Pros:

It's very easy and you can sign a contract very quickly.

Cons:

This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to.

Perfect digital signature

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: With Concord all contracts are in one place. I can easily search and manage documents. I can search not only documents but also specific clause I work with. Concord help save lost of time.

Pros:

Concord is really easy to use and if there are some functions I don’t know at all there some perfect tutorials to help understand this functions. With Concord is easy and fast way to upload and manage files and add signatures. I can also share documents via email directly from Concord.

Cons:

It would be great if the software could be able to send several contracts in one batch to external partners. And also could be developed in more languages.

Concord Feedback/ Assessment

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Customer service is amazing. The staff of concord listen to their customers and always try to find a way to find a solution to our concerns.

Pros:

The reports and keeping all of the files in one exclusive location.

Cons:

The "In Box" feature. Doesn't operate like a traditional "In Box". When I move files to the share folder, I don't want them to still be stored in the "In Box". If I need to find a document, the search feature is what I use. I would love for this to be changed.

Concord Review

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: Overall, Concord is fairly easy and intuitive to use. I'm sure it has more capabilities than I've fully mastered at this point, but it is pretty much meeting all of our contract management needs.

Pros:

I like the ease of gathering signatures and adding in fields for signatures or entering information in contracts in different locations, when needed. I also like the storage of contracts in one place and the ease of searching for and finding contracts.

Cons:

I wish the fields could be automatically aligned. For now, you have to manually try to line them up. The only other thing that I would love is if once we saved the contracts to a specific folder where all contract management staff had access, that they could link those contracts to other contracts without having to go in and specifically join the document.

A full suite of contract and document management features.

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: It's been positive. They have provided excellent customer support, a library of training materials and webinars and steadily made improvements to their product, which has improved our satisfaction.

Pros:

The convenient labeling and filing features for contracts and all document types, which allows tracking for large volumes of files on behalf of the organization.

Cons:

Our version doesn't have automated push notifications for document owners.

AI Concord Integration

4.0 8 months ago

Pros:

I find many of Concord's features to be designed in a very accessible way. It mirrors other document management Concords, which enables easy onboarding for teams accustomed to cloud-based document management systems. The "subsidiary" organization system is a very interesting structure that allows for a more confidential implementation of these cloud frameworks while still leaving room for flexibility in the overall system. My team was also part of the beta group for Concord's AI integration with Chat GPT. I found it especially helpful for summarizing long legal documents, allowing for swift extraction of important information. Using the integration required no effort or technological prowess on my end, which I appreciated. Personally, I believe that Concord's strongest feature is its customer success team. They are swift to reply to messages and are always on top of resolving issues as quickly and thoroughly as they can.

Cons:

Concord's features are great when they function well! While customer service is exceptionally responsive and quick to reply to messages, and the dev team does fix bugs fairly quickly, I have found that intentional features sometimes have components that either function oddly or do not serve their intended purpose/make using Concord more difficult rather than less so. This has improved over the past year, but there are still parts of the software that are finicky to use, prevent thorough information tracking, or do not cover as broad of a spectrum as they should.

Comments: The implementation went well and Concord is meeting our needs. The customer service we received has been excellent.

Pros:

Concord is an excellent value. The functionality of the software meets our needs and the price is very affordable.

Cons:

I wish Concord had a spell checker so that when we create agreement templates in fill in the information in the fillable fields, we would be alerted about typos.

Concord Survey

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: Positive experience, it does what I need wish to continue to use it.

Pros:

The organization of the platform is not overly complex. I need Concord specifically to notify me when contracts are about to expire.

Cons:

Having to manually update a contract term if the contract automatically renews. In other words, if I have a contract in Concord that is in its second year of a 1 year auto renew, I no longer get email notifications about it coming up for renewal.

Great product for busy CEO

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: Seemless, easy to use, intuitive. I used to arrive in my office to stacks of paper files for signatures. Sometimes I wouldn't visit that particular office for weeks. Staff would try to find the right office at the right time to get my signature. With Concord all that is eliminated, digitally signing documents revolutionized my contract signing experience. Well done Concord.

Pros:

I move between various offices and documents chase me from place to place for a signature; sometimes I sign the same contract twice. With concord that problem is eliminated.

