"Design Agency & Streamtime"

Pros: Intuitive and very easy to get the hang of, everything is in one place and it looks great too.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about the software.

"Streamtime - a must for solos and teams"

Pros: The customer success team are a dream to work with and assist with the setup and ongoings of working with the software. They are always touching base with webinars and deliver them in a friendly and approachable way.

Cons: The only functionality that Streamtime doesn't have (yet) is a way to plug into shared cloud based folders for teams to directly access and communicate with the collateral. They do have a roadmap though that is transparent in what updates are coming up next.

"Always improving"

Comments: We've managed to vastly improve our studio booking system with this software. The reporting function is super versatile. Overall, always a great experience using!

Pros: The road map is amazing, and the team always listen to feedback on how to improve the software. Plus the design team love to use it!

Cons: It can be a bit buggy at times which slows things down.

"Makes my working day easier!!"

Comments: Studio resourcing and availability (or lack of it) is much more visible to us than ever before. Invoicing is very quick, as are estimates and job plans. It works in a way which makes sense and doesn't require hours of training to grasp - love it!.

Pros: We were pretty much able to set this up and get it rolled out throughout the studio on our own - that is because it makes sense and it user-friendly. Having used a very complicated system that required hours of training prior to this, this is a massive breath of fresh air. My day to day work is more organised and scheduling work through the studio is easy and we have great visibility on resourcing for weeks to come.

Cons: The integration with Google Calendar could be a little better but I know the guys are looking into this, they seem to regularly update areas of the site so im confident this will improve.

"StreamTime"

Comments: Great software and best/easy way to track time and expenses that I have came across so far in my career!

Pros: I find streamtime very user friendly and super fast to pick up for any firm. I have recommended it to my girlfirends design firm to use as their current way of tracking time is very inefficient.

Cons: I wish streamtime had a way at the bottom to see the total time of work I put in per day after I have already logged it. It works great when it is unlogged and I can look in the right corner in the to do number but once I log it, there is no way of me knowing unless I add up my time on my own. I like the weekly total breakdown on the write but I wish there was a daily number under each day!

"Bottom line, switching to Streamtime has made us money."

Comments: It's made us work more efficiently. It's allowed to plan projects better. It has improved our profitability on jobs.

Pros: It's improved our working practises. Putting all our planning and measuring tools in one easy/fun to use interface has improved our efficiency and accuracy no end. We now quote more accurately and quickly. This then seamlessly turns into the planning of the job. Then that plan becomes a to do list for our designers, replacing our previously inaccurate live timesheet. All and every detail of a job's time and cost can then be analysed and improved for next time. What more could you want. Firing the quote straight up to Xero to invoice would be perfect. Well it does that too.

Cons: Sometime page loads are a little laggy.
Schedule page is new and still has a little way to go before it is truly intuitive

"Great app, with an excellent team that listen to you needs behind it"

Comments: It's allowed us to update our very old system into a user-friendly online tool that all of our staff can use.

Pros: Easy of use has to be the foremost, love the planning as it's quick and easy for both management and staff.

Cons: I think the only things that we currently need is:
1. Forecasting within the StreamTime,
2. Billing in different currencies,
3. True Purchase Orders; and
4. It would be great if we could add different qty's into an expense, so one item could have Qty of 100, 200, 300 etc. Also I would love to be able to add lines to a quote, so an expense could have the unit price on one line, delivery on another and setup on another (for example).
5. Also the possibility to duplicate items or expenses as well as being able to delete them. Would make quoting much easier

"We use Streamtime as our main project management system"

Pros: Streamtime works really well even the Classic version. Love the way they've taken a great product and improved it further by simplifying things and improving the user experience :)

Cons: Just one: landscape style company logos end up really tiny on quotes) but it was great to hear that Streamtime took our feedback and is working on a solution. Other than that, I'm really happy with it

"Streamtime does everything we need, the UI is fantastic and the support is very personal and helpful"

Comments: Such an efficient piece of software, it is beautifully designed so we actually like using it and tracking time is no longer a chore.

Pros: That I can do everything in the one piece of software in a user friendly way. Quoting, invoicing, project management, scheduling, reporting. It's all there without being overwhelming.

Cons: Would love to see some to-do list style integration. Sometimes I don't realise the full power of new features, but the emails I now get from Streamtime announcing updates have great videos and instructions so it isn't an issue anymore.

"Long time user"

Comments: I’ve used Streamtime since 2010 and have always had great support. The software is great and scaleable from freelance solo work to managing teams and offices.

Pros: It's constantly evolving and improving. Always staying ahead like the adapting the environment to cloud based deployment and mobile app.

Cons: The migration away from classic to the new cloud based version. But we are over that now.

"Easy to use job creation, and simple time spent tracking."

Comments: Great way to visualise where projects are at, limit paper/print use and get jobs and job-flow organised.

Pros: Easy to create jobs with tasks and costs
easy to plan day or week
pause, complete or archive jobs

Cons: logs me out every day (no doubt a privacy thing)
on TO DO screen, My Items hard to work out at a glance. All jobs look the same. Colour-coding or another option could help.
Reporting option would be great. Amount earned in last quarter or year etc, hours.

