The ease of use once you get to know to program.
I wanted to use on a recent flight, but without purchasing wifi, I was unable to. I don't like giving airlines any more $ for wifi.

A Powerful and Comprehensive Project Management and Accounting Software
Comments: Overall, I'm very happy with Avaza. It's a powerful and comprehensive project management and accounting software that provides all of the features I need. It's easy to use and intuitive, but can be a bit pricey at times.
Avaza is an incredibly powerful and comprehensive project management and accounting software. It provides all of the features I need to manage projects and track finances, including time tracking, task management, invoicing, expense tracking, and more. The user interface is intuitive, enabling me to quickly and easily get up and running with the software.
Avaza can be a bit pricey compared to some of its competitors, but it's well worth the money if you need a comprehensive project management and accounting solution. Additionally, some features can be a bit confusing to use, so it may take some time to get used to the software.
Functional but not a perfect fit
I liked the clean structure of Avaza, and the budget features. It's a good option for a business who doesn't rely heavily on project management to drive their productivity. Their customer service was very helpful though when I was letting them know we were going in another direction and they genuinely seemed to want to know what was driving our decision.
We run a marketing/PR based business, and we were looking for a one-stop-shop project management and back office system. While we knew that was a long shot, we tried Avaza for several months and even gave them a second go when our current system wasn't doing everything we needed as well. I would have liked to see Avaza have different dashboard customization views so we could tailor the system to be more project centered instead of a financial view upon logging in. Since we use a different billing and accounting software, this data on our dashboard would remain blank and the dashboard wouldn't even be utilized. Also by the time we added all of our employees and contractors to have timesheet accessibility, we would have been paying a lot more in extra monthly fees than we were looking to spend. It just started really adding up for us when other software companies offer these options within their pricing tiers.

Hi Sarah, thanks for your feedback. Avaza rolled out a fully customizable account dashboard some time back. User can add and remove dashboard widgets as they wish. We plan to add to the widget library over time. As for pricing, we believe Avaza is one of the most price competitive product in the market.
With Avaza, everything is streamlined, easy, and available
Comments: We've simplified and made Avaza easy to use so that everyone may have access to it. When compared to previous systems, their straightforward billing process and seamless integration with Quickbooks have made all the difference in the accuracy of our accounting records. Their support staff is fantastic; I've brought them some difficult issues, and they've gone out of their way to help me.
One of Avaza's strongest points is how comprehensive it is as a tool. What I like best is that I can manage my time, expenses, and projects all in one location. Furthermore, I appreciate the ability to keep track of expenses and the app's compatibility with others, such as Xero and Trello.
Avaza seems to have its limits at times. The tools are straightforward, although the interface occasionally presents obstacles. Additionally, I believe there is room for improvement in the reporting functionality and would welcome the addition of additional adaptable report types.
A complete solution for project management
Comments: Avaza's user interface is clean and straightforward, making it simple for anyone to learn and use. It facilitates smooth, real-time collaboration between groups, which improves project management, file sharing, and communication.
Features like job delegation, time monitoring, and file sharing are all conveniently located in a single interface, streamlining collaboration and project management for my team. The platform's many available integrations—with tools like Gantt charts and billing—make it an all-inclusive answer for managing our projects.
One thing that bothered me about Avaza was how complicated and daunting its interface initially was. It will take some time to become familiar with all of the available options and features. And I didn't think the task assignment component was as powerful as some other project management software I've used.
Avaza: The Smart Choice for Business Management and Growth
Comments: Avaza is a reliable and comprehensive project management and business management software that provides a wide range of tools to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and manage projects efficiently. The platform offers a user-friendly interface, real-time reporting, and invoicing tools that simplify project management and collaboration. Overall, Avaza is a solid solution for businesses looking to optimize their operations and grow their business.
Avaza software is a comprehensive and efficient project management and business management solution that offers several features that users may find appealing. One of the key features is its all-in-one nature, which combines project management, time tracking, invoicing, and collaboration tools in one platform, streamlining workflows and increasing productivity. Additionally, Avaza's intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it easy for teams to use and collaborate effectively. Its real-time reporting and analytics tools also provide valuable insights into project progress and team performance, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions. Overall, Avaza software is a reliable and versatile solution for businesses looking to optimize their operations and grow their business.
