TeamViewer remote support software lets you connect securely to computers, access files and applications, and collaborate.
The greatest feature is the ease of access to support customers remotely. There was prerequisites to integrate with our existing platform, it was seemless.
It's slow and clunky, often having trouble launching. Their new Web Monitoring product which replaced Monitis is half-baked and missing features, we are unable to use it.

Great for customer support!
Comments:
We are using this all the time for support to our customers.
Installed on around 500 clients and using it daily.
Never any problems.
Pros:
It works on every platform. It's fast. Filetransfer works good.
Cons:
Could be easier to share the connections in a team. The connections should be for the whole company or for groups by default, not needed to share from one user to all otehr users.

There are better Remote Access options Now
Comments: Overall the system is OK. setting up remote access is clunky and overly complicated. The billing system sucks and has limited adjustment ability. The support takes probably a week to get back to you and the call center is always bogged down. It is overpriced for our needs. I have tried reaching out to your support. The support has not been helpful nor interested in working to solution. Overall, the support has lagged (sometimes over a week for a response to a simple question). I have an open ticket though today was told that they don't have my payment which posted 3 weeks ago and require a bank statement to rectify. I sent screenshots of my bank statements as the PDF won't be published for 2 weeks due to the timing of the statements and the finance person said well we can't stop it from going to collections as I asked as they were not accepting the screenshots to wait for the PDF. Overall, the "rules" of teamviewer are archaic and you should just search "TeamViewer class action" if you want more information about the issues that people get with them. I am amazed that there is an expectation that a company could hamstring their customer service soo much. It really is sad that a company with a good product has to be soo bad administratively. I am really disappointed. I have been a customer for 4 years. I am "stuck" in a EULA that is not binding in our state but they are playing mean.

Safe, reliable and simple
Comments: Really enjoy the capabilities with this software. The safety of the passcodes is especially nice to have an ensures a safer connection. ITa team was able to fully access our computers and perform any task necessary without needing us to manually assist.
Pros:
TeamViewer has been excellent in providing a safe tool for our IT team to be able to access our computers and perform maintenance, check on issues or update software. I love that you can create a new passcode easily so you can have safer access. It is quick as well which is helpful when the person who needs to access your computer is not within the same location.
Cons:
It can sometimes lag or not connect right away. Minor problem, and sometimes just requires patience. If there are multiple screens to access it can sometimes get tricky.

Solve everything in easy way.
Pros:
This system is really easy to use and i have a really friendly interface & Installation and setup also simple and quick . Anyone can easily get and work on this . Mostly I'm really impressive about the system security because it use Two-Factor Authentication and specifically with encryption. This can be Use in any platform and performance is also really good and its high speed connection. In here we can fully control the device and at same time we can transfer the files easy. This is good for both business and personal use and its free for personal use with some operating systems and also its with reliable purchase plans.
Cons:
Mostly its high cost for the business plans such as beginner business. Main issue is hackers can easily attack the user system with this . Teamviewer is really depending on the internet, some times it will be a issue with the low internet access peoples, it need higher performance and it will slowdown the low end Computers.

Easily support remote computers with Teamviewer
Comments: I’ve been an IT engineer for 20 years and have used TeamViewer for multiple clients, in multiple environments. Connectivity was easy, fast, and secure. Installing the product took just a few minutes on both Windows and Mac computers. Deploying the software to clients is also easy and fairly painless.
Pros:
What I like most about TeamViewer Remote is the ease of connectivity to the target computer. Simply enter the Partner ID of the machine you need to connect to, select Remote Control, then click Connect. A prompt will appear, asking for their TeamViewer password - once that is done, you are connected and remotely controlling the computer.
Cons:
The free version of TeamViewer can disconnect at times and prompt you to purchase the product.

Same as my Pro's and Cons.
I wouldnt stop using Team viewer, i prefer it over other remote support softwares for its ease of use and professional/secure features.
Pros:
Ease of use and setup time. I like the option to have unattended access setup on frequent remote servers that i need to access from my Laptop. Since i tend to move around to different locations for work. Remote access is critical for me
Cons:
I wouldnt really say its a deal breaker, but at first, the installation was a bit lack luster in what options to pick (unattended/restricted access). I had to reinstall the product a few times to get the correct version i wanted but apart from that, its all good. I have come across the black screen bug but i believe that may be a Server issue. But if its a known server issue, i think Teamviewer should add this on their FAQ.

