"Best kanban board app that is fully integrated with G Suite"

Comments: I really liked Kanbanchi and will choose over any other kanban board app. It is very useful for me because our organization relies heavily on G Suite. The seamless integration makes our work faster.

Pros: Kanbanchi is the best kanban board application I used that is fully integrated with Google Drive. - Kanban cards is highly customizable. Color can be edited. Tags and priority (Low – Critical) can be added.
- Start date, due date, estimated and actual time spent can be set and recorded.
- It has a clean and intuitive design. All activity in the card may be viewed in a separate tab.
- Due dates may be added to Google Calendar.

Cons: - No smartphone version.
- Gantt chart is available only for the paid version.

"Ease of collaboration"

Comments: I think I've covered this above.

Pros: We use Kanban across our widely geograpgically distributed organisation where each centre has different IT systems and cultural influences. For us the collaboration aspect is key and it is so easy to share Kanban boards with others and modify in virtual meetings. Our organisation has used it for project management tracking, for process management and building individual or team to do lists. Being able to identify who should have input when, and them getting reminded of it is useful. It's also easy to customise in terms of branding and colours to make it feel more like part of your organisation.

Cons: Being lazy I mostly dislike having to learn new software but this is a great addition to G suite as far as I'm concerned.

"The best "Kanban" app I could find!"

Comments: I have been using this app since 2015. I lead a development team and I needed a tool for Kanban purposes.
The best thing of Kanbanchi is the ease of use and the overall quality. For me, keep all the stuff related with the kanban board, into my Google Drive account, is very confortable and important! I can share card between team members, and follow theirs actions.

Pros: ease to use, overall quality, customer support

Cons: the lack of a metrics tool. But I think it could be available soon.

"Perfect Kanban app for daily use, simple, fast, deep granularity of features, integrated with Gsuite"

Comments: Better self organization

Pros: - amazing granularity to customize tasks: tag names + tag colours + card colours + priority + start date + due date + assign people + attachments + comments. This helps a lot to quickly organize work visually when dealing with different teams and different kinds of tasks - sub-tasks can be added either with sub-cards or just checklists - integrated with Gsuite (due dates with Calendar / files with Gdrive) - "related cards" feature allows to link cards between them (eg when there is a common context) - great filtering options

Cons: - no mobile app yet (web browser experience on mobile is terrible) - no global search (only within a dashboard) - when a card is set to "Done", the card won't disappear from there. You have to delete it manually (and lose traceability) or create a separate dashboard for "Done Cards" and move it manually there

Comments: Improvement:
- paid version for work emails and not personal. I think it would make more sense to take an approach much more like HubSpot - free for everyone however features are limited (users, boards, integration etc). Get people hooked to a point where they want to upgrade, too many free project management tools that people will use otherwise. growth:
- more integration features. pick platforms that everyone is already using and you arent going to compete with (hubspot or go cardless etc)
- abit clunky: make it easy to edit (simple click on text) and drag and drop options
- template data base (use Wix as an example) thanks! happy to offer more suggestions

"Very helpful for prioritizing and tracking progress"

Comments: Kanbanchi has allowed several teams throughout our global organization to easily coordinate efforts on their projects. It makes task prioritization, time tracking, and project scheduling very easy. The ability to add new tasks via email is one of the features that first caught our attention.

Pros: Customizable, easy to use for a single person or collaborating with a team.

Cons: Time reporting is good, but could use more development for quick access of what our executives want to see.

"Customer Review"

Comments: Using Kanbanchi has helped the productivity of our business.
It keeps the communication flowing through most of our departments.
It has been very easy to use.
The only problem we have that it is not being able to see some of the tabs unless someone else clicks on them.
This could be a temporary problem, but we have missed important jobs because it did not show up. We have to constantly be reloading the page.

Pros: It is really user-friendly. All of our members are on it, and it works great for everyone.

Cons: It has been having a couple of delays. The changes made on some projects don't show up right away until someone else clicks on them.

Pros: Kanbanchi has a look and feel much like a traditional sprint board with added digital capability such as searchability.

Cons: There should be an option for sub-cards to follow their parent automatically when moving from one section to the other.
The gantt chart function can be further improved through time scheduling functions using dependencies that are already entered and displayed.

Pros: I've choosen Kanbanchi because it is:
- simple
- complete of the main kanban functions even in free version
- accessible by a Google account
- integrated to Google suite/calendar
- open for numbers of collaborators even in free version
- modular/scalable/customizable for future uses
- based on a robust and flexible methodology.