Avaza's user interface can be overwhelming, especially for first-time users. Additionally, while the platform offers a comprehensive range of features, some users may find that they need to purchase additional add-ons or integrations to access certain functionalities. Another potential drawback is that Avaza does not offer a free plan, which may not be ideal for businesses on a tight budget. These are a few areas where some users may face challenges or limitations with the software.
Streamlining Team Collaboration and Project Management with Avaza
Comments: Avaza offers a comprehensive solution for team collaboration and project management. It has many useful features such as task management, time tracking, and resource scheduling. It also allows for easy communication and file sharing among team members. However, the interface can be a bit confusing at first and some users may find the task assignment feature to be limited. Overall, Avaza is a good option for teams looking for a streamlined way to manage their projects and collaborate effectively.
and intuitive interface of Avaza. It makes it simple for my team to collaborate and manage projects, with features such as task assignments, time tracking, and document sharing all in one place. The platform also offers a variety of integrations, such as with Gantt charts and invoicing, which makes it a comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of our projects. Overall, Avaza has been a valuable tool for streamlining our workflow and improving our team's efficiency.
I did not like the fact that Avaza's interface can be a bit confusing and overwhelming at first. It takes some time to get used to navigating through all the different features and settings. Additionally, I found the task assignment feature to be a bit limited and not as robust as other project management tools. Overall, while Avaza has many useful features, it may not be the best fit for teams with more advanced project management needs.
Excellent corporate project management tool. amazing service and support too.
Comments: Overall, its great experience with Avaza. I highly recommend you for your Project Manegement.Thank You
The Task manager has one of the best billing solutions I've encountered for charging consumers, which is one of my favorite features. Also, the dashboard is simple to use and straightforward. You may choose between a list view, Gantt, and Kanban charts. Information on both the project's development and the finances. Increases ability to manage time. Unrestricted file storage space is offered.
Some aspects of the Avaza that some find objectionable include its limited reporting choices. I've mentioned that Avaza's reporting choices may be expanded and made more tailor-made. Limited integrations, as well Avaza does have certain connectors. However I've said that there are several products I use for which there are no integration choices. Limitations on mobile functioning I've said that using Avaza on the move is challenging because the mobile app is less valuable than the desktop version.
Project administration, timesheets, cost monitoring, and invoicing are just a few of the features.
Comments: Avaza is a top-notch project management tool with a wealth of features for companies of all kinds. It is a useful tool for any company that needs to handle numerous projects and processes due to its user-friendly interface, powerful project management tools, and invoicing capabilities.
The user-friendly and intuitive user layout of Avaza is among its most remarkable features. Users can easily browse through the platform's various tools and features thanks to its sleek, contemporary design. The Avaza interface is clean and attractive, regardless of whether you're a project manager, team head, or solitary contributor.
The reporting features could be more robust and customizable, and the mobile software could be enhanced to provide more utility and better speed, according to users.
Very nice for scheduling, tracking and invoicing.
I like the reports where I can see clearly the billable hours, and it allows me to also add notes to what I have worked on so helps maintain important records.
Sometimes face glitches in projects and their scheduling.
New to Avaza and likely to stay
Comments: I’m quite pleased with Avaza. I switched over from Monday.com and of course the price here is so affordable, which is great since price is why we did not stay at Monday.com past their free trial. I remember thinking Avaza really wasn’t all that different in layout, which is a good thing, but it’s some of the extra features here and there that I need to learn more about as I continue to get comfortable with the site.
Mostly being able to work with other people who aren’t with me physically. There’s a lot of details that can be involved and I’m still able to have others stay on the same page as me. Side note, so in love with the fact you guys have an app.
I’m not sure if this is an option but a task prioritization feature is always helpful to me. There’s always something that needs to get done, but deciding what to get done first and being able to identify it quickly is important to me.

Hi Marylou, Thanks for taking the time and leaving us a detailed review. Avaza supports prioritising tasks. You can configure priorities based on your needs with colour codes. Tasks can be grouped by priority as well. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist you with setting up your Avaza account and answer any questions you may have.
Feature rich project management and client billing solution
Many features for project management including custom tasks and timesheet categories to standardize information across users. The ability to section off portions of projects and bill for those sections specifically. Easy to use gantt charting. In application communication tools. In-depth custom reporting.
