About Mailchimp Transactional Email
Mailchimp Transactional Email allows developers to send personalized system notifications in seconds with confidence and reliably.
AB testing support (although we have not used it.) Integration with CRM system (currently using NEON), although unsubscribes and bounces are not returned to CRM. Freemium plan was well worth it.
While the drag and drop email builder is very convenient, I sometimes wish there were more options/ the options were less rigid.

"Mailchimp: A User-Friendly and Reliable Email Marketing Solution for Businesses"
Comments: I've had a good overall experience using Mailchimp Transactional Email. The ability to send automated, one-to-one emails such as order confirmations, password resets, and welcome messages has been extremely helpful for my business. The ability to trigger emails based on specific events, like a purchase or sign-up, has also been a great feature. The personalization options have allowed me to make the emails more relevant to each individual recipient, which has helped to improve engagement and build trust with my audience. The integration with my website and other tools has been seamless. The reporting and analytics features have helped me to track the performance and success of these emails. I haven't had any major issues with the transactional Email from Mailchimp, it has been a reliable tool for my business.
Pros:
I have been using Mailchimp for my business's email marketing needs and overall, I have had a positive experience. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to create and design professional-looking email campaigns. The wide range of templates and customization options allow me to create unique and personalized emails that stand out. Additionally, the automation features have been a game changer for me, allowing me to send targeted and timely emails to my subscribers. The reporting and analytics features have also been very helpful in tracking the performance of my campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
Cons:
One downside I have noticed is that the free version of Mailchimp does have some limitations, such as the number of contacts I can have and the number of emails I can send per month. Additionally, customer support can be slow to respond at times. However, overall, I would highly recommend Mailchimp as a reliable and user-friendly email marketing solution for businesses of all sizes.

A capable & versatile email manager for small to midsize businesses
Comments: Overall, I am very happy with Mailchimp. Our company does not do a ton of email marketing & communications, but when we do use Mailchimp, it does not disapppoint. We find it is the perfect solution for where we are at currently in our email marketing journey.
Pros:
I enjoy Mailchimp's general ease of use. The layout and templates are very intuitive and the overall design language of the platform is well thought out. I also appreciate the platform's clear and easy to understand analytics and delivery data. At a glance, I can look back and see how well an email campaign performed without too much fuss.
Cons:
In my experience, audience management in Mailchimp is a bit fussy and inelegant. My team has struggled to separate our internal customers from external customers easily since all the email addresses and profiles were batch uploaded when we first began using the product. While this is probably user error more than anything, I'd like to see some clearer tools to deal with audience management in the future.

Creation and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
Comments: It aids our efforts in reaching our customers for various campaigns and generating a large number of interactions. We can divide up our email lists into subsets based on what we hope to accomplish. For the design of templates, it is an indispensable tool due to the ease with which new ones can be made from scratch and existing ones supplemented.Allows you to divide emails into subgroups based on desired outcomes.
Pros:
I find it useful because it provides me with hard numbers regarding the success of each campaign I run.Using this tool, we are able to monitor the efficacy of our various marketing initiatives. My favorite feature is being able to tailor the domain and IP quality analysis to our specific needs.
Cons:
As of right now, I can think of no drawbacks to this.

Mailchimp, The King of Email Marketing and Newsletters. Highly Recommended.
Comments: My overall experience with mailchimp is great it helps me grow my newsletter and my audience and at last what i have come up to the conclusion is that you have to upgrade to the paid plan at the end for you full potential.
Pros:
Things I like most about mailchimp are :- firstly, i like the campaign idea as it makes it so easy to sort all the different events which will make my audience excited.secondly, Automations if you are running a newsletter or something the first thing most people wanted is a free stuff in exchange for their email, and ebooks are most common example. Through automations now mailchimp will automatically send an welcome email with the freebie so i dont have to stress about it by doing it manually.the third thing i like is its easy to understand it not much complex and with integration it works like a charm.
Cons:
The thing i like least about mailchimp is that firstly it too expensive and does not provides one of the most important and best feature with free plan (automations) and their email designing option have less options to play with which again make it less worthy for free plan users.

Mailchimp is extremely easy to use. The templates are great and the drag-and-drop builder is very intuitive. They also offer great integration with a wide range of software.

Mailchimp Transaction Email review

Pros:
You can easily manage your email list with Mailchimp. You can set up automations in addition to making landing pages. They make it simple to design and create your emails, and you can even use their email templates.
Cons:
Very difficult to navigate and complicated. When you enter the erroneous email address, your ability to send emails to other people is completely disabled.

