Favourite Transactional and Email Marketing Tool
Comments: I have been using Sendinblue for several months now and I am very pleased with the platform. It is easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes it accessible to all levels of users. The automation features are also a huge plus, allowing me to streamline my marketing efforts and save time.Overall, I am very satisfied with Sendinblue and would highly recommend it to others. The platform offers a great balance of features, affordability, and customer support, making it a great choice for businesses of all sizes.
Pros:
One of the best things about Sendinblue is its affordability. Despite offering a lot of features, the platform is still priced competitively, making it an excellent value for the money. The customer support team is also highly responsive and helpful, providing me with the assistance I need when I need it.Another standout feature of Sendinblue is its email delivery. The platform has a strong reputation for delivering emails to the inbox, ensuring that my messages reach my audience. This has been a major factor in the success of my email marketing campaigns.
Cons:
The only downside I've encountered is that the design options for email templates can be limited. Additionally, while Sendinblue integrates with a number of popular tools, it doesn't offer as many integrations as some other platforms. However, these are minor drawbacks in my experience and do not detract from the overall quality of the platform.

Sendinblue. For those that want an all in one solution for mail, marketing, list management
Comments: Before Send in blue I had dabbled with mailchimp and found it so hard to do anything and all the time being punished with the financial hits of the charges. Once I signed up for Sendinblue the whole mailshot, landing page, website to data opt in became a breeze. Anytime I faltered I went back to the sendinblue videos or course. Everything is a delight to do and creating a campaign less painful than before and the deliverability is high. A true winner of an experience.
Pros:
Send in Blue makes is easy to mark out and make a plan of action so you know what you want to do. From the campaign email through to the landing page, to the sign ups and all integrated nicely with my wordpress website and Elementor. As it is all in one place you can skip in and out and work on components and filter and sort the emails. Make a list of what you want and Send in Blue has it somewhere. I even took a certified course in send in blue on marketing automation using send in blue (free course).
Cons:
The only downside to Sendinblue for me was my lack of knowledge. However Sedin blue top the rescue with their free courses. Now I invested a few days of y time doing them and in the process the light bulb came on on what I needed to do. Once I got it, those training courses were the perfect tutor, they not only taught me automation and everything else, better, they did it so I could do what I learnt in the Sendinblue dashboard. Win win

First Email Campaign? SendinBlue Is Your Guru
Comments: I love it, it's easy to use and offers features on their free version that others don't
Pros:
The reporting and the segmentation features. This being on the free version which usually is very watered down or not available on other platform's free version.
Cons:
You are limited to how many emails you can send a day, but not surprising as it is the free version

All in one marketing software comes power of automation and chatbot functionality
Pros:
Sendinblue offers a wide range of marketing channels, including email, SMS, chat, and automation as per your business need, which makes it easy to reach potential customers. The user interface is intuitive and the customer service team is always available to help with any issues.
Cons:
The only issue I have is that some of the more advanced features may take some time to learn and master which may vary from person to person. However, this issue can be easily resolved by updating new tutorials on YouTube. All in all, Sendinblue is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable marketing platform!

Sendinblue the complete email marketing software for small businesses
Pros:
As a Sendinblue user, I was impressed with the ease of use of the software. Creating email campaigns is simple with pre-designed templates and drag-and-drop tools. Marketing automation is also easy to set up to send personalized messages to customers based on their behavior.Sendinblue also offers features to track the performance of your campaigns, including open rates, clicks and conversions. You can also track the results of your email campaigns and optimize your content accordingly.
Cons:
It is important to note that the free version of Sendinblue is limited in terms of features, storage and number of sends per day. Advanced features such as marketing automation and A/B testing are only available in the paid plans.Overall, I highly recommend Sendinblue for small businesses looking to improve their email marketing. With comprehensive features and an easy-to-use interface, Sendinblue is a great choice for small businesses looking to improve their email marketing.

The best choice when it comes to small business email marketing
Comments: The software works well, the price is fair, I haven't had any issues at any point. Previously, I have used another (very popular) software with some earlier projects, and it was a nightmare to find what I wanted from their interface. Send in Blue interface is simple and well-thought.
Pros:
We use Send in Blue to send occasional e-mail newsletters and marketing campaigns. The campaign builder works well; everything is easy to understand. I really appreciate the segmentation possibilities, that are even available for free accounts. Previously, I had to pay a lot to another software manufacturer due to ridiculous limits regarding segmentation and lists. I rather pay for the emails I send. Send in Blue is perfect from this point of view.
Cons:
The software could have more integration options to the other tools I use, but I am aware that those are not the most common so I understand.

