About TeamViewer
TeamViewer empowers you to connect to any device to support anyone, any process, or anything — from anywhere, anytime.
The greatest feature is the ease of access to support customers remotely. There was prerequisites to integrate with our existing platform, it was seemless.
It's slow and clunky, often having trouble launching. Their new Web Monitoring product which replaced Monitis is half-baked and missing features, we are unable to use it.

Aveer
TeamViewer user!
Comments: I enjoy it, it is very discreet in helping what you want to show and what you don't want to as it may be company confidential.
Pros:
I am able to share my screen with any field engineers or vendors from a different company to help fix any issues or troubleshooting software or equipment. It can also be used as a remote desktop and can be controlled by others on the conference call. If one requests control you can accept or deny.
Cons:
We are not able to hold meetings as we are troubleshooting issues. We would need to use a different platform or be on a conference call using the phone.

TeamViewer Pros and Cons
Comments: Overall our experience with TeamViewer was great until we had security issues with the company. Aside from the issues with their monetization format, TeamViewer works well.
Pros:
The software was easy to use and set up. When using the software we had no issues. It was responsive and had nice features that allowed us to do remote support to our computers outside of our main office.
Cons:
The main issue with TeamViewer is the way they handle software updates. They lock each major update behind a new pay wall that is not cheap. If you opt not to update like our company did you open yourself up to security issues. Our company ended up getting hacked due to our use of an older version of TeamViewer. We now only use TeamViewer as a backup.

Hi Jacob, We are sorry to hear about the negative experience with TeamViewer. TeamViewer always put Security and Privacy as the top priorities. TeamViewer
Comments: TeamViewer is a powerful and popular remote access and control software. It offers a wide range of features that are very useful for remote work, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. It's easy to use, fast, and secure, and it's available for multiple platforms. It has a user-friendly interface and a simple setup process. Additionally, it offers a free version, and paid plans with additional features and capabilities. However, it may have some limitations such as time restrictions and a lack of some features in the free version, security concerns and connectivity issues, limited support for Linux, the potential for abuse, and potential performance issues if the remote computer is not powerful enough. Overall, TeamViewer is a great option for anyone looking for a robust remote access solution.
Pros:
What I really like and appreciate most using TeamViewer is as follows:Convenient remote access and control: Allows users to easily connect to and control other computers from anywhere in the world.User-friendly interface and simple setup process: Easy to use, making it ideal for both personal and business use.Fast connection speeds and reliable performance: Ensures a stable and seamless remote access experience.Good security: Ensures that data is safe and protected.Robust feature set: Includes screen sharing, file transfer, real-time chat, access controls/permissions, mobile access, and troubleshooting features that allow users to work remotely and collaborate efficiently.Multi-platform support: Available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.Bi-directional file transfer: allows users to transfer files in both directions, from the local computer to the remote computer and vice versa.Drag and drop file transfer: makes it very user-friendly and easy to use.Encryption option: allows users to transfer files securely and protect sensitive information.Cost-effective: TeamViewer offers a free version and paid plans with additional features and capabilities.Great for remote teams: allows multiple users to access the same screen simultaneously, which can be very useful for team collaboration and meetings.
Cons:
I do not appreciate the following aspects of TeamViewer:Limited free version: The free version has some limitations on its usage, such as time restrictions and lack of some features that are only available in the paid plans.Potential security concerns: Some users may be concerned about the security of their data when using remote access software. While TeamViewer has good security measures in place, it's important to be aware of the risks and take steps to protect your data.Potential connectivity issues: Remote access software is dependent on a stable and fast internet connection, if the connection is poor or unreliable it can cause issues with the remote access experience.Limited support for Linux: While TeamViewer is available for Linux, the feature set and capabilities may be more limited compared to the Windows and Mac versions.Potential for abuse: if not properly configured, TeamViewer could potentially be used for unauthorized access to a computer, this is why it's important to set up access controls and permissions properly.Potential for performance issues: If the computer being accessed remotely is not powerful enough, it may slow down the performance of both computers

