I've been using MailerLite for business for years!!
Comments: I've been using MailerLite for my business for years. It has served all of my email marketing needs and lead generation leads. I've seen other platforms, however I have chosen to stick with MailerLite because it is easy to use and the support is great, and the platform has stayed consistent and serves me well in my business. The free version offers so much for new business owners to get started. MailerLite is a fully comprehensive email marketing platform.
Pros:
Ever since I started my first business, I've been using MailerLite. I did research other competitors, however their platforms were not as easy to use as MailerLite. I love that as a new business owner, I was able to get on a free plan to get started and be able to send out emails and do automations. The platform is easy to use and understand. I love how I can integrate forms into my website for lead generation and for capturing contact information. I use this platform for email automations when people subscribe to my freebie. I also use it for sending beautifully designed emails - there are many customization options. I like using the landing page feature for my freebie offer as well. On my contact page, I've embedded a MailerLite form to capture contact information for my leads. MailerLite makes it easy for me to gather email addresses, send out campaigns, and monitor engagement.
Cons:
I would like more options to customize the embedded forms so that it blends seamlessly into my custom website design.

Hats off to the tech team and support functions at MailerLite
Comments: Having joined MailerLite - I am now the proud owner of ...1. an opt-in that attracts my Ideal Client and pops them on my email list, via a landing page2. a product that I'm selling directly out of Stripe via an integration with MailerLite that sends all sorts of wonderful automated emails 3. landing pages for an upcoming Masterclass that hopefully attracts my Ideal Client - I just feel very empowered and feel like I've elevated my business to a new level of automation which I didn't dream possible - because I am, as stated, a technophobe. My experience has been made even more positive because of the tech team support.
Pros:
The thing I rate really extremely highly is the level of support. Despite my 'not' being on the most expensive tier, I have found the support team very responsive to cries for help via email - they acknowledge the email, they keep me in the loop and they do their best to resolve the issue. I find that super-helpful, bearing in mind I generally see myself as a technophobe who is challenged by 90% of technology software.I also, recently migrated to MailerLite having been with a chimp who I simply couldn't work with - I found him incomprehensible and seriously not-fit-for use by me, specifically, and probably many people of my generation and techno-comfort levels. All chimp work had to be outsourced which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming and left me feeling dis-empowered. I have, admittedly, had some challenges with MailerLite but on the whole it's super-navigable and easy to use, and the tech support really elevates it for me into being a really desirable product.
Cons:
Hmmmm - I don't have enough to compare with and make meaningful input here.

Disappointing Customer Services - They don't care about your customers who are let down by them
Comments: I've been using Mailerlite for a while now, and unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer support has left me disappointed. I reached out to their team on 18th February to report an issue with their automation, and unfortunately, it took several days for them to respond. During this time, my students and customers were affected, and I received complaints from them due to the delay in resolving the issue.I understand that technical issues can occur, but what was most frustrating was the lack of communication and explanation from the customer support team. As a paying customer, I expect timely and helpful responses to my queries, and unfortunately, this was not the case with Mailerlite.I hope that Mailerlite can improve its customer support strategy, especially when it comes to communication and response times. While their platform may have some useful features, I cannot recommend it to others due to my recent experience. I hope that they can take this feedback into account and make the necessary improvements to their customer support in the future.
Pros:
Nothing to say here - nothing to say here

Easy, complete and affordable
Comments: Great experience overall with great support which is essential when things get serious. Higly recommended and not just for pricing reasons.
Pros:
Ease of use, immediate support and the fact that you really do have everything you need (exotic features missing is of no importance), is what I like most on MailerLite. One great future too, is that you get to pay only for the unique emails used, thus allowing you to duplicate lists and run your campaigns exactly as you need to, without paying extra.
Cons:
I would like to have a better search and mass management option when it comes to subscribers handling and maybe some degrees of extra "freedom" or customization on ready to use tools when designing an email.

2+ years on the platform
Comments: We are using MailerLite for Landing Pages and Email Campaigns with a little automation and so far everything has been working great. We have no issues with blocked emails or spam complaints/blacklisting. Support is great and very fast.
Pros:
Easy to use, plenty of campaign templates to choose from. I like the workflow and the interface in Mailerlite. It's minimalist but I have yet to found a feature I needed and couldn't find.
Cons:
Form deployment wasn't as easy as I thought (WordPress) but it eventually worked and after doing it once or twice I feel like it's straightforward.

