A Great Tool For Visual SOPs That Improves Task Completion Quality
Pros:
Providing a visual, step-by-step process for repetitive tasks in our agency is the primary reason we bought into Process Street. To be able to combine our internal SOPs with an assignable task and track progress on each step is extremely useful. Previously, we had general tasks assigned out to staff with pre-loaded checklists, and a link to reference the SOP for that task. Process Street brings all those elements together into one package and makes it easy for us to ensure staff are following SOPs as they complete tasks, and doing things the right way every time.
Cons:
Building new tasks is easy and intuitive; some functionality could be improved such as not having dropped-in images always load at the bottom of the edit view (which can be tedious if you are trying to edit a task with a lot of screenshots, and you have to drag it back up the chain) but overall it's a very user friendly way to build a visual SOP for each task we have in our agency.
Complete customer requested tasks quickly
Comments: Overall I've had a good experience with Process Street. The only thing that would make it better is a better slack integration, otherwise I'm quite pleased with the service!
Pros:
I like the process street allows me to easily track requests that come in from my customers and respond to the customer to let them know the task has been completed. The ability to send an email to the customer directly from Process Street is a huge benefit. I also like the ability to use Process Street to submit bugs to my own tech team and track their progress through review and completion.
Cons:
The thing that I think has the most room for improvement are the slack notifications. They are very helpful in quickly letting me know something needs to be addressed, but I am often unable to complete the action within slack. It isn't easy to navigate to the web browser from slack, so I need to go access either the email notification or manually go to the Process Street site.
Process.st review
Pros:
Helps our team maintain consistent results in day-to-day tasks, and manage small projects/more involved tasks where multiple people have a part in getting things done.
Cons:
– Lack of granularity in roles/permissions (ex. needs an Editor-level role to allow creation and maintenance of checklists without access to truly administrative settings/controls) – Unexpected results with regard to assignments (ex. all our employees are admins as we want them to have the ability to create and update workflows; being an admin makes assignments/permissions/visibility moot) – Too little automation customization (ex. Slack connection is very limited) – The presentation of certain features and functionalities can be confusing (ex. Reports and Inbox appear to serve a similar purpose, with Inbox being comparatively feature-poor) – Content -> Send Email and Forms -> Long Text lack even simple formatting capability
Transition Management - Colliers Lease Administration
Comments: I'm happy that we have it. It has improved our ability to manage projects and control the assignment of new projects among the team.
Pros:
I like that all the task involved can be included in the template and that I'm able to add logic to the template to account for the nuances in each project. It also makes it much simpler to have multiple people working on the project and avoid duplicative effort.
Cons:
it's very difficult to view actual embedded document because our company uses SharePoint to store documents. The SSO security prevents a lot of documents from being accessed inside Process Street. the Link works to locate the document quickly, but that requires to work outside Process Street and I have to go back and add more notes about what we did to the document(s). I also wish I could integrate with more apps, but I'm not totally sure its not our companies security that prevents that from being possible. I also would like to be able to have ability to control the status of the project. We use process projects that haven't begun and they get mixed into other things that are actually active vs reflecting that they are pending projects.
Process st you rock!
Comments: Everything's made easier with Process st., and we're loving it.
Pros:
Every tasks were smoothly done by each team. And it made everything easier like delegating a task even though we don't have any training department we could still hire more staffs without worrying the training.
Cons:
At first, when the conditional logic was updated, I was like, I don't like the update but then as we update our checklists I find it more appropriate. I mean you can hide it on the main checklist then just show it to the specific checklist you want.
Everything is Great so Far!
Comments: We are very pleased with the journey so far, from Sales support during discovery/ trial phase, through to current Customer Support during the onboarding phases. I would definitely recommend it!
Pros:
Customer and Sales support has been exceptional thus far. We are very early in our Process St journey but they have been so patient and helpful in answering all my (many!) questions, and taking the time to provide detailed responses. As a starting point, we are using it to improve our employee onboarding experience. We have not gone live yet, but we can already see how our current process is going to be improved by miles! We are so excited by all the possibilities that Process St offer for the current and future process improvements in our business!
Cons:
There is a little bit of a learning curve to understand the platform and how certain things work, but as mentioned, Customer Support is fantastic and more than happy to provide links to articles, share videos or jump on a call to talk you through something until the penny drops.
A simple way to complete repetitive processes in my business.