An In-Depth Look at the Tools and Techniques Used by Professional Designer
Comments: When it comes to using TeamViewer for remote access, there are a number of powerful features that make it a great tool for both personal and professional use. It is easy to set up and use, and the audio and video quality of the app is excellent. Additionally, the app is regularly updated with new features, ensuring that it remains up to date and reliable. Overall, TeamViewer is a great tool for remote access, and I recommend it for anyone needing a reliable and effective remote collaboration tool.
Pros:
As a graphic designer, I have been consistently impressed with TeamViewer's commitment to improvement over the years. With new features being added on a regular basis, the quality of their application has remained top-notch. In a crowded market of similar applications, TeamViewer stands out as the best, providing a stable and reliable performance. Furthermore, TeamViewer's features have been specifically tailored to the needs of graphic designers, making it the perfect choice for creating stunning visuals. With its intuitive user interface, comprehensive feature set, and exceptional customer service, TeamViewer is the perfect choice for any graphic designer.
Cons:
In my opinion, the negative side of the pricing of TeamViewer is something that should be considered when choosing a remote collaboration tool. While TeamViewer is a great tool, it can be costly for those who use it on a regular basis. Additionally, there are some competitors who offer more features at a lower cost.

Excellent Remote Access Tool - TeamViewer Review
Comments: Overall, TeamViewer is an excellent remote access tool that provides a great user experience. It's easy to set up and use, and the connection quality is reliable.
Pros:
TeamViewer is user friendly and easy to set up. Its intuitive interface makes it simple to share your screen with remote colleagues. The quality of the connection is also quite good.
Cons:
TeamViewer is a bit expensive compared to other remote access tools. It also doesn't have a free version, which can be a problem for those on a tight budget.

Team Viewer
Comments: TeamViewer is currently best meeting app which is very easy to use because of it's user-friendly design and simplicity. It has other features which makes it even more useful like it comes with custom group making and community groups. It also has the option to silent the chats and video conferencing options.
Pros:
It is a seamless app with no lags and anyone can use it. It is user-friendly and clean. It helps to maintain a calendar and lets the users create groups which come in handy at times when only a small group of people want to discuss something about the project.
Cons:
Sometimes it takes some time to show any user's status. Another major missing feature is allow only admins where only admins can interact or control the chat. There can be times when the conversation might go out of the way and there is no one to control it.
Ravinder
Fantastic, Remote-control application for windows and mac.
Comments: Overall, I am much happier with the product and its capabilities. I can directly share files to remote device which is a fantastic feature.
Pros:
Team Viewer is one of the best applications to remote-control any device including mobile devices. I really like the User Interface of the application. It is user friendly and very easy to use. My clients who don't have much technical knowledge can also use this easily in first time.
Cons:
Seriously, I have been using this for more than 2 years but still I couldn't find anything that I dislike most about Team Viewer. Although, there are some minor glitches like connection drop or frame drop but that's not a big issue for me.

TeamViewer Review
Pros:
I like the fact that TeamViewer is easy to use and it allows me to access my computers from anywhere in the world. It also has a lot of features and customization options which makes it really powerful. Additionally, I appreciate the security options available which make sure my data is kept safe.
Cons:
The least favorite thing about TeamViewer is the lack of customization options. While the software is easy to use, it doesn't offer much in the way of customizing the user experience.

Remote Desktop that works for you
Comments: I use Teamviewer for remote control when im unable to be at work and also to be able to provide technical support to my fellow staff members at other branches. My experience with Teamviewer is only what i can describe as a delight. Its simplicity and ease of access is undeniably the best in its field. It cannot compare to other remote desktops, Teamviewer stands out as the number one platform to use.
Pros:
Team Viewer is very reliable and easy to use. It is a simple and secure way to connect to computers remotely. I love that i can work from home when need be. I like the fact that it has multiple features to choose from and that you dont have to use many apps as on Teamviewer they are already there. The best feature for me is the unattended access allowing me access immediately at any time of day.
Cons:
The only thing i found least to like is that both station's need to be on the same upgrade level on Teamviewer. You cannot access the one if the other is on a different version of Teamviewer. Also if your internet connection is a bit slow it starts kicking you out at times.