Great product and even greater customer support
Comments: I love using mailerlite, it is so freaking easy to use, especially if you have a small business and dont want to waste hours figuring out new features. Also the staff helping you with questions are excellent, i think its my favorite part of paying for the service, as i feel that if after ive diy-ed an issue myself and im totally stuck, that at least there are kind, helpful and positive humans behind the platform to actually support me in real time. This is by far the most valuable feature i feel, as it makes me feel confident that i wont be left to suffer if sh*t hits the fan ahah. And they are very positive and helpful, thank you Mailerlite team, you really do stand out in how customer service should be done nowadays where everything is human-less
Pros:
I love the easy of use with mailerlite to manage my email campaigns. I also really appreciate the templates for both emails and landing pages as it makes it easier to modify to my needs.
Cons:
Id like to see all my emails tracked per campaign in one spot, without having to click through hoops to find/see who opened what. That would be the most useful feature for me.

MailerLite helps me to run my small business
Comments: The help guidance is great. I recently had a query about something in the automations that I didn't quite understand and [sensitive content hidden] in the support team was very helpful.
Pros:
I like how quick and easy it is to use. It creates nice clean easy to navigate emails for our campaigns. It integrates really well with other platforms, like WordPress.Lots of nice add-on features like the survey forms and the ability to see click-throughs.I know that our customer data is secure.
Cons:
I was going to say that I now have quite a few automation set up and it was feeling a bit busy on the automations management page. But I've literally just realised I can create folders and group ones together by project/activity.

Great functionality for a great price
Pros:
Mailerlite is easy to use. As someone who knew nothing about setting up email automations and making marketing emails look pretty, I was able to learn very quickly because Mailerlite is incredibly user friendly.
Cons:
I would like to any changes made to templates that are used in automations, be updated in the automations. I have several automations and whenever I need to make a change, I have to do it in every one, which is time consuming. Making one change in the template that then updates all automations that use it, would make my life a lot easier.

Amazing costumer service and great email marketing
Comments: With Mailerlite I can inform my subscribers with news like new blog posts or videos, and also send WooCommerce campaigns with new products etc. Its amazing to create and nourish a community like this.
Pros:
Easy to use and when I have a question the costumer service its amazing!
Cons:
I would love to have a way to send yearly automation automatically in specific times/seasons, that's because I'm a food blogger and it would be so amazing, that extra help.
Suzanne
Highly recommend
Comments: Overall I am so happy I made the switch to MailerLite. I had purchased months ago but was afraid of the hassle and put the real switch off. Now I know that was totally unnecessary because it was all very easy and smooth.
Pros:
I like how easy I can navigate everything in MailerLite. It is all easy to set up (with very clear step by step guides) and use. I like the visual way of showing the automation. The help desk is AWESOME! Very fast and practical!
Cons:
I miss an app so I can more easily on my phone but maybe it's for the best ;-)

MailerLite is the perfect email marketing solution for me
Comments: I think I went two years before having to email MailerLite my first question, and I got a response in a few hours that answered my question right off the bat. It just does what it's supposed to without any hiccups or hassles.
Pros:
Intuitive interface, great product for the price, and - on the rare occasions I've contacted support - super-fast, friendly, and helpful replies from the support team.
Cons:
I would love to be able to have elements in email templates auto-update without having to manually pull up and edit every single saved email in my campaigns/autoresponders. For example, if I release a new book and want to update a footer image profiling my books (that I use in the template for most of my autoresponders), right now I have to manually update every email in the autoresponders. Mailerlite has some templates elements that are dynamic, but after emailing their support, they confirmed what I want to do isn't currently supported with dynamic elements. Fingers crossed they'll fix this in the future.

