It’s definitely been a learning curve for my patrons using the system but thats going to happen no matter what you do especially with the older generation. I’d say there are definitely some tweaks to better serve my individual community but I’m not worried. We have seen a noticeable increase in ticket sales since implementing MyBoxOffice.us. The online and box office programs are very user friendly and easy to use. The software produces many helpful reports for attendance, accounting, etc. All around this is a great company and a great partner to add to your non-profit theater's team and boost your ticket sales.