Excellent Remote Assistance Tool that also functions reliably as a remote work tool
Comments: Overall our experience with TeamViewer has been positive. We began using it as a remote assistance tool for our IT department, and when the COVID-19 crisis hit and we suddenly found ourselves needing to provide a number of our office staff with the ability to work remotely TeamViewer helped us seamlessly provide this ability with any major work on the part of our IT department. Over the 2+ years that we've been a paying customer with TeamViewer we have never had any major issues and will continue to do business with them into the foreseeable future.
Pros:
Extremely easy to use at it's most basic levels. When I first started using TeamViewer it was for its quick and reliable ability to provide remote support to a user that only required them to install the program and then provide me with a user ID and password in order to connect with there computer. Our original user case was to access the laptops of employees that were operating outside of our comany's intranet, where we used VNC to provide remote assistance, but eventually we started deploying TeamViewer to all of our computers resulting in our IT team being able to provide assistance from anywhere, but also having a greater awareness of the state of our company's equipment. Thanks to the built in contact list and notes column we no longer need to keep a excel sheet contains all of the computer names, the user that uses the computer, and the software installed on it. Additionally it has made applying updates and ensuring malware protection on all of our devices is up to date extremely simple.
Cons:
The one feature that I feel is most lacking from TeamViewer is a connection health indicator. I've had issues experience slow and unstable connections to TeamViewer and the software itself does not have any tools to help diagnose if the issue is between the remote computer and TeamViewer or the local computer and TeamViewer. Additionally when using TeamViewer with Windows servers occasionally there seems to be a issue where TeamViewer will freeze right after the Windows login page with a message about cannot capture screen due to fast switching users that can only be resolved by logging into the server through a different method and restarting TeamViewer. If you are planning on using TeamViewer as your sole source of server management then this might be a issue.

Comments: In general, it is the remote connection program that I have used the most both in my private life and in my business life. I am very satisfied.
Pros:
My favorite feature is that I can provide an easy and secure connection. And providing the necessary security by giving a password before the connection.
Cons:
The aspect that I like least is that if another user has one of the lower versions of this software, remote connection cannot be established, the versions must be the same, I would like this to be ignored.

Used daily by busy IT team
Comments: Now that a lot of our employees are stuck working from home, we can quickly support them in their PC troubleshooting needs without having to be locally present.
Pros:
We have TeamViewer integrated with Ninja RMM and is heavily used daily to support hundreds of remote users. TeamViewer is rock-solid and does the job every time.
Cons:
It would be nice to improve the client experience when requesting support from a technician. Perhaps being able to send a link via email to the user would assist the lesser technically capable users.

TeamViewer The best
Comments: TeamViewer allows me to earn money without having to travel as a freelancer.
Pros:
TeamViewer is excellent software, as it allows us to transfer files quickly and privately with a high level of security. With TeamViewer, working remotely has become child's play, because you have remote access that allows you to monitor systems, networks, etc... On Windows and Linux. TeamViewer also gives you the possibility to correspond with colleagues during online meetings. The user interface of TeamViewer is also simple for the use of new software. Installations and updates can be carried out without any problems with a single click. When travelling with TeamViewer, you can use your Android devices, making it easy and convenient to be in contact with the target computer. With TeamViewer you can not only share your screen, but also access your entire computer. In short, TeamViewer is an excellent software compatible on mobile and Pc devices.
Cons:
I think it's a good software overall but I find that TeamViewer is very slow when it comes to transferring large files. The other aspect is voice calls really, they are not at their best. The improvement will make a good deal. Finally, without a connection there is no possibility to control or access other devices in our own network.