Feel free to also add this on the request list (you can find this when you log in via your profile button on the top right). Amaaazing service, so easy to use and must have features
Comments: I have been using Mailerlite for myself and clients for years and find it so easy to use and their support is top class. I have worked with other well know email platforms before and they don't compare with Mailerlite.
Pros:
Mailerlite automations are super easy to set up, the interface makes it clear and friction free
Cons:
I find the grouping and segmenting slightly confusing but support is always on hand and super quick to reply

Easy to use Email Campaign Builder
Comments: MailerLite is easy to use and their team has been very responsive. For example. when we had to upgrade our license as we had hit our subscriber count, last minute, on a Friday, I was stressing! They got our license updated quickly so I could get my time sensitive email out on time.
Pros:
This software was easy to implement and use! We have a period of high traffic where we have to reach out to multiple segments with customized information. MailerLite takes the stress out of it. It is easy to manage our subscriber list and I appreciate the intuitive advanced recipient settings that allow me to build in logic based on subscriber segments for sending email campaigns. The simple and easy to use stats let me see what is working. We compare this to a response/action in another system, as our emails are targeting groups with a call to action. I also like how easy it is to copy existing campaigns and easily modify them for different segments. I can build up all my campaigns and have them scheduled to help manage our 'traffic' in our office and systems. I also found that we can set up templates once we have customized the content to help maintain brand consistency, which saves us time and ensures the necessary details are included. I like that I can easily preview and test campaigns - mostly that I can view the desktop and mobile in the browser.
Cons:
I've used other software that let us to custom html email design. The built in content builder can be a bit challenging if you really want to customize for a specific look. That being said, the content builder is made to let anyone easily and quickly create emails.

A great mailing software for business newsletters and automation
Comments: My overall experience has been pretty great. I have two mailing lists for two different business ventures. One with 700 people on my list, and one with 7,000. MailerLite works fantastic whether you're on the free or paid plan. The only difference is (for how I use it), you can't use automated sequences on the free plan. I have very few complaints about the software.
Pros:
I love how easy it is to use. It's a beautiful dashboard that's easily navigated. The WYSIWYG editor is super sleek. From adding new subscribers to setting up complex automations, it's all really simple.
Cons:
Sometimes there's a hiccup in the system that causes text editing to mess up. What I mean is that I'll be typing and I'll get to where I am right now, and the cursor will reset to the beginning and start type there instead. If I refresh the page, the problem goes away.

Happy Mailerlite Customer!
Comments: MailerLite helps me reach my readers with beautiful emails that are simple to design, and their tracking features let me know how successful a particular campaign has been.
Pros:
Some of the things I love about Mailerlite are the affordability, the ease of use, the knowledge base, and--when you can't figure out how to do something--STELLAR customer service. Every time I've had to reach out to someone, they've helped me quickly, giving me the information I need and the tools to find what I need next time. And they are consistently improving. Several years ago, I switched from another provider to Mailerlite to save money and expected fewer bells and whistles, but Mailerlite has not disappointed me.
Cons:
There are minor automation features I'd love to see deployed in the future, but when I say minor, I mean it. I could live without those tweaks for the rest of my life and still be thrilled.

All very good, once I got going
Comments: Overall, I like the company and the platform. It's not as slick as some of the others I've seen, but I believe it's a great value and gets the job done. I like that there are tutorials on just about everything, and customer support is very quick to respond when I have an issue.
Pros:
It truly is a "drag and drop" landing page and website builder! I've worked with other website builders that make it so much more complicated than it needs to be. With MailerLite, I just literally drag a text box from the sidebar and plunk it down wherever I want to on my landing page. It's super easy to move sections up or down, too. It's not 100% customizable, and I've had to adjust my design plans a little here and there. But that's probably a good thing for me, who is easily overwhelmed when I have too many choices. I can spend hours and days on things that just don't matter in the long run if I'm given too many options. MailerLite allows me to customize just enough to make the finished product fit my brand without completely overwhelming me with too many options. Overall, once I figured things out, I found MailerLite to be very easy to use and at an excellent price point!
Cons:
I wish there were more templates to choose from! Most everything can be tweaked and customized to fit my brand but I wish there was a template that was closer to what I was looking for from the get-go. I mentioned in the "pros" section that it's not 100% customizable, and found myself wishing here and there that I could just change this one little thing or move this/that over here/there. But like I said, being a bit more confined in the design options is probably a blessing for me and helped me get my landing pages, website and sales pages designed much quicker.