Game Changer
Comments: Overall, SendinBlue has been a huge game changer for our company. I have been doing the email marketing for over 5 years and with our previous provider it was a time-suck for little result. I'm happy that there are constantly updates and changes being made to stay current and enhance the features available. Not only has SendInBlue saved me a ton of time, it has really increased the value of our email marketing program.
Pros:
It's overall ease of use was a big pro when I first saw it, but I think the selling point for me was the contact management capabilities. The ability to keep all of our lists in one place and be able to filter for certain contacts has changed the way that we market and has made the process of personalizing one hundred times easier.
Cons:
Being the analytics person for the company, I am disappointed with the limited abilities of pulling our results.

Best value in the business
Comments: I've been doing email-centric marketing for years, and the game has changed over the last few years. If you're looking to move from an old-school platform like Mailchimp to a proper (email-centric, web-tracking) marketing automation platform, you're typically looking at expensive options (Marketo/Pardot/Hubspot/Eloqua). SendinBlue is more in line with a platform like Active Campaign, and while perhaps not as mature/feature-full, it is incredibly affordable for what it offers.
Pros:
Fantastic contact management/filtering/segmentation Modern web-tracking/lead-scoring capabilities Modern marketing automation capabilities
Cons:
A few non-core features are 'half-baked' (e.g chat widget doesn't have mobile apps for operators, who must rely on browser notifications; 'CRM' is really a bare-bones marketing-CRM, not a proper CRM that a sales team or larger organization could rely on). Email builder could be a little more flexible (forces you to choose between raw HTML mode and page-builder mode)

Reliability of emailing service and deliverability
Pros:
We have been using this tool for several cases: transaction emails (notifications and conformations ) for our software service, email marketing campaigns, Analytics&Logs. These tools are very useful for us, as we need to provide various important notifications + instant alerts. Thus, reliability with deliverability is an important metric for us. The system shows about 94% delivered emails, which is a good number. Support is also very good.
Cons:
We often experience issues with the reliability of service. The system got down or degraded each month, sometimes twice per month. So, our notifications were delayed for a couple of hours, and our customers didn’t receive instant emails with notifications. This is not so much important for email marketing campaigns, but for the transactions, this is the #1 priority, especially if you provide your service around the world. Hope, Sendinblue will improve its infrastructure and reliability.

Affordable + effective email marketing
Comments: We use Sendinblue to send promotional and education emails to our patient base. I am typically sending emails to specifically targetted lists. I have also dabbled in the Automation feature, and this has helped me to reduce my workload significantly.
Pros:
Sendinblue is easy to use and is absolutely worth the value. It is easy to create beautiful campaigns, import contacts, and track results. I haven't explored many of the additional features, but for running basic email marketing campaigns, I cannot recommend Sendinblue enough.
Cons:
I do wish there was better organization when it comes to the media library in particular. You cannot create folders for media, so it can easily become chaotic to try and locate media files.

Excellent mix of few marketing tools: CRM, mailing marketing and customer support in one
Comments: Use of Sendinblue in easy and intuitive - even first use. All you have to do when you approach to the Sendinblue first time is to check every menu and options - (or to read manual - nobody do that today...) and everything will be clear to you. You can use Sendinblue in full power.
Pros:
Sendinblue is a web-based application, with real integration in every business-marketing workflow. You can work with you contacts at any place where you have internet and any internet-capable unit. It gaves to you full marketing power, with flexibility and your contacts are always with you. Marketing campaigns can start wherever you are in any time, and you can track all aspects in clean and user-focused UI. Integration with WP with Wp-plugin is excellent.
Cons:
Main problems are minor - cosmetic. Sometime I have problem with contact data import from CVS with nonstandard/non-english characters. And, as always I would like to have more graphics style options, two-tree more modern graphics UI - as I said - cosmetic.

Great email product, best free option available
Comments: It is fast and friendly overall, not quite as intuitive as some other email marketing products on the market, but not far off the best, with certainly the best subscription model for the functionality, and great delivery rates.
Pros:
I love the fact that you have unlimited contacts and up to 300 emails a day that you can send during the free trial to get a proper feel for the software and whether the results will justify the cost of buying it.
Cons:
This is a minor gripe, but I felt the design interface has a few things lacking, or perhaps just hard to find, and in that respect, Mailchimp beats Sendinblue by a nose, but I know Sendinblue is constantly developing and there is nothing serious holding me back from using it to send email campaigns

Great value for small businesses
Comments: Really positive. I have been able to set up my own business and others with SendInBlue and they like it a lot. Definitely worth the value.
Pros:
Very low cost with a lot of features including unlimited contacts. The only limit really is 300 emails per day max but when you are starting out with email marketing that's not a big deal, especially with newsletters. They have a very nice automation workflow process that has a lot of options similar to big competitors that cost more. Also, if you need to create a new email template it has the option to open a new tab and then easily refresh it, unlike other competitors. The API connection is easy to find and work with. Overall a great software solution for small businesses.
Cons:
Not much of anything, I have seen other systems have a few more features in the automation builder but those were not really used anyway.