Easy to use but lacking
Comments: My overall experience with using teamviewer is the ability to quickly remote into a person's PC along with the automatic two factor authentication that is uses where the user gives you a password and ID to log in. It allows me to quickly remote into software using it quick support and diagnosis problems such as error messages and virus/malware infections. Overall it does it's job well and although it lacks certain useful features such as freeze screens and camera capabilities using a mobile device; it still provides solid use for any technicians that quickly need to remote in and assist their client to get back to 100% performance.
Pros:
The most impactful feature regarding this product is the ability to assist others who need help and it is free to use as well for personal use. Teamviewer is a remote software that allows you to remote into another person's software in order to help them and troubleshoot any issues they are experiencing, along with transferring files that may aid in helping you fix their issuen Due to it having a free license option you are able to take it for a test run by choosing the option personal (non-commercial) which gives you the basic functionality like remoting into a person's pc and transferring files, if you purchase licenses than you unlock a few more features.
Cons:
The least thing I liked about this software was the limitations compared to another software called logmein such as the ability to freeze screens, access certain aspects of a computer without needing to remote in like changing the username and password. And the problems that occur when a customer uses a tablet or phone on wireless networks where it takes forever to load which can be expected but also sometime it never loads. The one thing I don't like is the inability to use a person's camera to see what they see for wiring that logmein (rescueme) can do through lens sessions.

A helpful tool for working remotely
Comments: Before the presentation, I had to scramble to operate the terminal on the top floor of the office. It was not a security-restricted area and there was no concept of using a remote desktop connection to do the work, so we had to go there personally. However, with the spread of remote work thanks to Corona and the introduction of this tool, it became possible to work with a remote desktop connection from home or in the office, eliminating the hassle of walking. In addition, it is now possible to work from home, so I believe that work efficiency has improved significantly.
Pros:
It is very convenient because you can operate the remote connection destination terminal through a remote desktop connection between offices or in a homework environment without the hassle of detailed configurations. It is also possible to send files, so it is useful when you want to transfer a local file to a remote connection destination. It also supports smartphone apps, so in an emergency, you can access and respond from your smartphone, which is excellent.
Cons:
Sometimes it is strangely cumbersome, and operations such as clicking are disabled and a restart is required, which is inconvenient. Also, as it is not a cheap service in terms of cost, I think if there are several additional contract plans, the barriers to using the paid version will be reduced.

A solid, but expensive, remote control tool for supporting clients
Comments: TeamViewer was a great solution that allowed us to easily provide support services to our customers. However, the constant need to upgrade, the inability for older versions to talk to newer versions, and the business practices of selling perpetual licenses one day and forcing people into a subscription model the next is not reassuring.
Pros:
When we chose TeamViewer, they offered a great deal for the money, spending money to buy the software license once with no recurring fees. The ability to provide "zero-install" links on our web site to allow customers to get us connected to their systems was a huge plus for a remote support environment. And even better, they were far cheaper than other solutions at the time, like GoToMyPC, LogMeIn, RAdmin, and others for an environment where you needed to support random users around the globe.
Cons:
Sadly, shortly after we bought our expensive, "perpetual, no recurring fees" license and got everything set up, TeamViewer changed the game entirely, switching to a pure subscription model. So, after advertising that our high one-time fee wouldn't require maintenance fees, the new model now requires an annual subscription, and we have been stuck on v12 for the last several years with no ability to get onto a newer version unless we want to spend even more money on the subscription. As other solutions have since arisen (like Zoom) that are far less expensive, we do not feel that we will ever renew our TeamViewer license because of this. Once they turn off the ability for TeamViewer 12 to work (which they have done for older versions already), then we'll simply be removing it from our systems.

Stable remote connections with much more direct communication.
Comments: My overall experience with TeamViewer has been really good, this software has been helping us within my corporate area and also within the other areas of our real estate company, all of our employees are using it to connect remotely when needed, and they also use it to connect with clients remotely, this software is quite useful in this company and helps us to optimize the remote connection. I must admit that the general use of this platform has been really simple, from the first moment I started using it, you will not know how easy it was, and its general interface is quite comfortable to check several remote connections.
Pros:
One of the main things that I like about TeamViewer is that I can connect to another computer without having to go through a complex process, just by having the ID and password of the computer I want to connect to, I can connect immediately. Another thing that I like is that I can modify the video quality and the fluency of the remote connection, TeamViewer has a function to improve the video quality, when using that function the fluency of the remote transmission can be slightly affected, also when I use the function of improving the smoothness of the connection, the video quality may be affected in a certain way. These two functions help TeamViewer to work on high-end and low-end computers. Lastly, I love the streaming audio and real-time chat, I can also connect with the other person via camera while doing the remote connection, that's great.
Cons:
One of the main things that have to improved within this platform is the transfer of files, on several occasions I have tried to transfer files while making a remote connection, the transfer of files takes a long time even though I try to transfer few files simultaneously. Another thing that needs to be improved is that the App for mobile devices is a bit difficult to use, it does not have a zoom button to be able to zoom in on a specific part of the remote connection, and thus be able to operate a computer much more easily.