Comments: The insights we gained about our email marketing, just by looking at the statistics and analytics of our campaigns, are stunningly beneficial! MailerLite helped us increase our revenue by more than 100%, just by testing and improving our email content.
Pros:
The drag-and-drop template builder is very easy to use and the created templates show in every email client I can think of. So far, nobody had to open our email in their browser because of displaying issues.
Cons:

Great for creating email newsletters and shareable pdf brochures
Comments:
Mailerlite is a Godsent, I think the export to PDF has a lot of potential.
There are over 12 million WhatsApp users in Kenya, most of our clients and prospects, are more willing to connect us via WhatsApp than by email.
The PDF brochures has become one of our biggest marketing assets as we can keep them updated about our projects in a more social way. The fact that the brochures are more shareable is a big bonus.
However, It'll be good to be able to track clicks, which currently can't be done as it's stored as a draft in MailerLite.
I know Mailerlite is an email marketing software but I'd love to be able to monitor the performance of newsletters turned into brochures the same way I can monitor sent campaigns. Even if it's something as simple as having a dashboard for draft campaigns and using Google Analytics to track clicks on it.
Pros:
- I used Mailerlite to create email newsletters (Which any email marketing software can do) but most importantly I used Mialerlite to create sharable pdf brochures showcasing our past/current projects (My client was an Architecture company). These "brochures" are light size wise as the target platform was Whatsapp. The images are clickable linking to the projects on our websites, this way when sent to clients/potential clients on WhatsApp they can know more about us without having to go to our website. - Design Options: I've used MailChimp, Active Campaign, Moosend and pretty much any Email marketing software you can think off, but in terms of design flexibility and templates, Mailerlite has the best design options. My favorite is the "Featured Image" block - Great Customer Support: Mailerlite is meant for creating email newsletters and not pdf brochures so it was a bit tricky working around that especially since the share to social media button wouldn't work since the newsletter I converted into a brochure wasn't technically an email campaign (I.e it wasn't sent to anyone/mailing list) but remained in my dashboard as a draft. I had a chat with them on how to arrange the elements so my brochure was 3 pages max, and how to reduce the size.
Cons:
- My emails kept going to the spam folder which was very bothersome, so I contacted support and I was told I'm not the only one having the same problem and that it's an issue they're working on as they were blacklisted (Or something like that) -As much as I love the featured image element, it renders differently on Outlook desktop app. Instead of appearing as one large image, the images appeared as a grid, with nine images of the same image taking the space instead of one large image. It was a bit disconcerting and there was no way around it.

Best Platform For Email Marketing & Management On A Budget
Comments: I Love Mailer Lite! It has great features, it has an inexpensive entry price, and an easy drag-and-drop editor which makes for quick design. I always recommend it for clients on a budget or just starting out because they can learn on a free platform that allows them to use quite a few functions while they are getting their feet wet. With all the features available there is so much that can be done, from scheduled email sequences, evergreen sequences, or email campaigns for specific promotions. Overall great experience.
Pros:
The free package has a ton of features that allows you to test the capabilities of Mailer Lite without paying for it. You get a very large starter number for your list before you have to pay and the fee when you do is very minimal. The functionality and templates available on the free package again allow you to see what you can potentially do. You can schedule emails as well as set up campaigns. Integrations include Website platforms as well as using API so it can be added almost anywhere. You can also track the metrics of your campaigns as well as overall and individual opens on campaigns.
Cons:
Their templates are not very creative or exciting, so unless you have some of your own creative ideas, you are stuck with what they have. The templates are editable with their drag-and-drop editor. The platform has great functions but does not have as much design flex as some of the other platforms, so needs some work on that part. Their UX could also use some work to be more friendly to users who are not as tech-savvy

Easy-to-use affordable email marketing platform with all of the features most people need
Pros:
MailerLite is one of the most affordable email marketing platforms right now with all of the features most people need like automations, a drag and drop builder and embedded signup forms. Their most useful feature is automations, which lets you send a sequence of emails to subscribers if they join a list, if one of their contact fields gets updated (example: if they go from being a free to a paid member), if they click on a link, etc. You can also create yes/no branches at different points in the automation to send different emails to subscribers after they meet or don't meet a certain criteria. They also have a decent free plan for those who are starting out or looking to test the platform. The free plan includes automations and most of their key features. I also use personally use their APIs to automatically add new members to specific automations - they are well documented and easy to follow.
Cons:
1. Right now, you can only create yes or no branches in automations. So for example, let's say that you want subscribers who already downloaded a lead gen to not receive an email in the automation about it. The only way to do this right now is to create a yes/no branch. If yes, they'll receive the rest of the sequence in the yes branch *without* the specific email. If no, they'll receive the rest of the sequence in the no branch *with* specific email. But if you want subscribers in both branches to receive the rest of the other emails, you'd have to have duplicate emails in the yes and no branch. It gets time-consuming if you want to add more emails to the automation (you'd have to add them both to the yes and no branch) or if you need to update any of the existing emails (you'd have to update both in the yes and no branch). It would be easier if you can simply add specific criteria to each email in the automation. So for example, if the subscriber meets the criteria, they'll receive this email in the automation. If not, they skip that email but still receive the next ones (if they match the criteria). 2. They had deliverability issues in the past which they did work really hard to fix. However, based on my experiences and that of what others have reported, overall open rates (with an authenticated domain) tend to be somewhat lower than a few other top platforms.