Cons:

I got inexplicably locked out and resetting my password didn't work. I had to go back to paper and I hated it.

Contract Management for Higher Ed

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Concord has helped our University streamline and simplify our contract review process. All of our documents are stored in one place and we can reference relating documents more easily.

Pros:

The pricing structure for this software is straightforward without high implementation costs like other options require. It is simple and the customer support is a team of real people who are available and reliable!

Cons:

The most challenging part for our team is not being able to redline pdf documents. You can still sign and add text fields but you cannot utilize the same functionality as you can with a live document within Concord.

Saved our small business from being buried under contract "to do's"

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: This software has saved me. My position entails a little bit of everything...HR, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, Contracts, etc. Before Concord, I would try to keep track of which contracts I needed to write/update/get signed using Excel spreadsheets, but since I wasn't in Contracts Mode every day or even every month, I'd get lost and have difficulty remembering when something needed to be done or where I had been in the process. Concord makes it MUCH easier to keep track of the whole lifecycle of my contracts.

Pros:

I love the ease of creating new contracts from templates, of getting contracts signed electronically, and how easy it is now to see what's coming up for expiration. I also LOVE the customer service. I got the software, because it was inexpensive for my small business, but the customer support that comes with it is impressive! They are always available to answer my questions, to teach me more about how to make use of the features, and to guide me through better ways to use the software.

Cons:

The graphic user interface is a bit utilitarian, but once you get used to it, it works!

"Maximizing Productivity with Concord: An IT User's Experience"

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: The Concord platform is great because it helps us keep track of our contracts and makes it easier to find and manage our important documents.I like that the platform has contracts that you can work on in familiar tools like Word or Google Docs. This makes it easy for us to keep working the way we're used to, while still enjoying the benefits of a centralized contract management system.I like the platform's feature that allows us to work with all the stakeholders involved in a contract. The conditional approval workflows, private comments, and versioning have made the contract negotiation process smoother and more efficient.Overall, I think Concord has been a very helpful platform for our organization. It has helped us to work more efficiently, manage our contracts more effectively, and save money. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses looking for a good contract management system.

Pros:

Its a great way to manage contracts for your organization. It lets you draft, negotiate, sign, and manage all of your contracts in one place, which has saved us a lot of time. The conditional approval workflows help us to ensure that every contract is reviewed by the right person, which helps to reduce the risk of human error. This process has made our review process much more streamlined.Concord provides a way to work with either Word, Google Docs, or Concord itself. This way, you can work the way you want, without having to adjust to a new platform or interface. The platform has a library of pre-approved clauses and templates, which have made contract drafting easier. I've also found the private comments and revision features to be helpful.

Cons:

Some things I think could be improved on the website are the user interface and how easy it is to find specific things. I've found it to be a bit confusing at times and it's slowed down my work.We have a lot of options when it comes to customizing our platform. However, setting it up can take some time.I'm worried that the platform can be slow sometimes. This has made it difficult for me to use it smoothly and efficiently.

IT Contracts , PO & Order Form

4.0 2 years ago

Pros:

Digital SIgning and Some sort of Library where you can keep or store your documents per folder created.

Cons:

It's easy to use before but became complicated when changes were made even without the announcement. Signing Field became smaller, hard to fit to a document. The date under the signature is just a duplicate since documents have also a date field and document is stamped with date.. I just didn't like the enhancement made as it became tedious when processing a document for signing

Pros:

Concord is a fantastic piece of software that is easy to use and puts the power to all users within an organisation to assist with contract management. The use of templates is great, enabling all users to create contracts, monitor and engage - all with confidence that the main terms will not change.

Cons:

Contract...signed, sealed and delivered

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Not only myself but My organization as a whole has benefited from using Concord. I am the one that orchestrates the signature approvals and adds the proper tags so they can be easy to locate when needed. and shared with the appropriate parties. I find it user-friendly and navigate through it with ease.

Pros:

I like that there are multiple ways to upload a contract into Concord. You are always able to rename it, add more tags, and most importantly share it with the proper individuals.

Cons:

I found it slightly confusing on how to add the date to the signed contacts. A little Q&A session was able to help.