Its very helpful and amazing to use
Comments: For me it's TeamViewer. I find it much better than Skype for video conferencing. With TeamViewer many people can join in very easily with a access key provided to everyone. Another good feature is that you can control one computer from another so presentations, documents, etc could be edited by a bunch of editors online as they speak, discuss and edit. If you have a question or need clarification/suggestion, leave it in the comments or message me!
Pros:
So many great comments here. For me, I started coding emails, testing in several clients to make sure things didn’t break. Then I was given opportunity to be a PHP developer in the same company. I learned on the job but no one ever taught me about security. Soon, that company folded. When trying to get another PHP job nobody would hire me because of my lack of security knowledge. Then I was hired to do some front end work - mainly HTML, CSS, Javascript (rarely Javascript). That company had layoffs and I soon found myself looking for a job and nobody would hire me because I did not have Angular or React knowledge. My experiences have been pretty much the same through my last 15 years of tech. I’ve learned that unless you just want to spend your life in front of a computer learning the NEW framework or language… you shouldn’t be in tech/software/web. And think of the reward you get… 25 years ago if you knew simple website languages, you could make $100k per year. Now, you have to know so much more and only on rare occasions be paid $120k - $140k…. most times… only $80k. It’s insane! Honestly, if I could go back in time, I’d be a dentist, eye doctor, or build houses. Software is for those who don’t have anything else to do in life except software. A better life is to learn one thing well that does not change too much and gives you free time to be with friends and family.
Cons:
I did it that way, but that was some 45+ years ago. I quit college and never got a degree. It was a difficult path then, and more difficult now. But if you have no other choice then it is the path you will take. If you love programming, then you are (and always will be) a programmer. You will need to have all the answers ahead of everyone else. That means when a new language (like Julia) comes out, you will download it and spend nights programming with it. So that when someone in the office mentions Julia, You whip out your laptop and show them the advantages and disadvantages. It is a lot of time and dedication. But even if you get a degree, you would need to spend that time anyway to become one of the best.

Best Remote Desktop Control Software(TeamViewer)
Comments: Back then, TeamViewer gave me a great deal of convenience in my everyday work. It has a lot of cool features, and I really like it. I've only identified a few disadvantages, but they're minimal in comparison to the positives. Also, the fact that almost everyone in my immediate vicinity is familiar with TeamViewer and the concept made things a lot easier for me. As a freelancer, TeamViewer allows me to earn money without having to travel. We can swiftly support them in their PC problems issues without needing to be physically present now that many of our staff are trapped working from home.
Pros:
TeamViewer includes a lot of screen-sharing features. You can also share files and use the remote control, which is fantastic. The ease with which I can connect from one device to another -remote desktop- is what I enjoy best about TeamViewer. Aside from that, this software supports a wide range of devices, including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, and Linux. I tested TeamViewer on all of these devices and found it to be equally versatile. It's simple to use. Anyone with basic computer abilities may install the client and send you the data you need for remote support in a matter of minutes. Even with a slow internet connection, it functions perfectly. For personal Teamviewer is my first choice.
Cons:
To be honest, I'm not sure I can think of many disadvantages to this product. It has always had a strong following for as long as I can recall. The only criticism I have is that I occasionally have trouble keeping all of my connections in my personal account up to date with the latest version of the software. The remote update tool and alarm notifications are excellent, however, they only notify me when I connect to that particular connection. There is no single area, where I can manage and check that all of my connections are running the same version. Again, not a major issue, just a minor annoyance. The most irritating aspect of the software is the frequent advertisements/pop-ups urging you to update to a newer version. After using TeamViewer, the device screen went black and did not revert to its original wallpaper in some rare situations. Users of the free version are restricted in their use and are unable to try out all of TeamViewer's capabilities. This can be a hindrance to actually purchasing the entire package, given the necessity to try out all of the features before investing. Apart from that, there are no drawbacks to using this software, and I am extremely pleased with it.