Comments: Using Teamviewer for remote access is easy to use. It is easy to install and not much configuration is needed. Interface is user friendly.
Pros:
It is intuitive and easy to use. It is also more secure compared to other products.
Cons:
The licence is rather expensive. Registration process is quite tedious.

Comments: We design websites, write content, and publish content for our clients. Some clients learn certain procedures using online resources but contact us when they encounter problems. TeamViewer allows us to access their devices and help them at a small fee. Since TeamViewer is easy to use, they are quick to learn and they are usually pleased with our services. It helps us save time and avoid transport costs.
Pros:
I like TeamViewer because of its ability to connect with any device remotely as long as it is installed on both devices and they have a stable internet connection. You only need to share the security ID to stablish instant and secure connection. It gives full control of the device and allows you to perform any task, including downloading and installing software, troubleshooting, or changing the device settings. Therefore, clients can see what you are doing on their computer remotely and can learn how to do it or how to fix a problem if it arises again in the future.
Cons:
Teamviewer slow down the functioning of computers with low processing speed and low storage space. Sometimes the other computer becomes unresponsive and you have to disconnect and reconnect again to restore functioning. You might need to install the latest version on all devices for the best experience.

Fluid remote access solution
Comments:
In general, TeamViewer saves us countless hours in troubleshooting conferences. It also makes sharing files easier and more fluid with the drag-and-drop feature.
Overall it is easy both for setup and usability.
Pros:
We mainly use this software to make things easier for our clients. What I like about it is how easy it is to install and how straightforward it is to maneuver. Also instead of sending files through separate channels, you can simply access through directly on the second device that has permission. It is also available on both Windows and MacOS.
Cons:
Even though their team was very professional in solving some of our technical issues, they replied either very late or completely didn't get back on certain occasions. We had some sessions hung up despite the network being stable on both ends. But I believe these were isolated cases or glitches.

Using team viewer for work
Comments:
I think TeamViewer is excellent software for what it proposes. I use it especially to remotely access other machines and it works excellently.
I can configure machines and applications remotely, as well as transfer files and retrieve files simply.
Pros:
TeamViewer is a useful and practical tool that allows you to access remote machines and work on them as if they were local machines. Sending files to a remote machine and copying files is also quite simple and practical.
Cons:
Something I didn't like is that they changed the old interface to a new one that I didn't really like. Finding the old features was a problem. They should have given the user the possibility to choose between one or more interfaces. But for new users I don't think this will be a problem. I also think that for common, non-commercial users the price should be a little lower.

I I really can't say there's anything that I disliked about TeamViewer remote everything from the two-way Conferenceing to the remote Conferenceing as well as cell phone controls which were great it worked exactly like I thought it would work start to finish.

Team viewer - life saver at an upmarket cost
Pros:
Most impact full feature which is used extensively in my current organization is providing remote access and control upon other user's device and is available upon multiple platforms. It is ease of use and can be operated worldwide for connecting via video conferencing or via Audio or via texting/chatting and can also organize your meeting calendar just on the go.
Cons:
1. Some features that have been introduced recently have minor bugs which needs to be foxed out.2. Quite expensive option out of other related applications providing same services at must less costs/free.

Faster than other software
Comments: It is not as easy to use as the old version. After updating to the new version, many functions are not as easy to find as before.

The King with a Bent Crown
Pros:
Installs easily, clean interface that looks legitimate. Easy to walk people through connecting.
Cons:
About 10 years or so ago there was a security issue that let unauthorized people access machines with teamviewer hosts. Initially the teamviewer people denied that it was a vulnerability and blamed it on weak passwords. Shortly after they admitted it was a vulnerability and had been patched. This is shameful behavior and people deserve better than that.

Customer service for TeamViewer is slow. Users who require assistance using the platform or who have inquiries regarding their subscriptions may run into issues as a result.
