> **Pros**: It’s a very intuitive platform, the integrations are excellent and Oktopost really provides visibility for the entire business of social media activity and the customer support is always excellent.

> **Cons**: There’s nothing really that I could specifically say that I like least. Having used other platforms I think Oktopost is the best I’ve experienced.

> We’ve been using Oktopost now for over 5 years and have it integrated with our CRM and automation platform. It provides an easy to use social media management and advocacy platform all in one, with very good analytics, lead syncing and the CRM integration is really helpful for sales advisors.