Comments: It is simple to use and understand, allows you to see at a glance the actions to be performed and follow them until the process is completed.
Pros:
Using this platform to organize the processes of my business and having them on hand whenever I need them has allowed me to: reduce execution times, decrease the possibility of errors by skipping a step, and delegate tasks easily.
Cons:
What I would change about the platform is the pricing plan offer. I do not use the platform enough to make the monthly plan worthwhile. If there were a more accessible plan, it would be easier to use it and stay on it longer with a paid plan.
The Great Time Saver
Comments: It's been a great experience, the Process St team has been super helpful in getting us set up and creating workflows.
Pros:
Process St has helped us save a ton of time and ensure nothing gets missed. In the property management business there's a lot of moving parts and this helps everyone on the team see whats going on and ensure nothing gets missed.
Cons:
From the start we purchased 10 consulting hours to help get set up, now that we are pretty much good to go, it would be great if we could purchase 30-60 minutes of consulting for random things that come up but at this point, they only offer packages with multiple hours.
Process St - Honest Review
Comments: Overall, my experience using Process St has been quite positive. I would not be able to do my job efficiently without it at this point. I use it daily, for everything from setting reminders, to managing regular daily, weekly and monthly tasks. I manage my deadlines and projects using Process St and also collaborate with other team members on projects as well.
Pros:
The ability to manage my daily tasks and see everything I need to get done in one place, with the ability to prioritize items.
Cons:
Setting up workflows can be challenging if you are not a tech-savvy person, especially using the conditional logic.
I couldn't do my job without process street
Pros:
I love that I'm able to easily see what I need to do now or have done in the past with every client I'm working with. I'm able to clearly write out everything that needs to be done for every process we have in my department so that those processes are completed every time, on time.
Cons:
I wish you could add in special tasks to individual processes. These are tasks that rarely come up or have a specific one time task for one client that would be nice to add into a to do list without editing it for future flows.

All my business processes can be managed within Process Street
Comments: We use Process Street similarly to a project management tool. All of our new content projects are administered via Process Street and this tool makes it easy for everyone involved in production to know what's expected of them, when. It's a flexible process that changes when, for example, clients need edits or we have to modify the workflow after first assigning the topic. Process Street works with us, not against us. We also use it for miscellaneous tasks like onboarding new team members, new clients, and to set expectations for various repeated projects outside our standard new content workflow.
Pros:
I love that I can use this tool to build any workflow, for any use case, and for any customer. I have not found a project management tool (and I've thoroughly tested several) that empowers me to build an intuitive custom workflow like Process Street has. I feel like I'm only scratching the surface of what I could accomplish with this tool and the possibilities are exciting!
Cons:
There are some quirks that I trust will be worked out in time, like more options for organizing conditional logic settings or being able to copy parts of one workflow to another. I think the only thing I would change about Process Street is creating some additional efficiencies to scale workflow building but I can't think of any major features it's missing.
Alternatives Considered:
I would have paid for it myself if my boss didn't.
Comments: I am very happy. There is a chat box on the standard plan that allows you to talk to them about any questions you have.
Pros:
I usually have a browser open with multiple tabs to edit my website, locate multiple google docs, and database. On the other side I have multiple documents open and my finder to send out emails with the same email text I always use. NO MORE! I created an enormous workflow in process street that allows me to access my website through a quicklink, edit google docs and sheets by embeding them in the process, saving my form emails for my coworkers and i to use that send from my outlook not through process street (so it looks like i spent time writing the email). This process is amazing. My coworkers all think I am a hero for finding it and they quickly embraced it. I would pay for it myself but my boss said it was a go. I tried programs like monday.com and slack but they were more for design management not an enormous task list that lets you know step by step by step what to do next with a link where to go.
Cons:
I still need to learn more about the cons of this software. I will update when I know more.

Don't Build a Business Without it!
Comments: Allows us to build a business with consistent customer experience and keeps all the details in order. This is the most useful business software I've come across.
Pros:
As easy to use as a process software can get. Integrates with every software we use via Zapier. Build dynamic and scalable processes. No other software in this price range even compares.
Cons:
Need to build a copy and paste feature for pieces of a process, currently you can duplicate the entire process but not just a task or a piece of a task.
Workflow Management
Pros:
Easy to use. They Provide Support. East to build workflow and integration
Cons:
I do not have any since I love using it and building our process in Process ST
Good Support, Better Product
Comments: Overall, Process Street has been a good experience. It's easy to use and start using, our team loves it, and the price point is just about right.