Benefits of Mail Chimp Transactional Emails
Comments: Overall my experience has been pleasant and supportive for the non profit I work for. We will continue to use this company because they are always updating and making things better for its users!
Pros:
Ease of building the template with examples in the Mail Chimp database gave me a great understanding of how to create graphics that would better align with the trends of today and how to better communicate with my donor base. Sometimes starting from scratch is intimidating but the support staff is very helpful and available.
Cons:
Sometimes navigating where a campaign / eblast / structure is setup within the database can be tricky. Begin reading about the different setups within the database before building. I like to generate one look and duplicate for future endeavors. Sometimes I had a hard time locating the original in my Mail Chimp base.

Email marketing solution that can handle all your demands in one go
Comments: Sending emails as part of our company's marketing initiatives is easy thanks to Mailchimp. The customers of each of our clients will be able to access unique deals and information. More clients are drawn to the website as a result of this. Having an email platform that allows us to send emails that are specifically customized to our customer’s needs is a huge asset. People who have no marketing knowledge can use Mailchimp to create high-quality material that looks attractive. When people use templates, they may "drag and drop" information, and distribution lists allow them to select the recipients. In the end, Mailchimp is a terrific solution that does exactly what it is supposed to: send emails.
Pros:
Marketing and HR use Mailchimp frequently. They frequently exchange emails to solicit opinions on various initiatives and agendas. Because it doesn't require any coding skills to create campaigns, and because there are enough templates for different types of campaigns, Mailchimp is simple to set up and use. It is possible to track down recipients who have opened and read emails sent by this program. It can also provide you with a record of all correspondence. Online invitations are given to us for training and group session seminars. We'll see if we can make it, and we'll mark it down in our calendar. Mailchimp's ability to provide customized content and automate workflows usually results in more efficient and speedier marketing campaigns.
Cons:
When you start uploading photographs to your account, you'll immediately run into a situation where it's difficult to locate the files you need. To keep your images organized, you'll have to spend an awful amount of time removing or reorganizing them. Because there are so many variables in design and formatting, it's easy to overlook something while creating an email or a template. As a result, you may find that your output takes on a distinct appearance.

Keeping in touch with MailChimp
Comments: We use MailChimp for our monthly newsletter (moved to MailChimp from a yearly printed letter) and occasional updates to our full support base. It has allowed us to get information out in a brand-conscious, nicely formatted fashion. We only use it for mass emails, it does not solve acknowledgement processing other one-constituent email transactions.
Pros:
Simple yet fairly powerful editing tools for email building (drag and drop blocks) but still have the ability to tweak some HTML if needed (Some occasional glitches when adding images to text blocks.) Mostly consistent look across email clients (gmail can cause issues). Decent analytical information on opens, click rate, and other activity. AB testing support (although we have not used it.) Integration with CRM system (currently using NEON), although unsubscribes and bounces are not returned to CRM. Freemium plan was well worth it! We've been paid customers for several years now and find the price a little high as we gain users (small nonprofit), but still within budget. Ability to schedule emails helps (for those of us who work late at night but don't want to send a blast at midnight!)
Cons:
Need more free templates or better ability to make changes to templates. Some limitations on layout design options. Emails go to "Promotions" folder, particularly for gmail users (although hard to avoid), so cannot guarantee receipt. Recent changes to interface have taken lots of time to get used to and do not seem to be an improvement.

Reliable Transactional email Provider
Comments: I'm really satisfied using mandrill as my provider
Pros:
Mandrill is a reliable transactional email provider, I've been using this provider for over 1 year and so far I don't have any problem with that. They also provide complete API documentation so we can easily connect to our project
Cons:
The cost for email is quite high compared to their competitor. But I choose Mandrill because I think they are more reliable than the competitor

Great for Transactional Emails
Pros:
This tool provides an easy-to-use interface and great deliverability. Now, we can easily update our email templates online using templates built into the system. Mailchimp has also allowed us to set up our accounts and other preferences, and help with compliance. Their web app also keeps us updated on how things are going. Email notifications are vital to us as they enable our customers to know about our products and services. Mailchimp provides us easy access to email delivery services without having to worry about downtime or broken links. This tool has really been a lifesaver!
Cons:
If you are not a technical person, then you may have a problem getting started. Other than that, everything works great.

Rolled out a ton of new tools recently
Comments: Overall, Mailchimp has been a fantastic tool for our email marketing. The platform is sleek, easy to use, and can be learned very quickly. We are excited to explore the new tools Mailchimp is rolling out.
Pros:
We've used Mailchimp for the past 4 years to communicate with our audience. Mailchimp is one of the best email providers around. Their platform, support, and reliability are top-notch. We rarely ever have issues when using Mailchimp.
Cons:
Honestly, they've rolled out so many new tools recently we haven't been able to keep up. Our team is small, so we don't always have the time and resources to keep up with all of the updates.

