> **Pros**: My daughter learned to dispatch to my fleet, and does quite well, she doesn't have a drivers license and never drove.   Pergo made it so easy to choose drivers and estimate runs, she took to in just a few weeks.  One of the trainer has been dispatching for 2 years now and trains others. There is a lot less paperwork now, no more driver logs, no more maps, no more post it notes, pens, less reams of paper bought, and on and on

NO MORE MAPS
Drivers get lost a lot less
Drivers know how much the run is before departure.
More precise information for the drivers.
Can log in and dispatch from anywhere there's internet, ( A Godsend), I can close my office after hours and my dispatcher works from home, (that means I can pay him less)
I'd shoot myself if I had to go back to maps and radios.
