JobDiva is the best in the business for staffing
Pros:
JobDiva is the leader in Applicant Tracking Systems. It offers staffing firms everything that is needed for recruiting, sales, administration, and management. It is the complete package.
Cons:
The resume harvester brings in resumes that aren't relevant, at times.

Comments: I would like to recommend it as ATS But cannot compete with Linkedin Recruiter capacity.

Resume preview, Job diva filters, Job diva converting the candidate's original resume to their format which makes it hard to read. Job diva filters are outdated e.g 1. we cannot put the Year of Experience filter. 2. We cannot filter visa type3. Poor Resume preview

Comments: Initially I have been using it as an applicant tracking system. But now mostly for performance review, feedback tracking, attendance monitoring. It is easy to use and flexible to modify any requests still in pending state.
Pros:
I like its feedback management which is a 360 degree system, it gives a scope of improvement for people who need to and a sense of motivation when an appreciation is received. It is helpful in leave tracking as well
Cons:
Its a paid tool, costing is slightly high compared to the features and functionalities provided by them

Comments: Overall experience is good, as it does its job and at the same time there are a few areas of improvement.

Ceipal is its competitor and I think it is a bit non-user-friendly as a few things are better in Ceipal

Comments: It was my first time experience on Job diva mora than one year in staffing agency as I used to work othe application alos but Job diva is good one

There is huge data base and ease to get candidate for particular skills
Cons:
Working process is verys slow and some times not work properly

Comments: It good ATS. All the recruitment Agency should use it.

It's a cloud-based software platform, I can easily access anywhere and start my work. For me Jobdiva provides an end-to-end solution for recruiting and managing talent, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and beyond. It covers the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
Cons:
It doesn't work well on mobile. Otherwise it's awesome !
Benefits Of Using JobDiva
Comments: Overall Experience I would say is fantastic and I would recommed others to use JobDiva as well.

The Resume Search is the Best Feature and the History feature as well. There is one more feature which is Divamatch in which you get the type of resume want want which matches your Job Description
Cons:
JobDiva sometimes feel like it is working really slow like if I have to search something in the search box I have to wait for atleast 10 Sec to load it up so that makes it a little bit time consuming

It has a user-friendly interface, better resume search capabilities compared to other ATS systems. Additionally, I can import resumes from external sources in the same search result. The candidate tracking features are great, and I don't have to juggle between multiple tabs. Furthermore, it has the ability to streamline the recruitment and staffing process. I really appreciate its ease of use and the way it helps me manage candidate information and job openings efficiently.
Cons:
I would really like it if it had the following features as well:1. The use of the (*) operator in resume search so that I can create clean and simple Boolean strings.2. Some kind of AI integration that can match resumes to the posted job description.

Comments: As a user of JobDiva my overall experience is pretty good as i am using its functionality from past more than 4 years.
Pros:
JobDiva providing a vast-features on one platform which can be easily accessible and helpful for us.
Cons:
Personally, i didnot find any dislikes about jobdiva yet. But i think their Location miles filter can produce more precise results. Sometimes it happens that Jobdiva shows over 60 miles candidates too while i mention it only to show within 50 miles.

creating duplicate profiles sometime creates misunderstanding between teams as 2 different people can reach same person without even knowing
JOBDIVA -- One Stop Solution for Talent Management needs
Comments: I have been using JobDiva for more than 3 years now & it has been quite user friendly, we also receive timely training of different modules of Jobdiva as per our needs.
Pros:
As a recruiter most of my time are spent on TALENT Search & Agent Search page and it is of real help to make my own talent pool/Auto populated hotlist, The other feature that we are using is that we have integrated DICE, Career Builder & Monster and it keeps on sourcing candidates for our Auto populated hotlist.
Cons:
There has been instances where Jobdiva suddenly logout the user and stop responding but the problem is solved really quickly once we reach out to Jobdiva support. Another downside I have faced it sometimes it does not show proper result with Boolean, There is a chance that it may because of our low database record on that particular skill.
6 Year JobDiva User, Great System!
Pros:
The ease of access for both my team internally and for our external employees during their onboarding process.
Cons:
We are still looking for a way to utilize JobDiva for our re-verifications for our I-9s. We have a lot of rehires and are not able to log those within JobDiva yet.

Comments: Very good the contacts I have with Anthony in particular are really very good and he is helpful and takes time to make sure we are getting the most from the system.

Pros:
Easy management and tracking of candidates profile. Also the boolean search makes it easy to find candidates.
Cons:
Sometimes there are glitches, and sometimes there are multiple profiles of a single candidate. That makes it confusing sometimes. LinkedIn inmails dont get tagged realtime.
Diva Complications
Comments: Most of the time it is good. I think looking people up should be easier. but overall good.
Pros:
Ease of use. Its set up in a way that is easy to understand.
Cons:
With having many different people and spellings of names, we have to spell it exactly correct or Diva wont find it. Especially if people have multiple names or there is a hyphen. Also I have been having problems looking people up by phone number lately. I am not sure if it is because they have more than one number listed. Lastly we commonly have issues with Diva moving really slow.

Everything about JobDiva is fantastic and easily accessible. As a result, I can't think of anything that I don't appreciate about it.
A must to use for Recruitment Agencies
Comments: It's been very good as in tracking all the things. The one thing which i miss is checking activities of the candidates in real time.
Pros:
Applicant tracking, database, job tracking and management. Overall everything related to recruitment can be covered.
Cons:
The user interface is a bit tricky to understand. Generally in comparison to job dashboards... Hard to know the active status of a candidate.