Cons: It hasn't
- icons to set graphical codes for the cards
- an Undo fuction to rollback wrong action (e.g. wrong Drag&Drop cards)
- an Italian language interface (some spare user requires this)

"Great Kanban tool"

Comments: I have tried a lot of different systems for project management, but I wasn't satisfied with even at least by 90%. And then I accidentally saw Kanbanchi and fell in love with its simplicity and minimum required functionality. I started using it myself, and then connected to all companies, especially because we already had launched the process for the implementation of Agile. I used Kanbanchi for more than 4 months and have no reason to complain about the lack of must-have features. I express my gratitude from myself and from the employees to the creators of this wonderful product!

"Finding this software was like an Aha! Moment for me."

Comments: Personal organization. It's a map of my mind.

Pros: I have been searching for an organizational and planning tool that is easy to use yet substantial with it's features. Kanbanchi is structured yet so fully customize-able that I'm able to create a visual representation of what is going on in my head. I've quickly come to rely on this tool to organize both my home and work life.

Cons: I wish you were able to drag and drop cards from Tab to Tab. Other then that - I wouldn't change a thing.

Pros: It is adaptable, works well, and has helped get me really organised. It is colourful and easy to use. It has a lot of features, some of which I haven't even tried out yet. I have had a lot of positive comments about it in the office.

Cons: You can choose what to show on the Gantt chart, but it is a default no rather than a default yes, which means I usually have to go back and select tasks to add

Pros: The tool is easy-to-use, flexible and very friendly. People were engaged with using it and they actually enjoyed it.

Cons: I would have liked to be able to use a free version with less features.

"Loving it..."

Comments: When I first joined the Flights division of my company, Wego Pte Ltd, an aggregator of flights and hotel contents, the framework used to monitor all the on-going project was working but not as efficient as one may hope. Then I discovered Kanbanchi, explored around it and secretly exported one by one all the ongoing projects over to trial it. The moment I discovered its functionalities matches exactly what we wanted, I gave a big reveal on it to my boss and he fell in love with it as well. Ever since then, monitoring all the projects and assigning tasks plus all the follow ups have never been easier. Account managers also found it easier to follow through and keep tabs on what had happened and needed to be reported. Thanks again Kanban-chi!

"Missing part of Google G-suite"

Comments: As an Edtech team at our school (4 people) we were looking for a solution with Kanban view integrated with Google Calendar. I searched and found more than I was wishing for. Something that looks like google and feels like at home. and files are stored in Google Drive, it has same design (material design) and also logo fits. easy to share. this was the missing part of Google G-suite

Pros: integration with Google account and Google Drive and Calendar

"Small team using Kanbanchi for managing daily tasks, on boarding and overall high level efforts"

Comments: We use Kanbanchi to manage our daily tasks as a team and it's giving us great visibility into what is being done and needs to be done. We also used to track what we needed to do to onboard a new associate to our team and it worked superbly for that. I will not onboard anyone again without having a kanban board to do it. We listed everything she needed to learn in a TO DO lane on the Kanban board and then we moved the cards through the phases of: SHOWN HOW TO DO, DONE ON HER OWN, INDEPENDENTLY DOING ON HER OWN. This was great to see where she was within each stage of learning and it helped us see bottlenecks we needed to address.

"Easy to use platform for managing work and assigning people/resources"

Pros: Easy to use. We set one up from scratch in minutes. Progress/priority and descriptions are very visible and easy to see very quickly.

Cons: NO APP! Also doesn't work on tablet or smartphone browsers. As a business we are always on the move but also moving quickly with workflows and approvals. Therefore we need to be able to update on the go. If not an App then at least a mobile friendly (responsive) version is needed ASAP You also can't comment or contact i.e. @somone directly. This is important as you need to alert assigned users to changes or to provide further instructions and directions. Definitely need this feature.

"Too many other tools out there with same functionality"

Comments: was ok

Pros: I did not get a lot of value in this tool the only thing was nice is that it easily added into googledrive, very simplistic templat driven kanban board It is easy to use and very simple

Cons: the biggest issue I have had with this is that there are many other kanban tools that are cheaper or free with same functionality maybe a little more setup but in end you get same thing

Pros: I like the ability to categorise cards and colour code them as this makes it so easy to manage my activities.

"It's Just Not There Yet"

Pros: It works great for a small team and it's nice it is Google so everything works seemlessly together.

Cons: It didn't seem finished. There's not a lot of setting options and seems to still have some glitches. It works great for teams who don't have too many projects. I wish some keyboard shortcuts would work with it. We eneded up not using this product after the free trial was over. We didn't think it was worth the high cost for soemthing so minimal
