Great Organizational App

Comments: My overall experience with calendly is its great at keeping track of schedules like doctors, denstist, work, daily routines and more.

Pros:

What i like most about calendly is that fact that without it i wouldnt be as organized as i am.

Wrong time zone

Comments: Awful. Cheap. Doesn't work. My kid would program a better app.

I tried to type nothing but Calendly is requiring a longer response in order to submit my review. What I like the most is that I can cancel this garbage.

Cons:

I set up the event to schedule appointments in the Pacific time zone. I tested it and scheduled a 8:30 appt. I was sent an email for 4:30 UTC time zone. No customer service. AI Bot hell. Finally a human on chat. Needed a pic of the email that was sent. After I sent the pic, the chat was disconnected. This is total garbage. I wouldn't trust new leads with this crap. Helllll Nah

Comments: My experience with Calendly has been excellent. It works so smoothly that I’ve never once had to contact support with questions or technical issues.

Pros:

My favorite thing about Calendly is it works smoothly and is super-simple: no learning curve, no “onboarding,” and no training needed. I choose the days and time slots that I want to make available for consultations. Calendly puts it together in a visual calendar that makes it easy for clients to schedule a meeting. Since many of my appointments are potential new clients, I love that the software doesn’t ask them for a long list of personal information. All they need to is choose a time, then enter their name, email address, and phone number (with an optional space for notes). Then Calendly immediately sends me an email letting me know that I have a new consultation scheduled. The best part? It’s a breeze to embed the scheduling calendar on my WordPress site. Just drop the link in as an embed code, and it’s live - and looks great. I’ve been using Calendly for years and they’ve never charged me a dime. Its “Always free” plan is actually free (if you only need the basics).

Cons:

I don’t have any serious complaints. It would be nice to have more design options, however, the preset design looks good so it’s not a pressing issue.

Comments: Great tool - answers pretty much all of our requirements for a reasonable price. Would recommend over some more comprehensive tools.

Pros:

The simplicity in getting setup and integrated with other platforms.

Cons:

I'd love to see smoother flows when integrated with HubSpot (e.g. when using routing after a HubSpot form, the flow feels a bit disjointed, and we sometimes lose follow-through from leads).

Good product for a cookie cutter schedule, not the best for lots of adjustments

Comments: Overall, t is a good product, it just did not work out for my specific needs.

Pros:

The client interface and interactive abilities.

Cons:

The flexibility of of time allotments is difficult to manipulate. For example, if a client only needs 30 minutes, unless that is clearly pre created, it may or may not allow proper allocation and adjusting the calendar for another client right behind them that may need 30 minutes, vs an hour.

Easy to use and more customer meetings scheduled

Comments: It made my day as business development manager easier and helped me to faster generate more meetings with potential customers. It was very easy for me to set up and my customers more often scheduled a meeting directly over my Calendly link, it saved both me and my customers time. Furthermore, it made it easier for my customers to choose a meeting time that suited them the best.

Pros:

I love that it's so easy to set up and use, always up to date with my calendar and it really helps me to quickly get more meetings with potential customers.

Cons:

That it was not integrated in our company internal system

Great Scheduling Tool with lots of features and a clean look.

Comments: I haven't integrated it enough into my business model, but I plan to much more in the coming months as we continue to grow!

Pros:

I love the look of Calendly. It's visually appealing. I like how it integrates with my Google Calendar seamlessly. It's automated reminder and follow up system is fantastic and saves me a ton of time!

Cons:

I had some trouble at first not having duplicate appointments post to my Google Calendar, but I seem to have fixed it, and I believe it was more user error than anything. Not a knock on Calendly.

Comments: While I can see value in this, #1 I am not always able to stay with my calendar schedule and need to be able to adjust on the fly. #2 I felt like I was always receiving messages and notifications of "nothing on your calendar" or this is happening in XYZ.

Pros:

Easy to set appointments for anyone even a novice.

Cons:

My calendar changed so much from day to day that I would forget to go into Calendly and modify the day. I tried and was able to integrate the Google Calendar but didn't really care much for it.

Scheduling Simplified!

Pros:

First, where has this been all my working life!? Gone are the days of the back and forth communication, the scheduling conflicts, and the missed opportunities from not being able to coordinate together. This has taken scheduling to a new level! Not only is it simplifying the process but adding a level of professionalism to it which is rare. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. And let's not forgot the ability to integrate with all the major communication/calendar software! No more losing track of meetings!

Cons:

Only drawback (and it is more of a personal reference) is I wish it had a recurring meeting option.

The best and easiest way to schedule meetings with prospects

Comments: I use calendly for my personal business and to obtain new coaching clients. I attach the link on my various websites and media where they can promptly schedule a meeting with me. It works as described and it always syncs up with my Google calendar. I get notifications via text and email when someone schedules with me, so I am prepared every step of the way.