Sadaf
One of the better tools for remote support
Comments:
TeamViewer has helped my team work remotely and had added immense value to our work performance since it was almost unheard of to access a computer from home or site. Now it is indeed possible, all thanks to the remote access capability offered by TeamViewer. At a competitive price which is quite affordable for a medium-sized organization, I love the whole idea of using TeamViewer as I can easily access my files, emails, documents from my work PC, especially when I am at site and urgently need to present something to the Client; it has truly been a help during the most critical of times. As a Consultant who needs to be on site more often than not, it has been a reliable partner to locate my files, documents, diagnose software issues if any, conduct an online meeting and collaborate on tasks as well.
I have previously tried a competitor and needless to say, I consider TeamViewer to be the polished one of the lot, with negligible bugs and issues with running the software. Highly recommended tool especially for consultants and businesses.
Pros:
TeamViewer is a revolutionary remote access software that has been our go-to for more than a year. It allows the user to run and work on a computer located elsewhere as if it were right in front the whole time. The application can be used to establish this connection between these two (or more) devices, and every change performed on the local desktop can be updated on the same file in the remote machine seamlessly. This aspect of TeamViewer provides unmatched support especially when you are travelling and need access to your work system immediately. The only catch is that the remote machine should have a working internet connection and must be switched on. Here are a few pointers on how TeamViewer is perfect when compared to its counterparts in the market- - It allows highly organized remote management and is reliable in its approach and functionality. - Can be used to securely access several computers and can connect remotely with colleagues, also useful when connecting to external screens especially for presentations and such team collaboration. - Also available as an app for iPad/tablet: very convenient to use on the go. - Comprises of an easy to use interface; suitable for personal and corporate use. For personal use, TeamViewer is free (unlimited use!) whereas, enterprises and businesses need to have a subscription when using it commercially.
Cons:
Free version users do have restrictions in use wherein they will be unable to try out all features of TeamViewer. This can be a deterrent to actually buying the whole package, considering the need to try out all features before taking the plunge of investing in it. Other than that, there is actually no negative aspect of using this software and I am quite pleased with it.

An extremely useful program that is simple to install and use
Comments: By and large TeamViewer has been an extremely useful program for me, drastically reducing the troubleshooting time frame for a huge number of tickets, and I fully intend to continue to use it into the foreseeable future.
Pros:
As an IT worker one of TeamViewers greatest features is the "quick support". This allows the user to rapidly download and use a single session installation of TeamViewer. In many cases users are not especially skilled with computers and the ease of this installation greatly helps getting access to their machine to troubleshoot. Even with poor internet signal TeamViewer is able to connect with relative stability which is extremely helpful for when connected to a computer across the world with dial up internet. That TeamViewer also automatically attempts to reconnect a good number of times (I think 30? To be honest I have not had to reconnect in such a long time I cannot remember!) is also very helpful as it prevents having to continually log on again. The option to restart the client PC and then automatically reconnect when it has finished booting is extremely useful as well. From a personal perspective I have set a password to allow me to access my computer remotely via TeamViewer - I send a wake from LAN request to it, then use my username/password to remotely access my desktop from my tablet allowing me to perform tasks on my computer from anywhere in the world.
Cons:
From a business perspective where a licence has been brought the only thing I could think about improving would be the allocation of said licence. When logged in a licence is not applied to the computer, instead this has to be done through the management console. Further re-allocating a licence (e.g. a computer is decommissioned and the licence needs to move to the new computer) is also needlessly complex - when I last did this it involved revoking the licence to all computers then re-adding them which seems unnecessary. Also whilst not TeamViewers fault TalkTalk seems to flag it up as dangerous requiring it to be added to the Safe list of the parental controls - unsure if TeamViewer would be able to convince TalkTalk to remove it from this dangerous listing.

