Instapage meets my business needs
Comments: Has been good to create landing pages with free downloads.
Pros:
Simple to follow layout and process to build landing pages. Page look and feel is quality. Connectivity to WordPress website.
Cons:
Need to integrate MailChimp with Instapage - would prefer for this feature to be included within Instapage.
Best drag and drop customizable landing page builder ever
Comments: Excellent customer service (they always help when needed) and I also love the perk of A/B testing my landing pages to make sure they convert higher. I use Instapage for everything, it's a critical part of how I run my business.
Pros:
The reason I use Instagram as opposed to other landing page software from my other software providers (like Kajabi) is that Instagram is completely customizable. Anything I want to create, is possible. I don't enjoy other landing page builders that limit you with tricky to change templates.
Cons:
The cost is quite high, more than I wanted to spend. That said, it has paid for itself so many times over again.
Not a lot for what you pay - lots of glitches.
Comments: The product is quite limited for what you pay.Elementor on wordpress does more for 1/12th the cost. Canva nearly does all that instapage offers. Canva seems to be trending in this direction. Can't wait to jump ship.
Pros:
A website landing page tool. I dont really know what is to like about it. So many ways for it to be better but it seems they are content in mediocrity.
Cons:
- Glitchy drag and drop builder- Labourous building- Limited options and elements- Conversions arent trackable by type of button, link or callLanding pages look awful on modern wide screens or big monitors. Only reactive by pixels not percentages.html code can't be contained within blocks??The main part of Instapage is to measure leads and conversions yet it gives an awful layout of your analytics.
Alternatives Considered:
Great software but the price is too high
Comments: Great software that is probably the best in terms of features, ease of use and looks but for half the price you can get a product very close to it, and for me it was a deal-breaker and also for many of my clients.
Pros:
Easy integration Great editor A lot of templates Good support
Cons:
Too expensive and prices go up every year The Mobile version is ok but not perfect for mobile phones
Alternatives Considered:
Elegant and powerful Langing Page platform
Comments: Elegant platform with the best, simplest and clean UI/UX out there and it was a pleasure working on the platform
Pros:
The ability to run paid ads and direct prospects who click to dynamic content driven landing pages in perfect alignment with the ad they clicked on is so powerful and increased conversion and therefore driving the price per lead down and generating higher quality aka better qualified leads that our sales reps really appreciate!!
Cons:
Bluntly put, the price point. It's an amazing platform and the monthly commitment to have amp pages included in the package is much higher than other platforms and having said that it's not a true comparison because those platforms don't typically provide the dynamic content functionality when running paid ads which is full value for the money and so you're use case, IMHO, must include paid advertising to justify the increased spend

My tool of choice for landing page creation
Comments: Very good experience. I would recommend it to my colleagues.
Pros:
It allows me to create professional-looking landing pages without coding. The integrations work great to track the performance of my campaigns. It's really easy to set up and use.
Cons:
I wish it had better analytics. Better control over conversion actions on the pages. More design tools. The price is a little high, but I think it's worth it.

Easy way to create and manage landing pages
Comments:
My experience with Instapage has been very good, it simplified me a lot when we design the landing pages of our company and allowed me to follow up with Google Analytics, Facebook and with Active Campaign (our CRM tool) and to be able to identify the leads we receive through the form.
I recommend it 100% for those people who are starting to manage their company.
Pros:
What I most like about Instapage is the easy way to edite and create landing pages and to integrate the platform with Active Campaign, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and also for installing the Facebook pixel, wich allow us to track campaigns and traffic to the website. Also the support is magnificent. All the times I contacted them requesting for help in my websites, they were very quick, agile and diligent.
Cons:
The less that I like, is the responsive design, for mobile. They generate an automatic design but it doesn't have a good UX design. So, the changes are made on the landing page and are "duplicated" in the responsive design but you cannot edit text or images, they must be do it on the main design of the landing. The editing for mobile should be much more intuitive.
Easy to build high performing landing pages for PPC campaigns
Comments: General UI is really really solid. I have found the software very easy to use as a non-designer / non-coder and created a number of high performing landing pages. This is gold-dust for me as a PPC manager. I previously just focused on working from within Adwords / Bing Ads / Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter Ads - and did not touch landing pages. It has really helped me to be able to take control of the full process - driving traffic and influencing conversion rate with landing pages. I just love the flexibility you have over the creation of pages - and felt that unbounce and leadpages don't give you that. All in all love it, recommend it on my blog and will continue to use it for years to come.