Perfect client for managing and sending transactional emails
Comments: It allows us to maintain perfect email delivery for all our companies' transactional emails and easily troubleshoot instances where emails were not delivered.
Pros:
This application is an addon of MailChimp and is best suited for transactional emails (automated emails, think 'forgot my password' type emails). It allows you to easily manage your sending domains , although you have to verify these before you can send emails. The best feature by far is the ability to view all emails that were sent or failed to arrive, including the contents of the emails and the reason it bounced. This allows us to quickly troubleshoot whenever we get a support ticket regarding an email that did not arrive. During our 6 months of using this feature, there has been zero downtime.
Cons:
It is more expensive than some competitors, but its pricing model is very fair and easy to interpret. It does require you to have at least a monthly subscription with Mailchimp, and if you are not using this it is more expensive.

Reliable transactional email
Comments: We're using Mandrill for all our transactional email needs, as and endpoint in our API concentrator. It's proven to be very robust and reliable over the years.
Pros:
Mandrill (now interated inside Mailchimp) has been a solid and reliable transactional email provider, with great delivery rates, very slow spam scores and ultra-fast reception speed. It provides useful and flexible reports and great dashboards too.
Cons:
In order to keep it's spam reputation high it takes some effort to set up a new email domain in Mandrill. You have to prove you own the DNS and configure a SPF/DKIM record.

Great for small businesses
Comments: Overall I was able to manage and track all email marketing activities in one place but was disappointed in the landing pages
Pros:
The software is very affordable and great for email marketing for small businesses. Dashboards and automation are very helpful.
Cons:
I found that there weren’t a lot of out-of-the-box landing page templates to choose from. The ones that were available were specific to e-commerce and b2c businesses.

Checks and balances to make sure automatically generated emails run properly
Comments: Great safeguard to make sure customers are interacting with outreach and troubleshoot problems that arise.
Pros:
As a SaaS company, we have customers that use our product and depend on automated emails to get information about their account on a daily or weekly basis. Mailchimp allows us to quickly flag whenever something has gone wrong in our system due to abnormal spikes / lapses in emails sent. It also allows our Customer facing team to see how clients are interacting with automated emails (opens, clicks, etc.) with the helpful ability to resend emails that were missed or accidentally deleted.
Cons:
The interface can be laggy to load, and not super intuitive how everything is laid out. Overall minor UX improvements could make a big difference between using this tool occasionally to troubleshoot issues, vs. using it more regularly to get proactive insights and reporting.

My favorite tool of email marketing
Comments: I use mailchimp for years, and to me is the best option. Good statistics, good delivery and easy to use in the most of times.
Pros:
I send mails everyday. I love the option to write in "text-plane" and schedule the email for later. I love the mail test, because I can send to my team and have feedback previous to deliver to suscribers.
Cons:
Maybe the price. Is little expensive versus other options. And the automation is not intuitive. Is complicated create a funnel.

Great for personalized emails
Comments: Mentioned earlier - Mandrill is great to get a high level of reaction via emails. The developers set up customized scripts to send out relevant content to our customers and partners so they are always in the loop.
Pros:
Transactional Emails is really necessary in today's world, we get a much better open rate and much better interaction when we use this system rather than a simple mass email message. Totally recommend this set up, and it has the the facilities to set up everything pretty easily. The API documentation is robust, and their service uptime is great, it does what is advertised.
Cons:
The fact that I need to have a mailchimp paid account and to get into Mandrill through Mailchimp is a little weird, but it's minor in the grand scheme of things. I don't use Mailchimp, our marketing department uses an alternative, but our developers use Mandrill.
Falguni
Great email marketing platform for all your marketing needs
Pros:
The ability to create various templates that work for most emails. You can also change as needed very easily. The ability to maintain various email lists as well.
Cons:
Sometimes the audience list can get tricky but it gets better with practice

Mandrill- Transactional Emails Made Easy
Comments: The experience has been great using Mandrill. With a busy social network we needed this service to manage verifications, confirmations, notifications and invitations among other things.
Pros:
Mandrill is easy to set up, use and integrate with most web frameworks. The transactional emails provide an opportunity to include a marketing message, one has to be keen though on the laws governing the issue in the area of operation. The emails are highly personalized and relevant to the intended recipient thereby increasing engagement. Fast delivery, great reporting and has the ability to track the status of the email sent.
Cons:
Mandrill got bundled together with Mailchimp, you have to log into Mailchimp to access Mandrill. By providing it as an add on makes it pricey especially when you do not require the other features offered by Mailchimp. You also cannot buy less than 25,000 emails since that's the lowest block available. If your needs are few and you have unused emails at the end of the month, they cannot be rolled over to the next month.

How i contact my clients
Comments: Has been the solution for the company i work at and has been successful every time.
Pros:
The ability to send thousands of e-mails in one go to every client, sending out new updates, discounts and promotions.
Cons:
The export method brakes everything into a bad format that cant be easily sorted through excel.
