great supervision tools

Comments: Fast and effective

Pros:

Servicepilot is complete in terms of supervision, the advantage is the creation of packages and the ability to monitor all equipment

Cons:

The negative points are the use of shortcuts, the inability to modify a packaged view

Supervision like you need.

Comments: Support is very important and easy to reach, the team are always available for help!
Tjis is very important when we install it few years ago, and support team was near us all days where we need help!

Pros:

This software could be defined with your specific configuration it's not a standard we can build exactly what we need

Cons:

For real time statistics on check call quality when you system is big for telephony sometime it's slow when you need to active filter

Efficient and very professional product

Comments: For over 10 years, we have used ServicePilot to monitor our entire Wan and Lan network as well as for our IBM mainframe business.

Pros:

For ease of installation and customization as well as very good support. ServicePilot allows you to supervise and automate a wide range of products from different brands.

Cons:

There is not much to reproach this product, the slightest problems encountered are quickly resolved by the support.

ServicePilot, the great swiss knife

Comments: ServicePilot is mostly used for our end customers voice monitoring and quality.
Real benefit in visibilty.
Is able to detect security issues on voice networks.

Pros:

Ease of use and deploy. Flexibility. Customizability. Performance. Perpetual improvements. Support team availability and efficiency.

Cons:

request knowledge of products that will be monitored by this software. Must practice regularly to be efficient with the product.

Very Good Product of Supervision

Comments: le service est très réactif et est capable d'intégrer rapidement de nouveaux équipements au travers de packages adaptés

Pros:

La simplicité du produit, les nombreux constructeurs disponibles dans les packages, la possibilité de créer ses propres packages

Cons:

Les nouvelles versions sont parfois pas totalement testées et la migration est parfois compliquées