Pros:
Very easy to use. Very flexible. Great templates. Fast loading pages.
Cons:
I have found a couple of glitches with a page where an element (form) overlaps 2 sections. I found it nudged all content down on entering some text, which meant I had to pull the form down into another section then back up to reposition it. It would not give me the option to The publishing process I find to have a couple of little bugs where you publish to a custom domain. But not too difficult to get round. I have only tried the template import function once - and it didn't seem to work very well. Possibly the page I chose to import was not wholly compatible.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback! We really appreciate it and it seriously helps us improve. The form bumping bug has been reported and will be fixed with the next live push. The Template Importer is currently in BETA only and we gave access to our premium customers to test it out and help us perfect the system. We are super stoked to be the first to bring this type of tech to market and we expect to have a fully functional product to ship in about 6 months. If you have any more feedback or find any issues please shoot us a line at [email protected]. Again, thank you so much for your time :) Cheers!

Good product with super BAD reliability
Comments: Instapage could be the best Landing Page builder out there but the best UX/UI is worthless if you kill your clients webhooks without noticing. If you really rely on a working product without the fear of loosing leads over night because you didn't check the integration for two days this tool isn't for you.
Pros:
Instapage is super easy to use. You can create well performing Landing Pages and AB-Test with ease and new features are added on a regular basis. We have been using this software for almost 3 years now. Over the time many new and helpful features where added. There is a variety of integration options available which is helpful even though we just use webhooks.
Cons:
Customer support is a nightmare. It is really bad. The webhook integration was changed three times and we as a customer where not informed upfront so we lost a couple thousand leads before Instapage fixed the problem. The last time it happend we had to find a way ourself to get things back running because the response time of the support was too slow and we couldn't afford loosing leads for several days. We adressed this issues a couple times but nothing happend other than basic apoligies. With every update they make you have to fear that all your landing pages and integrations get killed.

Develop Awesome Landing Pages at Scale
Comments: Easy, feature rich & effective.
Pros:
Instapage helps create stunning landing pages without the help of any developer or any coding experience. You can easily develop landing pages with simple easy to use drag & drop functionality. There are more than enough templates for any industry or requirement - which makes it easy for you to build your landing page with the page content cues already there making life easy. It's easy to integrate with email marketing, CRM & the ilk. The A/B testing feature is nice & easy to take a quick look to see which page variant is doing well.
Cons:
Limited icons & images in the free library. Sometimes making changes to the mobile versions takes a lot of time & is not easy. We cant add elements to visible only in mobile version of the landing page. The support team is not that great, but adequate I think. When a landing page is duplicated - all the setup integrations will vanish & has to be done all over again - which is very time consuming & irritating - especially when the differentiator of the company build & test landing pages at scale. Font types available an be expanded or enable us to upload fonts.
Great product but a little pricey
Pros:
Creating landing pages with the drag and drop editor has made our work go quickly and super easy. The ability to A/B test is also wonderful and again super easy. The best part is that it integrates with our Wordpress website seamlessly.
Cons:
Pricing is a bit nebulous. When upgrading to have more landing pages that were needed, there was no clear pricing and having to talk to sales is a pain that could have been prevented by having clear pricing on the website.
I like the instapage app because it gives your product more visibility
Comments: Instapage made it easier for me to market my products to a larger audience and give me opportunity to grow have been using the app for like 6 month now i honestly don't regret using it.
Pros:
Instapage gave my product more visibility and made my product easy accessible to my customers, the content publisher is my go to tool it makes content creating much easier, although you might have trouble navigating it at first but you get use to it .
Cons:
I think you can do better with the customizer template because most of the designs seem outdated, I had to create my template else where because I wasn't feeling the one one the app.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy to use and very effective in lead generation and tracking!
Comments: We mostly use this for specific projects or products that we do not want to dedicate an entire webpage to, and that we want to keep specific track of. It makes it really easy to track who is interested in what and what needs more attention.
Pros:
I like that you need no experience to figure out how to use this. It is so simple and straight forward! Additionally, it has a lot of easy integrations and things you can customize to fit your brand.
Cons:
This product is great, but many other software/service providers offer free landing page software. (e.g. MailChimp) This makes it hard to justify the added expense.
