create the online platform with content and images. We appreciated the options to use standard templates and the help from our project manager in keeping things moving along when we were paralyzed by decision making fatigue. There were more tasks to setting up the event than we originally thought. The first year using vFairs we left too much to the end and were under pressure finishing.

Great service, helpful, excellent event

Comments: Really positive, they were a helpful, innovative team to work with who listened to what we had to say and carried out changes and the creation of the event how we wanted, with [sensitive content hidden] being a standout person in managing it all.

Pros:

Ease of use, the customisation of the platform, the support we received, [sensitive content hidden] went above and beyond with her project management skills in making the process as smooth as possible, no technical issues either.

Cons:

Maybe a bit too complicated for what we wanted, lots of features we didn't need and could have got more discount for not using them I guess, also a lot of button clicks to get to what we wanted.

Comments: Overall I liked using vFairs from the Admin perspective. It was very easy to set up booths and get exhibitors started on the process. Our customer support representatives [sensitive content hidden]made everything easy, they answered questions, provided post-event reporting that we couldn't find, and expertly lead three training sessions for our exhibitors.

Pros:

Ease of setting up booths, rapid response of account representatives [sensitive content hidden], and the look and feel of the Lobby and booths.

Cons:

Difficulty navigating the report section and finding the reports we needed; at times it was difficult to find information and "how-to" on the website

Friendly, Professional and Reliable Service

Comments: My overall experience with vFairs has been excellent. Our project manager was outstanding in terms of planning, communication, and coordination prior to the event. He also provided necessary training to our key personnel prior to the event and our team felt well prepared leading up to the event. Post event reports also provided insightful data about our event attendees and we look forward to working with vFairs again for our virtual events.

Pros:

What I like most about vFairs is that they are friendly, professional, and very responsive. They try to understand the client's needs and are able to recommend solutions. The technology platform is also intuitive and allows end users to adapt easily.

Cons:

As with any technology platforms, it has some limitations when it comes to customization but it is nothing to complain about.

Amazing customer service and easy to use

Pros:

We switched over to vFairs in the fall of 2022 and it's one of the best decisions we've made. Let's talk about customer service first. From day 1, [sensitive content hidden] has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and was able to walk me through every step of the process. The timeframe to turn around our first virtual event was very short, but [sensitive content hidden] support throughout the entire build made the process so efficient and quick. He's very responsive and is always happy to support our efforts. I can't say enough good things about him - top notch customer service. Next let's review the platform. Prior to vFairs, our old platform was very clunky and it took so much time to set up an event. When I started working on the vFairs platform, I noticed the difference immediately. The amount of time it takes to build out an event is a fraction of what it was taking me on our old platform, and the user interface is so simple and easy to use. I love how our virtual booths are displayed to attendees and I'm even more impressed with how the agenda is presented on the landing page and within the environment.

Cons:

I wouldn't say I dislike this about vFairs, it's more a "I wish I could do this" type of feedback. I wish I could easily update room templates on my own without bothering [sensitive content hidden] with that kind of request. He's very quick to get our requests in the queue when we do want to make changes, but it would be nice to be able to make the updates on our own.

Cons:

The platform was appreciated greatly by our audience, and we received positive feedback throughout a consequent survey sent to everyone. When we requested a new feature it was seen as a new feature to develop for the platform, which we felt was a very fair way to work.

vFairs is an innovative platform to host virtual events

Pros:

vFairs is a platform unlike any I have seen. The platform is able to host virtual events with ease, acting as a tangible way for attendees to get a sense of an in-person event but online. The customer service team is impeccable, by replying in a timely manner. Cons:

From my limited understanding, all outgoing communications to attendees is done by vFairs. I wish there was a better way to integrate this.

vFairs helped us have a great conference

Comments: They helped us make the conference a success. We had 350 attendees onsite and 100 logging in remotely. The app worked well and very few attendees had questions or complaints.

Pros:

The app was easy for attendees to use. It helped the conference go paperless. The staff at vFairs were very supportive and quick to answer our questions/requests.

Cons:

Everything worked well. It did what we needed for our annual conference.

Pros:

The best feature was [sensitive content hidden]!! While we really like the platform, what made it exceptional was [sensitive content hidden].Sorry programmers, it was the interpersonal working with [sensitive content hidden] that made the difference (two years in a row).

Cons:

I can't think of anything. Last year (or was it two years ago) there was an issue with the integration of the IDLOOM registration. We had to use Zapier.It seems like we overcame that the last two years.