More than what I expected !!!
Comments: It has been very professional. I am still a novice but am learning the ways of an email campaign with the help of the resources and advice from SendInBlue staff. Only one concern about how our list was created... and that has since been resolved. Quick, fast, easy and very HELPFUL!
Pros:
I love the seamless service! Opt-in forms, import previous customer database, create professional email campaigns, campaigns metrics and scheduling your campaigns!!! Nothing missing!!!!
Cons:
It is out first email service and our contacts are being imported from our existing database. Wish we could have an in introductory email to ALL of our contacts to re-confirm their opt-in for our new system of contacting our customers. I feel it would help our customers recognize our expected fall schedule and hotels.

Value for money email marketing automation tool
Comments: Overall, its a great tool to have with generous features and very attractive pricing. For transactional emails, it is a go to solution and is almost a no brainer choice to have.
Pros:
It is easy to operate, has almost no learning curve and is very cost effective. In fact for someone starting out, the free plan is so generous that it serves the purpose well for years. Compared to mailchimp and the likes, it is way way cheaper while retaining many of their features. In fact the pricing is basis the per email sent and not on the basis of your contact list size which makes it very attractive.
Cons:
The email templates are good to go but are not that attractive and modern as some of its competitors like klaviyo have. Infact for automation of emails, the automation flows are also not exhaustive and for specific use cases you will have to build your own flows from scratch. There are not many third party developers who provide ready to use flows as compared to klaviyo.

Sendinblue is the new born high quality all inclusive emarketing plateform
Comments: I used it for almost five year now and i think that is the most valuable tool on this category. I already uses MC, or CM but sendinblue is more powerfull, less expensive and has still great potentiality !
Pros:
I like the fact that his setup is quick and easy, that you can build a very strong and multi channel emailing strategy with one single tool.
Cons:
Maybe the emailing personnalisation should be improved even if they already did lately some great improvements.

A popular application Sendinblue premium use Programming, and coordinate CRM management.
Comments: My involvement in this application isn't excessively acceptable however it has some extraordinary highlights that help in advanced advertising. It likewise needs numerous highlights, I the highlights are refreshed then it would turn into the best application for email promoting. It's decent that I can send an email to a get gathering or gatherings, depending on what we would wish to endeavor to at that point.
Pros:
Sendinblue premium empowers the business to develop new connections via auto advertising, email promoting, value-based messages, messages, visit client relationships the executives, Facebook advertisements, and retargeting promotions. It's controlled by world-class client groups and offers to evaluate plans. It's developed on me who I somewhat like the completed item - the clean, reliably marked messages that go to my patients to converse with them viably. I like how simple it's to create messages and include contacts. We simply required the best approach to talk with our clients all the more successfully.
Cons:
Sendinblue Premium has awful client support during the underlying phases of actualizing and utilizing their item. This burned through huge amounts of within recent memory pointlessly. It seems a touch interface for fixing templates League. Moreover, we do miss usefulness to arrange ace layouts which might be wont to create new void formats. The simplified highlights are likewise not accessible in this application.

Good features, terrible service and support
Comments: Terrible, customer support needing more than 10 days sometimes to answer even on critical system failures on sendinblue part. Some feature never worked reliable like tracking links in the email (broken SSL certificate led to error page for our customers - unable to log in, use password reset links etc.). It may be ok for newsletter emails (altough tracking links would be important) but for transaction emails this service cannot be used! They include a unsubscribe link in transaction emails which you cannot deactivate. Imagine customers receiving a receipt accidentaly clicking the, quite prominently placed, unsubscribe link and therefore will not be able to further receive any transaction emails from your system. This provider cost us a lot of time and nerves.
Pros:
Email templates, SMS API, ease of use and the easy integration.
Cons:
Unreliable (disappearing emails sent over API, not in the dashboard nor in the logs. 24h later suddenly a huge batch of emails get sent.) Service overall not usable for transaction emails.

A smart alternative to Mailchimp
Comments: Overall, Sendinblue does what it advertises well and at a fraction of the cost of its big competitors.
Pros:
I feel it can do everything Mailchimp can do and save a lot of money, especially if you have a lot of contacts, because it charges you based on number of emails sent rather than the size of your list. This way we know if we're paying, we're paying based on our usage. Helps us as a small organization to get good value.
Cons:
The learning curve wasn't bad, except at first we had out account frozen several times due to its algorithms that detected low open/clicks and made the system think that our contacts had not expressly opted-in. It was challenging getting our account unfrozen each time and to explain how we are getting permission from the contacts. Plus, at the time, some of their policies were not clear with regard to how many emails we were allowed to send and when.