At first the organization of information is a little confusing and people see it as cumbersome, but after some time its pretty easy. The reports are nice but they have so many options it takes some time to figure out what options will give you what you need. Single project quick view dashboard (time or $$ left in budget, items past due summary) not available, but can get there with custom reports once you figure out how to do it.
Tried over a dozen resource management tools and chose Avaza
The more I use Avaza, the more I like it and the more I can see us using additional features.
It's been positive and we're glad to have chosen Avaza over the many other options out there.
We are a 10 person creative agency and were looking software to help us manage our schedules and resources. We wanted a clear, intuitive interface that would allow in-app communication and file sharing, color-coding to distinguish clients, a calendar view by team member or project view, a tracking of hours against total project budgets. The customer support is fast and friendly.
Setting up projects and tasks takes a bit of time, but there are robust reporting options that are worth the input time. I also wish that when, on the team calendar view, you dragged a task from (for example) four days to three days that the total hours would stay the same but be spread over a new date range rather than the driver being the number of days with hours/day locked.
Easy collaboration and Time tracking
Comments: Its been very helpful. We are able to easily collaborate without clients and all information sits in a centralized space.
Timesheet feature (Billable vs Non-Billable tracking) Extensive reporting Task allocation
I am satisfied with what this product offers. My suggestion is that we should have the ability to assign tasks to multiple users.
Great platform - I saved a lot of time with it
Comments: Project management and client management
I really like the fact that you can find everything you need in one place. It's help me a lot to organize my time and save time as well. I would definitely recommend Avaza. I tried 5 different platforms in the past few weeks and thats the one that fulfill my needs.
The only thing that I would like to have an upgrade on is the task management. It would be nice if you can save your time on a task and the task would become "complete" by itself. Sometimes, I look at all my tasks and I'm not always sure if it's done or not. I'm sure Avaza will do something for that.
Loving it (understanding that needs some improvements)
Comments: It has been great! better than other software companies. I hope they get to work in our request to improve the software
Easy to use and create projects. white label client portal. Like the interaction that my clients have with the software. Great customer service!
You cannot assign general tasks per client only by specific project. You cannot have recurrent projects and you have to generate a new project every month (time consuming) (it is important to mention that there are recurrent tasks but this doesn't impact the budget). the system does not have CRM, most of competitors have a sort of CRM
Comments: I would say It's a nice software. The features they provide is very similar with others we used before so this facilitate the migration.
Easy to use, integration with other softwares (Expensify, QuickBooks), simplicity. The features they provide is very similar with others we used before so this facilitate the migration.
It's missing few features that could be interesting: Team Schedule could be visible not only for admin, on TimeSheet (for <Pending Approval> and <Approved> its not visible start/end time)... and few others
Delivering Client Projects Is Easy With Avaza
Comments: Avaza is not overly complex, so it cannot accommodate really heavy projects with large teams or complexities. It does, though, provide amazing results for teams with a more direct approach to project delivery. I was able to implement its use in a software development firm that specialized in cloud applications. Specializing in Microsoft's online SharePoint environments, Avaza was the tool of choice to manage projects dealing with migrations and customization of such sites. It did include large projects and small ones, and managed time tracking for billing, as these were on an hourly basis. The features were just right. But because there was no custom coding and developing for which unit testing or QA department involvement, Avaza worked extremely well for them.
Avaza has all the core functionality that lets any business successfully manage and deliver client projects. It is not just for development projects. It can be used in a wide array of industries because of this basic general core of features. For starters, Avaza manages contacts and distinguishes them between clients (external contacts) and team members. It uses this to connect projects to its clients and the resources that will be working on these projects. The roles for the contacts are manage in the contacts section as well, allowing the admin to connect just the right resources and the features they need. Adding projects is fairly simple, as well. Create a new project and allocate the client to it. That is it. Then add the necessary tasks for the project, allocating team members from the contact list. You can even group into sections that can represent milestones, features, epics, or any description that fits your project or organizational business needs. Project views can also be customized. You can view projects in a Kanban styled board, as a Gantt chart or even as a list. Team members track time against the tasks until completion and the process is quite simple and straightforward. Avaza also provides team scheduling and provides forecasting capabilities across one or more projects. You can also manage timesheets, expenses and recurring expenses for all the projects in Avaza. Avaza offers the capabilities of providing your clients with quotes or estimates for projects, as well as managing invoicing, recurring invoices, credit notes and payments. And you can track all the work via an extensive library of reports.