I can design and launch attractive landing pages in minutes!
Comments: In my experiences, Instapage really is a lifesaver when it comes to landing pages and I find myself constantly using the software for most of clients.
Pros:
I love how easy it is to design great looking landing pages that convert visitors into customers. From a marketing perspective, I need landing pages that not only look good, they also need to perform well. Some clients need a very customized branding and look to their landing pages. Some clients need their landing pages to look like other pages on their websites. With Instapage I can quickly visualize our landing page design goals and get feedback on that design from clients in minutes.
Cons:
I always appreciate seeing additional design templates.
How to avoid looking like an idiot
Comments: If you do client work and you're using the popular page building software [rhymes with Schmeed Schmages] it is inevitable that once you complete page construction your client WILL call you or send you an email with a message that goes something like this: "It looks great, but can you just add THIS right HERE?" Or, "will you move THIS over to THERE?" You cringe as you explain that you cannot (perhaps because your client insisted on using, [rhymes with Feed Cages]. You explain that you're dealing with a template with very little flexibility. And though it was created by nice people with effective marketing, at the end of the day, you end up looking like you can't take care of your client; and your client feels like she didn't get the page she really wanted. (And by the way, if you're building pages for yourself, the same thing happens. You simply have these conversations with yourself. Then people think you're crazy. Thus the commonly heard phrase, "This landing page software is driving me crazy"). Instapage isn't the perfect service. They do seem to have some growing pains. But they are also willing to be open about them, and most importantly work to fix things when they go wrong (Hey, folks... things always go wrong. It's in THOSE times when you really get to see what a company really is). That said, with Instapage you can add whatever elements to your page that you desire, wherever on the page you please. Don't get me wrong the Instapage templates look great out of the box but realistically we always want SOMETHING more or just a LITTLE bit less. (For example, instead of using the footer copyright section as a paragraph for additional info, you can simply add a new paragraph element). In short, I'm using Instapage for opt-in pages. I also like Instapage enough for building my homepages, too. I recommend others to use Instapage (they even pay me to refer others with or without a "SuperDuper" account level. And, better still, they pay quickly). If you want less cringing and crazy talk, you should use Instapage, too. + EASE OF USE would switch to 5 Stars if UNDO worked like most document programs (when working w/text). Instead, it reverts entire text box to the how it was prior to altering. And UNDO can take a bit long to function which may have user hitting UNDO multiple times. CUSTOMER SERVICE could move to 5 Stars soon: They are implementing an instant chat option. Kudos to Instapage for the upgrade.
Finally! A landing page platform that just works!
Comments: I was looking for a platform to use to make a landing page for my website and was just completely frustrated with all the options out there. I saw an ad for Instapage on Facebook one day and even though I was reluctant to try it (because I thought it would be just like all the other platforms I've tried before) I gave it a go anyway. And boy am I happy that I did. Within minutes I saw the potential of what my website could be. I saw that it could be more than just a simple "landing page", but instead, a beautifully designed site that conveys all the content I want it to and more. The software that the team at Instapage have developed is nothing short of amazing! I've been using similar website builder tools for years and have not come across anything as user friendly and dynamic as what Instapage is. With a little bit of creativity and hustle anyone can create an amazing website using Instapage. My website took me about a week to make from scratch and when I show people the final result, their first question is always "how much did that cost you to make?". When I tell them "virtually nothing, and I made it myself", their next question is "what's that platform called again?". Give Instapage a go today! I guarantee you wont regret it. The platform is so easy to use that I'm even considering adding website development as an additional service to my business!
Pros:
- Ease of use when adding elements - Guides to align elements - Simple to use admin dashboard - Easy publishing
Cons:
- No ability to edit font size of text when editing in the new mobile workflow feature
The ultimate tool for increasing online conversions
Pros:
Instapage is an essential tool for any business looking to increase their online conversions. The ability to create high-converting landing pages with ease and a wide range of customizable templates, A/B testing, and analytics allows businesses to optimize their landing pages and improve their conversion rates. It can help businesses to create a great first impression and convert more visitors into customers.
Cons:
Instapage is an outstanding choice, with no negative aspects to report.