More than a remote desktop platform, it is the best experience that exists.
Comments: The main problem that virtual work is achieved, is the stability in communications, many platforms have inconsistencies that become a work problem, thanks to TeamViewer we have reversed that situation, we have achieved a much more stable communication than those offered by the competition , at the same time, we have increased communication channels to the best levels that we thought we had a while ago, it has adapted perfectly to our reality and our capacity to pay, I am pleasantly satisfied.
Pros:
Many things make up my liking for TeamViewer, one of which is the possibility of offering assistance in real time, and without inconveniences, to people who depend on the services offered online. Another factor that I use a lot, is to link the equipment I have thanks to the TeamViewer platform, many times I have forgotten in the computer of each an important file for a business presentation, but thanks to TeamViewer it does not become bigger, just use the links I've given and that's it, I have all the files I need available. In addition, you can use your platform to organize virtual work meetings, in this new working age, work with people who live in Costa Rica and the Netherlands, and thanks to TeamViewer it is easy to organize presentations or video conferences, therefore, it is more than a tool, it's an experience.
Cons:
I am very satisfied with your options and capabilities, I can not describe it negatively because it is surprising, only that the commercial options, in terms of prices, could improve, so entrepreneurs can seek to hire other plans more accessible to their financial reality, without neglecting the quality that have reached in this latest version 14.

A safe and great tool to remotely support your clients (I mean customers)
Comments: To either remotely teach or support end-users, I always recommend TeamViewer. But if you're not making enough money to break even, this adds into your expenses. A great program and superb support!
Pros:
As a developer, teacher and consultant, I have used TeamViewer for quite some time. Here are the main reasons I love this program. 1. It works on Ubuntu - this is my main OS. And most of my remote users are Windows users. Not many programs out there are compatible with Linux AND Windows. So this is a key benefit. 2. It supports both text and voice chat if needed. This is great since some clients are overseas. If not for this, you'll need to use the phone or another app just for that. 3. Very effective use of bandwidth. 4. No ads or nag screens. But if you continue to use it for some time, you'll need to PAY for a license. Fair enough. 5. When it comes to paying, they are ready to customise the pricing for you (although it's not listed on the site). They offered me a discounted package but of course that meant reduced hours of use per month. But I think it's worth it. 6. Transparency - I like the fact that the remote user is fully aware of what is being done, unlike some other programs (eg: logmein) which is Java-based. 7. While on a session you can switch sides - i.e., who sees who's screen. 8. If you have multiple screens you can specify which one you want to be seen. That's great for my work. This helps me to keep the chat window on one screen and see the user's screen on the other.
Cons:
1. The remote user must have the same or compatible version. For sometime I had to insist that my remote users have the same version. If not, sharing is not possible. 2. The nature of certain programs do not allow remote use. For example, some clients use Kaspersky. If they need you to do some checks or settings on it, it's not possible. Kaspersky cannot be accessed remotely. But this is not a flaw of TeamViewer. Rather, it's a security feature of Kaspersky. 3. It's not free. But that's understandable considering the features you get. But then again, it's 'quite free' up to some extent. Not for commercial use.

Teamviewer is very convenient to use
Pros:
TeamViewer is a powerful remote access program that offers users a simple and effective way to connect to and operate devices from a distance. Its ease of use, high level of dependability, and security make it a top choice for both individuals and corporations.TeamViewer's adaptability is one of its strongest features. It is simple to connect to practically any device because it supports a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. Additionally, the software enables a variety of connection methods, including as file sharing, online meetings, and remote control, so users may select the one that best suits their requirements.Incredibly user-friendly, TeamViewer has a simple, clear interface that is simple to use.
Cons:
One of the main issues with TeamViewer is its cost. While the software is free for personal use, its premium versions can be quite expensive, making it less accessible to small businesses and individuals on a budget. Additionally, the licensing model can be confusing, with different features and capabilities being locked behind premium subscriptions.Another potential drawback of TeamViewer is its security. While the software implements robust security measures, there have been reports of security vulnerabilities and data breaches in the past. This may raise concerns for those who are looking to use the software for sensitive or confidential tasks. Finally, some users have reported that TeamViewer can be slow or unreliable, especially over long distances or low-bandwidth connections. This can be a major hindrance for those who need a fast and responsive remote connection. In conclusion, while TeamViewer is a highly capable remote access software, its cost, security concerns, and performance issues may limit its appeal to some users. It's important to weigh these cons against the benefits of the software before making a decision to use it.