Avaza is not a feature rich product for large enterprises or large projects with large teams, as these must track defects, reworks, testing and a host of other tasks that often have dependencies upon others. This is something Avaza does not manage and trying to track this level of effort is not something that can be done. So, this is definitely for smaller organizations or teams with basic projects.
Comments: We have tried different tools and tested a lot of other tools but didn't find anything like Avaza for managing the timesheets, scheduling and reporting
Avaza is a very powerful tool for managing timesheet and projects scheduling, it is very easy to add your timesheet on daily or weekly basis. Scheduling is also a very easy and flexible.
When scheduling someone for long time (Say a year) and want to schedule another project for the same person during this year, this will lead to over scheduling and can't be interrupted. best way to do this is on monthly basis.
Avaza Software Response

Hi Nawar, thanks for your review. As for long-running schedule assignments, you can simply edit the assignment, reduce its date range and add the new assignments. Having said that we do plan to add support for splitting assignments to make this process a bit quicker. We will add your vote for that feature and notify you as soon as it becomes available.
Avaza works great for law firms
Comments: We have moved to Avaza from the model were we used much more expensive PM software and our own billing software. Super happy about having everyting in one place
We were struggling to find a PM software that would have decent billing capabilites. In Avaza billing functionality is on par with dedicated billing services, furthermore it is fully adoptable to any language (i.e. we issue avaza invoices in lithuanian language)
Time input could be easier, on the other hand, as vast majority of our projects are billed by fixed fee arrangements, the reason maybe be that we just didn't use it that much.
Avaza - Manage Better
We loved the time tracking - it's been really helpful for us to track project profitability and individual time tracking. Our team has also really benefitted from the chat features and overall project management capabilities. One key feature was the ability to add clients to specific projects without having to give them access to other projects.
It's not specific to Avaza, but in general, it's clunky to have so many different tools to chat through - sometimes it's easier to use a different chat or video to give feedback outside of Avaza, but it's nice to
EASE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
easily manage multiple projects and their tasks, very happy with the interactive UI and the team got hold of it pretty quickly. Also, the task notifications are received by the team member instantly on email. The pricing is good compared to its features and definitely stands out from its competition.
no way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application
Very well featured, value for money project manager.
Comments: First class in every way.
I liked its overall feature set, it is value pricing and the fact that I can bring clients in on a project with no extra cost. I can drop a screenshot straight into the task fields which is a huge money and time saver for me an us. One other thing to know is that they have support chat in admin and often you get an instant response which is amazing customer service. I am so pleased I made the decision to work with Avaza.
Really not much that I don't like. I wish I could set automatic reminders for overdue tasks but at least I can go in and run reports.
Great features and pricing for small startups
Comments: We are a small, new company with a lot of work to coordinate. We are constantly providing clients with updates on projects and reviewing timelines for deliverables in order to keep ourselves on track. This software allows us to be efficient with our time by seeing where projects are with one quick glance. This also allows either of us to determine if/when we can take on additional work. It has been remarkably helpful to us in a short amount of time.
This program has all the functions a small business or non-profit needs to get started with managing a variety of projects and tasks. As consultants, we need the ease of invoicing, tracking hours, and uploading contracts for our clients coupled with a single place to manage the tasks of complex project management. It was very user friendly and easy to get started. I especially liked the variety of visual formats, as I like lists and my partner likes Gantt charts. You rarely get all these features in a free version of this kind of software, but even the paid versions are not very expensive.
I had a little trouble changing the administrator from one user to another. Also, the storage space is not that much, but you can always link to an outside cloud file using the notes section.
Excellent, full of features and inexpensive.
Comments: I've been a web development contractor for 5 years. Software for project-planning, time-tracking, invoicing... believe me I've tried them all. Avaza has all of the above rolled into one software. The monthly subscription is pennies compared to what I was spending on multiple other softwares and the time it took to move information around.
Avaza is simple, clean, and intuitive. Time tracking is stolen straight from Harvest, time items are straight from project management tasks, and invoices are inherently customizable by populating from tracked time or manually entering expenses. There is also recurring invoicing and online payment links. The Avaza team is always rolling out some new features and honing the UI, plus email or ticket support has been at most an hour delay.
I used to have a small list of cons, but I sent them as ideas to the Avaza team and they actually built what I needed. Awesome.
