Kixie is an AI-powered revenue communications platform that enhances calling and texting for optimal performance and efficiency.
The ease for calling people consistently with simple navigation on the caller page.
When the dial is up, below where you type in the number is the name of the previous person you called. At first I was confused on who I was calling.

Kixie is becoming a power player
Comments: The support is top notch along with the website.
Pros:
Kixie power dialer integrate seamlessly with HubSpot, and we are enjoying his features. All the company is a little expensive and still needs to improve their phone app. I highly recommend the functionality and features of this company.
Cons:
The phone app isn’t the best and needs improvement.
The Best Phone System on the Market
Comments: Kixie has been great all around. Good support, very advanced system. Deploying it was made easy by the staff at kixie.
Pros:
The local presence feature kixie has is by far superior to any other competitors system. You dont have to buy all the area codes then switch between them. With Kixie, they have unlimited numbers and the system automatically switches between them. Also, the integration with Hubspot is phenomenal.
Cons:
The system is very complex, and could benefit from being slightly more customizable.
Kixie honest review
Comments: Overall excellent experience. Almost 0 issues with the software, and if there are, they have fast support to fix it. Also, it's really easy to integrate with other CRMs like HubSpot, and easy to share your calls with the internal team for review.
Pros:
excellent customer support and ability to call from a local number
Cons:
the number of lines you can dial at a time depends on the type subscription you have
Fails frequently. No weekend support or phone support.
Comments: I don't recommend it. Kixie must provide support 24/.7. They can't close their support entirely on weekends. Until this policy changes, I can't recommend Kixie.
Pros:
The price is reasonable, but you get what you pay for.
Cons:
It fails pretty frequently, and it always seems to fail on weekends. Call routing has failed in the past. We could not make outbound calls or receive incoming calls two days in a row (not all day but for a few hours each day). I find it unacceptable that they are unavailable on weekends. There is no support of any kind on weekends. If something goes wrong on a weekend, you are screwed. It happened to us multiple times. I explained my frustrations to Kixie numerous times.
Smoother experience with Kixie.
Comments: We used multiple softwares and finally Kixie helped us to over come the connectivity issues. Highly recommended.
Pros:
Connection boost with local presence which helped us to improve the connection rates.
Cons:
So far haven't faced issues, however we only encountered the glitch when there is an onging call, we are not receiving the call waiting notifications.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy to get onboard, but beware when leaving
Comments: The platform was fine and had the essentials we needed when scaling our company, but as we left for a more robust platform they left our company without inbound or outbound phone services for multiple days during our busiest time of the year. Seemed like they just didn't care anymore now that we were cancelling, even though I would have gone back to them if the new dailer hadn't worked. Because of how poorly I was treated I would never suggest someone use this platform, and beware leaving it if you're already on as the experience was the worst I've received from a provider and frankly felt very vindictive.
Pros:
It was easy to use and the unlimited option does provide some value if you're in a high call-volume role
Cons:
When letting the kixie team know that we were going to leave their platform they completely botched the porting of our numbers and cancelled us earlier than the contract states. In response to our complaint that we no longer had access to our numbers they spent over a day trying to blame me instead of helping me gain access to our numbers. Horrible process in the end and has made me never want to use this provider again as they treat you like dirt when you leave their service.
Alternatives Considered:
Kixie, expensive, but like all things in life, you TRULY get what you pay for.
Comments: Amazing. Truthfully, the best part is the customer service. I have not once spoken to anyone that I felt like didn't love their job. If they do, they hide it very well. Y'all are the chik-fil-a of VOIP services. Kudos!
Pros:
It's ease of use and reliability. The dialer is fun to use and SIMPLE.
Cons:
The price and transferring calls to other people.
Love it!
Pros:
Power Dialer and connection boost are both awesome.
Cons:
At first it was like anything else, something new and I didn’t know much about it or how to use it. Customer service is awesome and always there to lend their help.

Hey Chris, thank you for the review! We're happy to hear that you're finding success and driving greater productivity with our PowerDialer and ConnectionBoost features!
A call automation tool with great features.
Comments: Overall, I really like Kixie PowerCall. It's a great tool for quickly uploading contact lists and super helpful for SDRs as it saves a lot of time with automated dialing. The CRM integration is awesome because it automatically logs calls and keeps contact info updated, making it way easier to manage and track leads. Also the flexibility that allows to choose the plan that fits different needs, making it a great option for different team sizes or budgets.
Pros:
I absolutely love how Kixie PowerCall automates the dialing process. It saves so much time because you don’t have to manually dial numbers, and you can make calls way faster.
Cons:
Sometimes it has connection problems, especially if the internet is weak, which can be a real issue when working from places in South America. It can interrupt calls and make things quite frustrating when trying to reach people.
good experience so far
Comments: I have been on it for a week and have been happy with the results thus far
Pros:
saves me time, allows me to quickly dial through leads and spend time on other forms of outreach and quality pipeline building
Cons:
integration doesn't always pull in my leads so you can't see lead info in platform
Best Call Center Solution For Business
Pros:
I like the automatic call distribution The software comes with great features as a call center It is affordable and makes sales ennoblement easy
Cons:
Has all the features we need and even more. No complaints
Kixie is the best!!
Comments: My experience with Kixie has been awesome, I use other dialers and Kixie is my first option because of how easy it is to work with.
Pros:
It's easy to integrate with the multiple CRMS that I use, I love the features that it has but most important, how easy it is to use.
Cons:
At first, it had a lot of bugs, and it used to crash quite a lot, we reported the issue to Kixie's tech support, and we got a very quick response and they helped us right away. It looks like with the new software updates those bugs are gone and our experience using it has been a lot better.

