Adding employees is a painstaking process with back and forth responses with people that review document submissions that dispute every document for a simple inability to read the information on the document it seems. None of the functions work in a logical or intuitive workflow. The system essentially crashes if there is a minor unknown function. > > Then customer support, if you can successfully reach them, are helpful for the most part. There has been several occasions - including today, that took more than 20 minutes on hold or for a call back to reach someone. If you own a business, don’t use it. If you’re an employee plead the case for your employer to avoid it. There always seems to be some glitch in the system and getting to a representative is time intensive and frustrating Unfortunately, I agree with every negative thing said on these reviews.
