> **Pros**: As an Administrator changing user profiles worked well. The faxing system was also rather fluid and did not need much management.

> **Pros**: Active development, responsive to client needs, works as intended and from the IT side, easy to maintain, especially now in the cloud.

> **Cons**: The only mildly negative experience I've had with WorldView was the manual configuration of text files during the transition into the cloud environment, and even that was mild and well supported by the technical team on their side. It was scriptable and easy to resolve, especially with their help.

> I work in the IT support department and do not have formal training on this software, but supporting it has been a breeze and the support team we have have been responsive and attentive to our needs. I can always count on their team when we get stumped.