Hello there ! It's great to hear that you're loving Kixie's features and ease of use. Thank you for leaving a review!

Saved us a ton of money for a simple trackable dialer
Comments: Simplicity. Consistent. Great pricing. I can't recommend it enough, took quite a few calls to find something that easily could track my team, record phone calls, and sit right on their computers. My team loves it and so do I. Best thing is, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and the team actually wants to help you unlike most SaaS companies... If you have a problem, sometimes they call you right away, if not within a day... Its amazing.
Pros:
I love the simplicity of the product. We were using Outreach.io Voice, and paying out the waaazooo for it, and there were hidden fees... It was a nightmare. I called at Kixie and he answered all my questions, no BS in the sales pitch... set me up and even helped me get started in rolling it out to the team. They even offered consulting to help integrate with my CRM but I declined for the time being. The morale of my team went way up... No more issues. The reporting is simple which helps them create reports, and the portal is easy for me to go in and manage my team and make sure productivity is up. I love the red click to calls that even show up on peoples websites so its fast. I would highly recommend this for businesses using SDR's who don't want to over complicate making a dang phone call. I haven't used all the features to the full ability yet but it has been doing what I need it to. Its also cheaper than buying new phone lines for each person in the company. We had a small learning curve, but that was easily managed and expected from switching softwares.
Cons:
I really like most everything about it. The setup did take awhile to figure out, but I think that was more on my end. If I had to pick one thing, I would say adding notes takes one extra click than I want... But that is me stretching to find something, and might just be my use case.
Kixie Dialer

Cons:
It seems buggy...team has been complaining of a lot of downtime

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your honest and candid feedback. We are continuously working to improve our product and eliminate any glitches or bugs from our system. In most cases, our team can resolve bugs within 5-7 business days from when they are reported. If you have not done so already, we would greatly appreciate it if you could report any bugs or other issues you may encounter to our support team at [email protected] so that we may look into and resolve them in a timely manner.
Shout-out to the Kixie Team for Being an Integral Part of My Business!
Comments: Sign up for the trial to get a sense of how it works since it’s free for 7 days and takes two seconds to setup. Kixie integrates great with my CRM, saves me ton of time, helps keep me organized, and eliminates manual logging tasks. Like I said before, I can’t even remember what it feels like to make calls before using Kixie. I dial 100 customers a day to grow lead generation and create interest for our sales team. I constantly track my call reporting which keeps me focused on reaching the dial numbers and average call duration. This is huge in making me stay competitive with my team so I always reach my sales goals.
Pros:
forget what life before having Kixie felt like - almost the same way that I forgot what it felt like before I had a cellphone. I felt like writing a review for Kixie since I sometimes forget how impactful Kixie is to my phone sales efforts. Before Kixie, I had to manually dial 100’s of outbound sales calls. Without a Click-to-Call button right next to the phone numbers, I wasn't able to see which contacts were calling me from my CRM. I didn’t have Local Presence Dialing so my prospects saw my out-of-state number on outbound caller id and often wouldn’t pick up, and I couldn’t review my call recordings to numbers or names I had forgotten to write down. Since we have partnered, Kixie has kept on adding new features, though the pricing has stayed the same. For instance, the addition of SMS Messaging and voicemail drop functionality has been a huge benefit. Their customer service team is also phenomenal. When I call or send Kixie an email, a tech-savvy rep from the US answers my calls answers the phone or replies. They don’t have an outsourced service team and they actually care about my business which is hard to do for any size company.
Cons:
I would suggest for Kixie to add a real time performance leaderboard to show my team on a TV screen, and maybe a search feature in the dashboard for call history.
Alternatives Considered:
Hubspot on Steroids
Comments: I will never use Hubspot without Kixie again. Connection Boost with Local Presence alone 10X'ed our connection rate.
Pros:
Click to call, Voicemail Drop, and automated documentation saves so much time and leads to more connections
Cons:
Being without Kixie when HubSpot updates/changes it's CSS, and it takes a day or two for Kixie to update.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're getting more connections with Kixie and HubSpot. We're big fans of HubSpot as well, and we're working with them to make future updates more smooth and seamless. Have a great day!
Kixie is AWESOME!
Pros:
Kixie is the best VOIP platform I have ever used. It integrates incredibly well with salesforce (and many others), logging calls and other activities. The Voicemail Drop and Text Templates save people like me, who make 100+ calls a day, a ton of time writing or personalizing messaging to prospects. The "Connection Boost" feature is incredible, and at least doubles our connect rates. Furthermore, the app I downloaded on my personal cell allows me to monitor important texts or calls outside of working hours. 10/10 would recommend Kixie, especially for high output sales teams!
Cons:
About a year ago and earlier, there were minor issues with short outages. Kixie support was always fast to respond, and our entire org hasn't had any issues in the last year or so.
Amazing System
Comments: I use it daily it's great and I'm happy to have it. The SMS templates are great and efficient
Pros:
Everything. Caller ID, how it integrates with our CRM, the text messages, the SMS templates. the VM drop
Cons:
Sometimes there are glitches, but it happens with technology

