Also the reports you can access \& download are extremely valuable. > > **Cons**: I find the QR code to sign in on a mobile device changes sometimes. To avoid queues to sign in, we print the QR code so people can scan \& input on their phones. But every so often, the QR code seems to change, and the scan does not work. It's not until I check the QR codes on the screen vs. the one printed do I see that they are different. It's less of a problem with the system and more user issue\! Sometimes the keyboard is tricky to find certain symbols. That is very much a user issue. > > Very positive. Once familiar with the back end, it's quick to make changes to the fields necessary to fill in for our company. The QR code issue (above) is sometimes an issue though. We haven't found any other tool with the same range of functions at such favourable conditions (price, support, openness to changes). > > **Cons**: There are a few minor things that could be improved: - Batch numbers could be better integrated. - Individual functions for locations could be improved (cross-location users, employees as hosts at other locations). > > Visitor registration for audit purposes was a driver for the introduction of a cross-location solution.
