I love all the notifications we get with zapier run errors and the ability to see where exactly the hangup is, what it is, and the ability to in-line edit the data and re-run the errored steps to avoid interruptions. Since 2022 when I first started using Zapier here at the company, I cannot tell you the number of times the UI/UX has changed. They also do this without notice and with no guided workflow tool to guide you through the updated interface to find what you need. It is sometimes like learning a new software all over again... Not the best. There are also limitations when it comes to decision paths on how many paths you can have and sub-paths. If you have complex use cases, you have to have zaps within zaps (called sub-zaps), which is not ideal and creates additional overhead from an IT perspective. > > Overall, Zapier is a really great platform and has helped us bring most of our ideas to life.
