Housecall Pro review
Comments: Good overall experience with the product.
Pros:
The way it helps managing personal and keeping track of them.
Cons:
Some of the features are not needed. Other than that okay.
Great tool for the trades
Comments: Overall my experience with Housecall pro was very positive, it helped maintain efficiency in the company I worked for at the time and it was a great tool to utilize.
Pros:
It was very simple and easy to use. The layout of the app was easy to educate employees on and was easy to integrate into daily use!
Cons:
It would sometimes glitch out, as to when you would attempt to open a job page it would restart the app.

Comments: Overall I am pleased but hope they continue to fix bugs as they occur

I like how easy it is to get customer service rep.
Cons:
I don't like that I cannot make changes.

Horrible company
Comments: Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .
Pros:
The sneaky sales teams ability to snatch dollars from My account .
Cons:
The sneaky sales tactics by their team.

Great for owner operators
Comments: good experience at the level my business was at during the current time.
Pros:
It was very customer friendly. It made us look professional.
Cons:
It was not specifically good helping us quote moves and didn't have furniture listed. On the dumpster rental side, it didn't allow for inventory to be checked in and out by the driver.
Terrible experience
Comments: It's my decision if I want to use your product and you haven't respected it. If you spent half the time and money chasing clients into making a better product maybe I would have stayed.
Pros:
It was okay software, not great. It sort of worked but seemed expensive for What you got
Cons:
After declining to keep the free trial they took over a week to cancel so I got charged. Complained that I gave them over a week to cancel and they refunded me but because I'm not in the USA it was less $10 because exchange rate movement. Since I've canceled they have phoned me multiple times each time I ask them to stop calling me and they don't respect it and call back.
used to be good
Comments: support is aweful, they dont care about customers anymore. They keep trying to add new tings and never fix the old. It become a bandaid upon bandaid
Pros:
not much anymore. It used to be good, but they keep trying to add thing and nothing works right
Cons:
I hate that they never take responsibility. If you get to talk to someone, they act like you are wasting their time

Should have stayed with Quickbooks
Comments: Probably the worst most complex decisions I've made with my business. Its easier to work with a government agency then it has been working with Housecall.
Pros:
Nothing the whole experiences has been horrible. I was promised so much and got so little.
Cons:
After all this mess I should have just stayed with Quickbooks. Now I'm stuck with housecall.
Alternatives Considered:
Decent program
Comments: Good program, but too pricey for what they offer
Pros:
The ease of scheduling in the program and the ability to customize
Cons:
Pricing wise it is too Much for our company

Comments: Great im enroll still . Its professional and simple
Pros:
The software is a very capable option, and is my second choice. It has many excellent features.
Cons:
Man only thing is 3D showing. That is a must for all apps
Housecall Pro is the best for service contractors
Pros:
The appointment reminders and automatic communication with clients ensured we kept clear and consistent communication during the jobs. I loved that when a tech was heading to the next job, they could click on the button saying they are on their way to the job and it would automatically send a text to the client with the updated ETA.
Cons:
The automatic invoice reminders caused some issues for our clients. We did work with real estate transactions that would get paid once the house went to closing. The agents I worked with got a lot of reminder emails and it was difficult to configure the settings around automatic invoice reminders.
Housecall Pro Does it All!
Comments: Houscall Pro is one of the top scheduling software options out there!
Pros:
Housecall Pro is great for being able to see the whole schedule and be able to dispatch jobs with no issues. I also enjoy the invoice feature that allows you to be able to take payment via the software.
Cons:
When you are booking a job on Housecall Pro it does take a bit longer with multiple pages.

Great management system!
Pros:
One of the most well oiled FSM machines on the market.
Cons:
Their merchant services partnership is a little bit of a scam, but most are with these all in one systems.
Housecall Pro is the way to go
Pros:
It took less than thirty minutes to incorporate the software with my business. The software has many resourceful features for my business. Invoicing is a breeze and customers can pay directly from the link sent to their email.
Cons:
Integration was easy and I did not run into any problems with this software.
Housecall is awesome
Comments: It has been pretty good so far. Customer service is excellent.

Review of Housecall Pro
Pros:
Housecall Pro has a successful integration within our QuickBooks Platform where we can communicate with customers regarding payment, invoicing, and scheduling matters.
Cons:
Least likeable feature is tailored around is its lack of ability to add customizable features around invoicing and reporting needs.
Beware
Comments: Unpleasantly surprised by House Call Pro. After following their procedures and canceling my service, I was shocked to find an unexpected charge of $406 on my account two months later. It's crucial for businesses to maintain transparency and uphold their end of the bargain. Unfortunately, House Call Pro fell short in this regard. There are plenty of other companies to choose from, and I’d advise prospective customers to think twice before opting for House Call Pro. Mismanagement of financial matters is a red flag. Beware.

Housecall Pro for Professionals
Pros:
Scheduling appointments, billing and invoicing, and payment processing are done easily and comfortably from my phone.
Cons:
Nothing to dislike here! Housecall Pro is an excellent software program.

The definitive solution to manage my service business efficiently.
Comments: It is very good the online reservation function has been very convenient, since my clients can schedule appointments directly from my website and it is very easy to do so.
Pros:
I like this platform because with just a few clicks, I can schedule appointments, send reminders to my clients, generate invoices and receive payments.
Cons:
One of the areas where I think they can improve is the customization of the forms and templates. Although there is a good selection available, I would like more customization options.

The essential tool for my home service business.
Comments: I really like it because it has given me an all-in-one solution for managing my schedule, scheduling client appointments, tracking my work, and getting paid.
Pros:
I love how I can easily schedule appointments with my clients and keep track of my work and know exactly where I am on my schedule.
Cons:
Conversely, I would like them to have more customization options in terms of the appearance of the generated documents and forms, such as invoices and contracts.

Time saver software for HVAC Service Calls
Comments: Service our tenants on time is our motto and using this software is helping us achieve this.
Pros:
It is helping us in assigning techs to the HVAC service calls as per priority. The software has great tools to close work orders on time.
Cons:
The reporting, report generation, and accounting sections can be enhanced otherwise all other functions are good.

Alternatives Considered:
Great software for the in-home service industry
Comments: It was critical in the insulation estimation / worker dispatch aspect of the business. We use it constantly from the initial customer contact all the way to a google rating request after payment has been collected.
Pros:
Housecall Pro is very easy to use and set up. Most of the functionality can be done with a mobile phone. Very customizable and well designed.
Cons:
Some more complicated functionality must be done on a regular computer, and the schedule can get convoluted and quite hard to read