Pros:
Without any background, it's easy to see and use a flow and edit it when needed. The dashboard when you login gives you a birds eye view of where various flows and processes stand, which is helpful. Repetetive tasks are easy-peasy with Process Street.
Cons:
As a user and administrator of process street, I feel like management could be a little easier on the back-end. With that said, any problems that I have had and brought to my account manager have been handled and addressed promptly, so I can't complain!
Amazing Platform with Top-Tier Support
Comments: Great team all around. Definitely recommend.
Pros:
Building is easy. Drag and drop functionality. Powerful conditional logic adds a lot of cool and useful functionality to any workflow. Their implementation and support teams are second to none.
Cons:
A little more control over page layouts would be nice. I understand why there is a restriction but if there was anything I could ask to improve the platform it would be to improve the layouts functionality.
Very good
Pros:
I like in process street quality and speed
Cons:
Every thing is good so there is nothing not good
My first 30 days of using Process Street
Pros:
straightforward to use, it enables smooth collaboration with colleagues
Cons:
Unable to imbed graphics in the same text box (probably nobody has shown me how to do it).I have to attach the graphics in a separate section.Does that make sense?
Great product!
Comments: I have had a wonderful experience!
Pros:
I love the functionality and the ability to work cross-functionally!
Cons:
It is sometimes hard to manage workflows when in the beginning stages of configuration.
Process Street: Streamline Workflows and Enhance Efficiency
Pros:
Process Street provides a powerful and intuitive platform for streamlining workflows and improving productivity. The software's visual checklist approach allows teams to create and manage standardized processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy. With its user-friendly interface and extensive template library, Process Street simplifies the creation and documentation of workflows, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users to collaborate effectively. The platform's automation features, such as conditional logic and task assignments, enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Cons:
One potential drawback of Process Street is the learning curve associated with mastering the platform's advanced features. While the basic functionality is straightforward, unlocking the full potential of the platform may require some time and training, especially for users new to process management software. Additionally, the lack of native integrations with certain popular tools may require additional steps or workarounds to connect Process Street with existing workflows, which can be a minor inconvenience.
Process Street for Onboarding
Pros:
The checklist format. It kept me organized during an overwhelming onboarding process and flagged reminders when past due tasks hit the following day.
Cons:
Some of the pages are dense - would be nice to have a forced smaller page format for tests/quizzes.
Rhys Hewitt Process Street Review
Comments: My overall experience with Process Street is that it has helped me so much throughout my job and helping to develop my skills in so many different areas of the company due to the implementation of Process Street in all areas of the company. It has also made it so I am a lot more useful for the company due to me being one of the ones who learns all about Process Street to help others, and with joining the company at the same time it was being introduced and so I have learnt a lot about it due to being one of the testers for it in the company.
Pros:
I love how easy Process Street was to pick up and learn. Especially how easy conditional logic was made so that even those who aren't very tech literate can learn the basics of and now with the addition of and/or statements it opens up a whole load more possibilities. Process Street has given me a much bigger and more prominent role within the business that I have only been in for a few months, everyone in the company who has used Process Street has said that it has saved them so much time. Also due to it always changing and evolving we will never stop figuring out different ways to build it into our company.
Cons:
Being able to schedule Monthly schedules for week days only is a bit of an issue along with numbers starting with 0 don't work with validations on the number questions.
Great workflow standardization for HR
Pros:
Full featured, easy to use, and easy to configure. Great for ensuring consistent workflows. Pricing is good for small teams.
Cons:
Email integration isn't ideal. Emails come from @process.st rather than the user's email. This drastically reduces the productive value of the email feature.
Great for HR Purposes
Pros:
It keeps our HR and IT teams efficient. Because there is so much communication back and forth, this keeps us up to date with each workflow.
Cons:
The coding can be a bit confusing but I am not involved with set up so I have not really dived into learning.

We Love Process Street
Comments: Process Street has improved efficiency and effectiveness at my organization. The adoption from other departments is also a plus and shows how easy the system is to use. The support team is by far the best!!!
Pros:
It's intuitive and likely the best support team I've ever seen. Very knowledgeable, kind, patience, and extremely helpful. The software is designed to self-serving with templates, tutorials, and much more. The automation and conditional logic features are amazing and helps to stay organized!
Cons:
Not being able to insert a table into the text; version control to see exactly what changes were made...
