It really makes good online training possible. There is a lot of functionality and it is flexible. My husband is a software developer and they also use annotation extensively - so its use is across-board. Zoom is also easy-to-use. I am really glad that they have evolved it with integrations and more functionality so that it continues to be useful as other software has evolved.
