Pros:

A good tool to learn, study, train or teach. Create various types of quizzes, knowledge bases, surveys, live chats, projects, flashcards, help desks. The user-friendly interface, responsive and adaptive website, effortless and time-saving work with education tools. Create any quiz you like: true or false, multiple choice, matching, personality quiz, polls, fill in the blanks, checkboxes, and many more! The pleasant opportunity to insert tests or surveys into your web pages. This tool can turn any messy and scattered learning plan into something meaningful and useful. It can help you make your studies make sense. Learning style matters. Any learner's, student's, coach's, trainer's or teacher's precious ideas must have enough space, time and be adequately implemented. Cons:

There was some kind of free option for inserting tests into web pages which provided users with the codes/scripts. These codes/scripts were not good enough because they could not be adapted to every single type of a web page which caused some trouble with implementation.

Comments: It has changed the way we teach and the way we keep out employees in the field upto date with the necessary requirements for diffrent customers and up to date with expiring certs.

Pros:

The simplicity and the features help cut my time down by days, with the diffrent type of features.

Cons:

Creating the certificates are very rudimentary would like more options also and its a little buggy.

Needs a feature that would enable grading a range of quantitative values

Pros:

The select-a-region questions and the certificates.

Cons:

An important feature that is missing is the ability to score a quantitative range of input as correct. I have several key question types for which the correct answer is anything between (for example) 1.58 and 1.79. ProProfs currently does not allow me to use these kinds of questions. Because of these questions are ultimately more important for my use case than the select-a-region questions and the end-of-quiz certificates, I have switched to Canvas. If you could make these types of questions possible, I would happily switch back!

Comments: My experience has been very positive with ProProfs. Its functionality allows me to provide learning, assessment and testing to hundreds of remote users at a cost-effective price.

Pros:

ProProfs is efficient in use and in delivery. I can turn around learning material and deliver in an engaging format to a remote and varied audience.

Cons:

Feel there could be some further upfront functionality for aesthetics

Prop Prof Quiz maker review

Comments: I have been using Prop Profs for years. I love the easy user interface. All the features for the price point is very good. Often some minor programming glitches but easy to work around and tech support always helpful in working them out.

Pros:

Super user friendly unlike some other programs. Easy to get up and running without much training.

Cons:

Already put in request for more organization of quizzes. "Quiz" page shows ALL quizzes every made and no real archiving ability. Need to open to a folders page so you can quickly get to the the most important quizzes you need to work with instead of looking through a list of hundreds. Quiz maker and Survey maker have some glitchiness with formatting. Took some time on survey maker to resolve some of the issues but Tech support was able to .

Easy to Use and Great Customer Service

Comments: I have had a long relationship with ProProfs and they look after me!

Pros:

At the time I got the quiz 'made' using it has been easy and accurate. Reliable always! Customer service is always great.

Cons:

I'm not very technical and they guys have been very patient! I also don't know how I could ever improve what I'm doing by using Proprofs

This goes by user count, but a user may take only 1 or 2 quizzes. This is not based on usage. This is the most significant limitation because of which I am exploring other programs, but retaining this.

Comments: Overall, ProProfs has been a helpful tool in delivering quick results and is an easy product to use.

Pros:

ProProfs is very user friendly and was easy to integrate with our existing structure.

Cons:

Our processes are simple so I can't speak to some of the tools we didn't necessarily need or use. It is good for our needs.

Comments: Very practical, with many options and complements to be able to generate surveys or questionnaires

The ease of use of the tool, takes you by the hand to see the multiple options

Not being able to load people's information and have the system validate that it is duplicated in the system

Training Management Made Easy

Comments: I only have the basic program and have been very pleased with it. The next level has some great features but I do not need them.

Pros:

The ease of use of ProProfs is unlike most LMS' I researched and is more cost efficient.

Cons:

There is an option to changes the language but this only applies to the wording in the program, not the content of the quizzes. This would be a great help to convert everything as our company has three languages to deal with.

Pros:

We are now able to have out students take online tests and easily score them.

Cons:

Setup was cumbersome in the beginning but once we had the tests input, the rest is smooth sailing.

Quiz Maker: Best in the Business.

Comments: Overall Experience-- Excellent. I'm currently going to send students of my security courses to take the final assessment in Quiz Maker-- I believe the custom certificate of completion will be an attractive incentive..

Pros:

Quiz Maker has a great user interface. Just as importantly, the user experience is exceptional. My favorite aspect is the ability to customize certificates of completion. This allows us to brand this documentation accordingly. This feature alone is far superior to competitors that provide certificates which offer little, if any customization.

Cons:

I have used Quiz maker for several years. I honestly can't think of a negative. It tends to be a bit pricey-- but you get what you pay for.

Dependable

Pros:

It has everything you need. It isn't the prettiest, and sometimes I get calls about how to access their certificates of completion after finishing a quiz (though I think that is more user error than anything else). Overall, it's dependable, and hasn't let us down yet.

Cons:

It isn't design heavy, which makes it feel a bit clunky, but it's extremely accessible, which makes up for that fact.

Pros:

Easy to use, intuitive. Changing from month to month to yearly subscription was easy (although you may want to automate that). Friendly support and very friendly implementation/ product tour meeting

the answer options are not that intuitive (to know which one is multiple choice and which single choice)

Great features for an affordable price

Comments: I love this website and will continue to use it while I am an online teacher.

Pros:

I like that you can disable tab switching and copying the text of the quiz. It helps to cut down on cheating.

Cons:

I did not like that I didn't get an alert when I was near/at my max users, but they just fixed that! So I have no complaints.

Pros:

Our favorite key features are the ability to add timers, automatic grading, and randomization on our quizzes. The level of customization is very appreciated.

Cons:

The format of the quizzes while simple and functional does look basic and outdated. I would like to see a more modern layout and text options added.

The worst is that your dministation does not provides an Electronic Version or quotation[invoice]. This makes imposible to buy corporate packages of your product. We are state owned instututon that alows purchase only if seller subtist invoice with Stamp or Signature of authorised pedson.

Great product and excellent customer service

Comments: ProProfs has great products and whenever I have a question (and I had quite a few), I always get a very quick response. I requested additional functionality (which would be good to be used by other users) and the team put it on the development roadmap and delivered it. Great to be able to interact with people, compared to large organisations where nobody takes responsibility.

Pros:

It is easy to work with, after understanding how the settings work

Cons:

As a quiz taker, it is rather difficult to pause the quiz and continue later, not being able to revisit earlier questions again.