This is my second review for MailerLite, and I have only grown to love it more!
Comments: Of all the services that I use, it is the only one which still maintains a 100% satisfaction rating with me.
Pros:
I was originally drawn to MailerLite because of the ability to automate sequences. I would keep it for that one thing alone. But the service just keeps getting better.
Cons:
Although I understand the necessity for limitations - I would love to have more than a 100-step sequence (I know that that would not be necessary for most people. But you actually have so many options in the automation sequences, that you can actually go a bit crazy with it. However - it is because of these options that everyone who responds to me, actually thinks that I am physically typing out each email and mailing them directly... Which is, of course, the goal... To mail as many people as possible, but for each of those people to feel like they are getting my direct and personal attention at every step of the way... So a lift on, or at least a raising of, the cap for steps in automation sequences.

Superb features and service
Comments: Overall: Impressed. Many years ago I left AWeber because of their new user interface, which I didn't like. For many years I used self-hosted autoresponders, but the last one I had caused so many problems, so I had enough. I already had a MailerLite account that I didn't use, so I decided to try it out and was blown away. Extremely good service and almost all the features I wanted from an autoresponder, like segmenting, tagging (this is groups in ML), sending again to people who didn't open or click, easiness of use, and super-friendly, fast, and clever support.
Pros:
MailerLite has almost everything I wanted in an autoresponder. And I've suggested the few things that are missing. Several has already been implemented, and one is on its way soon. I love how the people behind MailerLite listen to their customers. And how fast and clever their support is. It's impressive.
Cons:
The things I like the least is the lacking ability to change an email address for a subscriber. But they are implementing this feature. And then I would love it if you could add automation to a segment and not just a group. But there are workarounds, which I've used. I would also love a clean text-only option, but I'm probably one of the few who would use that and not either HTML or rich text.

Every Start-Up's Sidekick!
Comments: I am a Marketing Specialist by profession and software/tools like this make my job so much easier, for which I am very grateful! I recently stumbled upon MailerLite when I was building my E-Commerce website. Previously, I used to use MailChimp (Also a great tool and I currently use it only at work). Mailerlite seamlessly integrated with my Shopify Store and gave me so much power over my marketing strategies. In my opinion, it's the best E-mail Automation tool out there, with much more options and customizations that can help you craft powerful newsletters, landing pages, etc.
Pros:
1) Highly Optimized And Responsive: MailerLite helps me to design and create newsletters that look amazing on desktops, tablets, and mobiles. 2) Design Capabilities: It's safe to say that the design capabilities that MailerLite gives you are far better than any other similar product in its segment. What I mean to say is, the "little things" that MailerLite allows you to do can add significant value to the way you market! For example, there are a number of templates that can enable you to have "buttons" attached to an image (Perfect CTA's by the way). Also, there are several heading options for my newsletters where I can have my company name and logo or either one at the beginning of them. These, of course, are just a few examples I could think of straight off the bat. 3) Easy Integration: Connection my domain with MailerLite was a lot easier than I expected - with a swift and seamless integration process. 4) No Learning Curve Required: MailerLite is incredibly simple to use and it won't take you long to get the hang of it. 5) Affordability: The title of my review says it all! MailerLite is a blessing for startups on a budget who don't have money to throw around. There are 5 different pricing models that include one "freemium" version as well. However, if you are using it for business purposes, I suggest you use their starter plan that will unlock all features and allow you to send unlimited emails. Remember, looking professional is key!
Cons:
1) Slightly Laggy: MailerLite can occasionally become laggy and starts freezing when you import a lot of contacts. Now, I don't really know if this is due to my hardware set up (which is quite recent), but I've asked around and I've gotten mixed opinions about this. 2) Customization Options: It would be really great if MailerLite introduces some more Landing Page customization options in the near future. Whatever be the case, it's still the best E-mail Automation software, in my opinion.
