> **Cons**: The "In Box" feature. Doesn't operate like a traditional "In Box". When I move files to the share folder, I don't want them to still be stored in the "In Box". If I need to find a document, the search feature is what I use. I would love for this to be changed.

> **Pros**: Fast and simple. Easy to use and doesn't require prior training to use the service.

> **Cons**: I don't like that when in the process of editing a document you lose internet connection, your edits are not saved and then you have to make the changes you planned to make from the beginning. This is very annoying especially if you draft the document from zero, and the whole draft disappears. Happened to me twice:( I understand that there is a save button, but people don't always want to apply the changes to the main document. Would be awesome if the system remembers what you edited and you can return to the edit when you reconnect to the internet.