Charge scam
Comments: Love the program hate the customer services and the way they tricked me. The price is way overcharged 100+$ per month, and if you accidentally select 12 year subscription after 2 week trial, you get charged the whole year! “As requested, I've canceled your account at period end, October 22nd. There is nothing to worry about as you will not be charged again, but you still have access to your work until that date. Please note that according to our Terms of Service there is a 24 hours refund policy, which means that only refund requests made up to 24 hours from the charge date are eligible. I am afraid that in this case, the refund request is not compliant with our policy.” I received this response after I emailed them on the 22 to cancel my subscription (you can’t manually do it yourself) and they acknowledged my email but charged me anyway. 3 days later I saw it on my account and wrote to them asking why they took my money and this was their response.
Pros:
Software is easy to use, easy to set up, nice blocks and features, simple and speed optimization applied.
Cons:
Customer services is awful. After the free trial they automatically take your money even if you decide to cancel (which they say you can cancel at any time, untrue). You have 24 hours after payment is made to claim back your refund. If you didn’t notice then they keep your money and refuse to refund you because of their “policy”. That is a user scam.
Essential tool for campaigns, easy to use
Comments: Positive experience. Works well and helps me get campaigns out quickly.
Pros:
Ease of use, great customer support when I don't know how to do something
Cons:
Price. Wish it cost less -- we're a heavy user so wish I got more pages for the $$$
positive review
Comments: the resource has helped me due to its dynamism and has contributed in several aspects to my work.
Pros:
easy to use and that present a very good quality.
Cons:
What I least liked is that some moments there is a limitation of some resources.
User-friendly and highly customizable
Comments: Overall my experience was great, and now they are integrating with even more important software, so it’s getting even better.
Pros:
I loved the liberty the builder gave us, and yet how intelligently we could apply certain elements across all landing pages.
Cons:
There was a time during which some features were a bit buggy - like the font would change automatically, without a reason, when we were writing on the page. Or there were some silly limitations when placing images at the edges of the strip, but other than that we always had a lot of flexibility
They just increase their price by 200%
Comments: I will not recommend this web site to anyone. They have the worst service ever. Many times our server and our domain was down without any action from the company.
Pros:
It is easy software to use but they have worst business practices. Their software is OK. but they are very unprofessional
Cons:
They just selected few of their clients and increase the price by 200%. This is not a professional business practice. They think they are the best . But there are so many other options out there. They want you to pay few thousands of dollar to capture your leads.

Hi Stephen. I am sorry for your negative experience with our service :( We launched two new products because of the user feedback we've collected over the years and the state of the market at this point. There are indeed other landing page builders out there, but none offer the same post-click optimization for your ads the way our service does. Regarding the uptime, we have a 99.6% uptime in the last few months; you might have been unfortunate to hit that 0.4% time frame when the servers were down. I hope you get some great results from your landing pages in the future!
Fantastic, Comprehensive, and Easy-to-use software for non-developers
Pros:
As a marketing professional with minimal developer experience, Instapage is very easy to use right out of the box. The interface is intuitive and features most of the things I'd want in a landing page tool. The customer success managers are excellent and very helpful as well.
Cons:
While Instapage is very easy to use, the downside is that some things are oversimplified and less customizable. For instance, adding custom code has less flexibility as you can't edit the page directly in code, you only have the option to add HTML/CSS in page settings (and not directly into the page code).
Great software but price increase was enough to make me leave
Comments: Disappointing as a long term customer to be forced to leave and move all of my pages to another better value (and it turns out better quality as well as cheaper) software provider.
Pros:
Ease of use Professional quality look for finished pages Flexibility in design
Cons:
Lack of some basic shapes and designs in page builder Added functionality was probably good for some people, but I didn't need it, yet was forced to increase my subscription - it pretty much doubled. I should've been able to stay on the plan I originally signed up with and had been with for 2 years already. All other software services maintain the contract you signed up with even though they might adjust their future payment plans and update the software.
Good for landing pages - bad for your wallet
Pros:
I love the easy way Instapage helps you to make landing pages that convert. Their templates are powerful, and the drag and drop system is so easy that anyone can use it. Plus, you can make different versions for mobile vs desktop.
Cons:
The interface for creating the mobile page is terrible. It takes the desktop version and allows you to rearrange it, but you can't make changes. Then, when you go to the desktop version and make a change, everything is messed up again in the mobile version. Oh, and the product is a ripoff. It used to be a fair price, then they doubled their rates and threw in a bunch of new features that no one wanted.