"Absolutely Fantastic!"

Comments: It has made my day to day life so much easier, from planning my time, doing my timesheet, quoting and invoicing clients and updating my manager. Great product for any size business! I'd recommend it to everyone!

Pros: This system is so easy to use on a day to day basis and then great at the end of the week/month for reporting. Ryan and the team are also fantastic help when you are initially learning and have complicated questions when in the deep end. I'd recommend this product to everyone!

Cons: Can't fault it! Any little review/issue item has been fixed or explained by the team and has then made the system even easier to use.

"Efficient and easy. Definitely recommend."

Pros: I love that this program is very efficient. It's also easy to use. I use this for a lot of digital and graphic design. I've managed to make a good amount of money using Streamtime and it's been great and my clients have both been kind and cooperative. When contacting customer support, they were nothing but kind to me.

Cons: Some clients of mine live around the globe so it would be great if different kinds of currencies could be utilized.

"Review on Stramtime"

Comments: I am able to better track where the studio jobs are at.

Pros: It's pretty simple and easy to use. I like that I can log in from anywhere and do a quote. Our old filemaker based system was old and clunky and not easy to access remotely. I like the reporting functionality and how easy it is to see how a job is tracking. Customer service is excellent.

Cons: It would be good to be able to merge and keep the cost against each line item. I have repeatedly asked for this to be looked at. Having a heading and a line item for each service offering makes the quote way too long. Clients want short concise and explicit quotes. There is no spell check letting you know something maybe misspelt. The quoting function is a bit clunky and you can end up having multiple drafts everytime you go back to alter a cost etc.

"Streamtime - Easily one of the best out there for what we want"

Pros: The platforms ease of use, the development list to showing what is in the pipeline and the cost is sustainable for our size company. Exports are easy, reviewing time logged against each job is also seamless using the various filters.

Cons: The dashboard is too basic. It has the capabilities to give massive insights to your business, therefore a better built in dashboard would be great.

"The best software of its kind that I have come across."

Pros: The software is very user friendly, visually attractive, plenty of features to form an effective project management platform and an aid to the finance department in terms of accurate invoicing. And its aligned in its approach to how the creative industry thinks and operates.

Cons: The only con(s) to this is getting people to be disciplined in using it. As usual with project management/timesheet management its a people issue, not a software issue.

"Simple, reliable and efficient."

Comments: For my freelance work it is the best, they allow me to have the time and the tasks ordered, giving better support to my clients.

Pros: It is very simple to use and fast when it comes to understanding how to add tasks. The reporting area is excellent, with very good insights and impeccable information. Customer Service is something to highlight, respond quickly and listen to suggestions. Great for mobile use.

Cons: Nothing to tell them; surely they'll add more and more features to become one of the best tools in the segment.

Comments: I think every agency in the creative industry should be working with StreamTime

Pros: state of the art, functional, awesome and very quick support, really close to the user/customer, inventive. And most important: it saves us so much time on administration and projectmanagement!!

"Stream time - Easy to learn & use"

Comments: As an engineering company, we are constantly looking for a system that is easy to use and is reliable. Steamtime checks both these needs and is user-friend and highly accessible.

Pros: Organization of tasks is clear and concise
Can easily add time / take time away from tasks
Expenses are easily tracked
Additional features for managers make the system easy for billing purposes

Cons: Wish you could see the amount of time each project was worked on daily, opposed to weekly hour count
Don't care for the feature that allows you to 'drag' the time of each task - can result in accidentally logging additional time

"Seamless"

Pros: Very user friendly, love the clean interface. I've used another project management software in my previous workplace and it was way slower and harder to navigate compared to Streamtime. The software is really intuitive to use for first-timers. The latest version of Streamtime is certainly a big improvement from the last version.

"Easy to navigate, great design. Love using this app/site"

Pros: The design is a joy to use, things work smoothly between me and my colleagues and save us loads of time.

Cons: Only cons in my mind would be too many pop-ups asking if I need help. Maybe slow down on these for frequent users!

"Mobile to desktop"

Pros: I like the simplicity that it brings me on mobile, for when I'm on the go and I want to look at jobs for the day. But also when I'm​ at the office on my machine it opens up to give me the full features.

Cons: No cons really! just one annoying thing which could just be my browser is that a lot of the time I type into my search bar streamtime it takes me to the main homepage and not the app homepage.

"Streamtime is the best for studios!"

Comments: Streamtime is the best software for design studios, it is intuitive, easy to navigate and gives creative people, such an easy quoting and invoicing platform. Simply put... it makes sense!

Pros: For someone who has tried many different software management systems, Streamtime is the top performer for creative studios. We like the automated invoice system on the large scale projects, where I can see exactly what percentage was invoiced, add expenses, overall expense control of projects is great. Scheduling of my team, organizing jobs, easy quoting, invoicing and Zero integration are valuable time-savers. The overall advantage of this software ads to our studio is priceless.

Cons: You cannot print a quote without downloading it.