Pros:

I like how easy calendly is to use and how quick prospects can schedule meetings without having to speak to me. It makes a ton of sense for running meetings and integrating with my calendar so I can simply wake up and have meetings set. It provides enough options to find meeting times and allows for flexibility in rescheduling.

Cons:

I wish there was a way for people to reach me quickly and efficiently in the program if they have any other requests or questions for our meeting.

My favorite scheduling partner!

Comments: I love Calednlys booking experience. It makes it so much easier to schedule call on - specifically how well it connects to your zoom and google meet accounts. Definitly eases the scheduling management process for me! I never have overlaps now!

Pros:

I love how easy it is to update availability and send invites out. I love how easy it is to send your link for clients to schedule calls with you on. It also has great features like scheduling windows and the ability to reschedule and cancel.

Cons:

I think the mobile experience could improve by increasing visibility and allowing users to update availability easier on here. I also think sending hour before meeting reminders would be helpful!

A Timely Software for Everyday Use

Comments: I've used Calendly for year and my experience has been quite pleasant. I like that clients can choose mutually available time slots with ease and I am able to receive a notification when a new meeting has been added to my calendar. I also liked that you can brand your calendar with your identity and give a description about what the time slots are being used for so everyone is on the same page.

Pros:

Calendly is incredibly easy to set up. It easily integrates into to any site and you can sync your google calendar so you're able to stay organized. You can also take payments through Calendly if you're a consultant selling a service, this however is a paid feature but could be advantageous for clients to immediately pay for you time.

Cons:

I wish Calendly had more complimentary features to try out before deciding to commit to their paid features. It can seem limited and it does let you complete basic tasks that allow for structuring your time in an effortless way.

The worst customer experience

Comments: I tried to upgrade, the system said there was a problem and I had to contact billing. There was no way to contact billing directly. I could only deal with the bot. When someone finally responded to my issues I was instructed that I did not use the fasted way to contact customer support. I suggested that they have only the best way to contact customer service available on their website. The following is what I sent to them when they asked for feedback If the chatbot was the only thing maybe I could have stayed. The follow up on the chatbot did not improve. Horrific experience. Absolutely horrific experience. No longer interested in paying for the lack of service anymore. I have set up another calendar system and am transitioning all of my links to it. There is no excuse for this. You continue with this nonsense you will be out of business. You can count on, I will be telling people to not use your service; the free service and especially the paid service. Simply because your app does not offer service at all.

Pros:

It was good until I tried to upgrade. Then it all turned south.

Cons:

The customer service or more appropriately lack there of.

The must have apps to organize your virtual appointments

Comments: Love it. Make life so much easier in a professional way. Must have for every businesses nowadays if you are taking appointment.

Pros:

I like how it completely automates the booking part so I don't have to go back and forth with clients just to nail down an appointment date and time. Also, it is a good filter to find out which prospects are serious about the project and which ones aren't.

Cons:

Sometimes because it's too easy to book an appointment via Calendly, people don't show up. So now I didn't integrate it into the website directly. Instead, I send the Calendly link to them manually (after they opt-in with their phone number) so they are aware of all my available time slots and can make a decision accordingly.

Calendly is a great calendar management tool!

Comments: We use calendly for our events planning business. We email our customers to book calls with us, and that’s where Calendly comes in! It’s been a very helpful tool for us and our customers!!

Pros:

My favorite feature of calendly is that when you email your customer, they get to see your full list of dates and times of availability to choose from. This eliminates the back and forth of trying to see what date and time works best for everyone.

Cons:

Comments: I constantly recommend it to my friends and the ones who have tried it also love it as much as me. Great product that everybody should be using!

Pros:

I have been using Calendly for a few years now and I love the customizations. I set up slots for 15, 30 and 60 minutes and can easily give people links to those times. Love how you can turn off specific days and just how easy it is to use and to integrate with other softwares I am using. The feature that you can use to take payments for calls is a game changer!

Cons:

I have had a couple of instances where I am doublebooked and maybe there is a feature that I am not using, but I wish I could integrate it with multiple calendars on multiple accounts so I can avoid overlaps.

The OG calendar scheduling platform

Comments: Overall my experience with Calendly was very positive. It made appointment scheduling very convenient, but more and more companies are coming out with scheduling functionality, so Calendly is becoming less of a competitive offering, especially at their current pricing.

Pros:

I love how many enterprise-grade features Calendly builds on top of their scheduling portal. It's not just self-service appointments, it's reminder emails, multi-calendar appointment scheduling, and it makes managing events with clients incredibly easy across scheduling and rescheduling.

Cons:

Some features are a little restrictive. I have sometimes wished for a better way of controlling my availability than blocking out and entire day, it would be nice to block out single hour slots. The pricing is also a lot, if you're not fielding appointments every single week then it's really not worth the money in my opinion.