Hi Davina, thank you for sharing your experience with Kixie! We're glad to hear that you're happy with the system, and we're glad to have you as a customer. Have a great day!
Just as you'd expect
Comments: Overall, it works great and I'm probably spoiled now for other VOIP services.
Pros:
Kixie works just like it should. I use it every day with a seamless integration with Insightly CRM where I click to dial and it records the calls and files the calls away in Insightly records just where it should. It was really easy to set up the integration. And Kixie is very easy to set up, adjust, monitor its use, and add new users. You can easily set up the forward feature to your phone, customize your away greeting, and it emails you when you've missed a call with a link to hear the recorded message. Plus, they have very responsive customer service. Except because they are based in Pacific time, I sometimes have to wait a few hours in the morning before I hear from them, but they have always responded and helped with a real call (or email) from a live person. I'm actually much more impressed with Kixie than Insightly, but keep them both because of the seamless integration.
Cons:
Nothing that is of any significance. It really works well.

Power Dialling an extensive database
Comments:
Overall, Kixie has been great and is helping us to accomplish our ultimate goal. I manage a massive database of 30k+ prospects, and utilizing the power dialler feature has allowed the team to churn through the list very effectively.
On the support side I've been working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and he's been amazing! A huge help at customizing and optimizing the tool to fit our specific needs.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] is extremely knowledgeable and always very quick to respond to any inquiries.
I work with many vendors and account managers daily and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is top of class, sincerely.
I appreciate everything you've done for us [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! I truly appreciate you, thank so much
Pros:
Affordability, simple deployment, ease of use, ease of on-boarding, excellent reporting and analytical features, excellent on-going support and account management
Cons:
The tool is a bit buggy at times, but this has improved significantly in just a few months. Kixie is great at deploying numerous app updates and patches to resolve any issues.

Hi Craig! Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We are always glad to hear how Kixie has helped businesses and individuals achieve their goals. Thank you for continuing to choose Kixie for your business calling & texting needs!
Great service
Pros:
The futures that I most like is being able to be on the run meaning being able to access your account on you phone or tablet to keep track of your calls. It was easy to get started and easy to use.
Cons:
That it was a new tool to get started with but best thing that ever happened to me.
Daily user for Kixie - my personal experience
Comments: Every software has glitches - so I can look past my frustrations and know that through time and bug fixes, Kixie will continue to improve. The tracking and replay features make my personal experience a breeze.
Pros:
Kixie makes tracking calls easy - I can track my inbound and outbound calls, watch the patterns throughout the month, and make adjustments to my daily process with this data. Kixie makes coaching and recall a breeze - If there is a call I did not do well on or a call I did do well on I can send it to my team and they can give feedback. If there was a detail I forgot or did not write down, I can re-listen to the call and pull the information I need. Kixie makes tracking texts throughout the organization easy - when different members of my team are texting a client, I can see the communication that has happened in the past which keeps me prepared.
Cons:
Kixie glitches about 5% of all inbound/outbound calls. I was told this is because of my cell service by the support team, but I will hang up the Kixie call and the customer will say "I can hear you much better". This also brings me to my next point - the service team, though prompt in response time, seems to not take responsibility if I report call issues. Kixie is not easy to use if you're away from your computer. Through the app, if you want to text a client, their contact will not show (as it does through the CRM integration). So if you receive an inbound text through the app, you won't know who its from.
Easy to use and navigate
Comments: Experience is hassle free and free from any inconvenience. When you log in you take in calls right away that allows you to be more productive.
Pros:
What I like about this device is that it is easy to use and start. And aside from that you can do lot of things which are not available from a typical call center tool. You can dial any number anytime, check logs and listen to recordings without doing so much effort. In other words it is a one time stop software.
Cons:
What I don't like about this software is that it only works better on google chrome browser.
Lifestyle Fiberglass Pools
Comments: Really good
Pros:
Takes the guess work out of organizing our incoming calls
Cons:
Sometimes things happen to the software outside out control and we don't get notified
