Easy to Use for Admins and Users

Comments: Customer service was terrific from sales to execution. The software was easy to use for both admins and users.

Pros:

Event Mobi was very easy to use and set up for a first time user. It allowed me to update information in real time and eliminate costly printing costs.

Cons:

Would be nice if documents could be batch downloaded by attendees.

Nothing but perfect

Comments: The service team and account managers are excellent. Never had such a quick answer rate in any other software I worked with. Very patient in explaning and also alsways reachable.

Pros:

Very easy to use from an acengy perspective but also from the customer side.

Cons:

There is nothing is dislike about Eventmobi. The design features for the registration page is limited but we knew this going into the program

Seamless Setup & Intuitive Setup

Comments: We have been using EventMobi for our events for the past few years and have found it to be a great alternative to an printed program book and the Q&A feature with the ability to upvote questions has provided get interaction on site

Pros:

Being able to upload information during the set up process including speaker and session information. The ability to export and import information and match different sections based on External ID information made the set up intuitive and easy to use. The personalized schedule also helped our association go paper free during the event and was appreciated by the attendees who used the app throughout the entire event.

Cons:

It would be appreciated if we could have multiple document sessions so we were able to separate out handouts that would be used by specific sessions versus those that are more generalized for the meeting as a whole.

EventMobi for virtual training event

Pros:

Reasonably priced, fairly intuitive to use (end user/attendee)

Cons:

Limited customization — and available customization requires additional fees and/or programming skills, need for multiple apps to present

Great Event App

Comments: Other than some things that can be tweaked the app works great for sharing information with our attendees and keeping track of them. The ability to include profile images is helpful for those attendees the event planners have never met.

Pros:

The ease of use, attendee communication options, and the app is continuously being updated and features modified for efficiency when feedback is shared.

Cons:

Limited options for polling, gamification, and image importing for sessions.

EventMobi hits the mark

Comments: Overall very good. We have decided to go with EventMobi time and again because they are moderately priced and work for our event needs, including badge creation and lead scanning.

Pros:

The customer service is the best in the business. Any questions you have, big or small, they will answer in a very timely manner.

Cons:

Some aspects, such as editing people, company details, locations, agenda details, etc. can be quite manual and tedious.

EventMobi is a partner in Event Sucess

Comments: I will continue to try and work with EventMobi in future. As I named this review, they truly are a partner not just a vendor. I appreciate the entire team from the developers getting the app onto the stores to the team checking in along the way before and even during the event.

Pros:

I felt supported along the entire way. I have used other competitive tools on the market and I felt like I was drowning in FAQ's. Even with a semi-technical background when I needed help I could hop on a chat or give someone a call and get a real response and guidance. They are the best team, you never feel like you will just be given a link to figure it out yourself. EventMobi makes sure you have the support you need.

Cons:

Nothing really. You can get a little overwhelmed about how to set up your widgets and links but if you are worried you can ask them to look at it and give you their advice.

Positive Experience

Comments: I've had a positive experience year over year with EventMobi. The entire team has been a great resource and has been great learning and trying out the new features that are being offered.

Pros:

EventMobi was easy to setup on the backend and provided all the necessary resources to be able to utilize all the features. For attendees, EventMobi has been a great resource before, during, and after the conference. The engagement and interactive features are a great tool. We've been able to offer multiple scavenger hunts and networking challenges on the app, which increases engagement among attendees, speakers, and exhibitors/sponsors.

Cons:

Tried the name badge feature, as we were utilizing the exhibitor lead retrieval, and found that we should have printed through the EventMobi printer option. We also linked RegFox with EventMobi and found their were several glitches during the syncing. Thankfully our support rep was able to assist us through the process.

Environmentally, friendly and easy

Comments: This is my third year using EventMobi For a conference. I saw this to be incredibly easy and efficient because you have all the CONFERENCE information readily available on your device.

Pros:

Environmentally, friendly and holes all the information in one place. Gives more info than a book could have.

Cons:

Connecting to the Wi-Fi of the venue is always a problem

Good platform, great customer service

Comments: We have drastically reduced our paper agenda print outs by using the app for the agenda. This also helps in our last minute changes. We are still looking for increasing the ROI for any sponsors who want to further utilize the app. Any time I have an issue or I'm curious about another event's app, my CSM is more than happy to walk through with me. Love that it is almost always a call instead of a link to a help page.

Pros:

EventMobi's integration with Swoogo is definitely a high point. We also like the basic functionality and look forward to expanding our app for increased use.

Cons:

The "onsite"/ lead capture app should not be a secondary app that my exhibitors have to download in addition to my event app. With the unique identifier for each user, it should be possible to partition the event app to include the lead capture for only those people designated as exhibitors/sponsors.

EventMobi is a helpful and beneficial alternative to paper media and communication at conferences

Comments: The benefits of using EventMobi have been greatly realized at our events as it has cut down on printing costs and time associated with printing, etc. Attendees appreciate having all conference information at their fingertips and prefer to not have to deal with numerous pieces of paper and documents related to the program and gamification.

Pros:

EventMobi allows a lot of diversity with design and capabilities within the software in order to provide a unique mobile app where I am able to provide only the information necessary for my conferences. I like having the ability to use Live Polls, to communicate directly with attendees throughout the conference and to update details during the event to provide the most up-to-date information at all times.

Cons:

There is not one specific location to access all of the live polls. In order to access the live polls, attendees must go to each specific presentation which makes things a bit more difficult if attendees are not following along in their app continuously throughout each day.

Great addition to any events

Comments: It helped us answer all the questions the cusstomer had and communicate the information with them as individuals but as a group as well. It's a must for any company event and we will for sure use it again!

Pros:

I like how easy it was to communicate with everyone at the event, before , during and even after! It was super user friendly and appreciated by everyone!

Cons:

There is not enough caracters allowed in the chat section, we often have to send the message in multiple parts. Would be nice to be able to end longer text.

These guys know their stuff!

Comments: Excellent! The team was there to help us at every twist and turn and had a game plan for every scenario when things changed, even the day of the event.

Pros:

The eventmobi team was extremely professional and friendly and were there for us every step of the way. They eliminated a ton of stress for us and made the daunting task of doing a live-stream so simple.

Cons:

While it is expensive, it is totally worth it if you are going to do a live-streamed event.

EventMobi is very intuitive!

Comments: The software is amazing, but the customer service is beyond amazing! I've done many events in EventMobi for the past two years, and every time I had a question or a glitch, the chat was very responsive. Every single person at the customer service is professional, responsive, friendly and efficient! I would say that customer service is one of EventMobi's biggest strength!

Pros:

Using EventMobi is easy and very intuitive. Everyone can learn how to use it! The interface is colorful, easy to work with and very liked by participants.

Cons:

It is hard to say, I haven't had any bad experience with EventMobi so far.

Comments: We use Eventmobi for a once-a-year one-day conference. We have used it for about 4 years, and it works very well for us.

Pros:

I like the fact that it's easy to configure for a conference, easy to load date into, and it is intuitive for users. Since the last time we used it, Eventmobi added a mobile app that is downloadable from the App Store or Google Play. That made it a lot easier for users compared to previously accessing a web link.

Cons:

There are a few things we wanted to display that were not readily selectable. Some were documented, and others were not. However, Eventmobi support was very responsive and very helpful for those.

Help desk response was sketchy at times. Some of the features were difficult at times to navigate.

Comments: We are very satisfied with the product and the support EventMobi provides. Our participants also really appreciate the software.

Pros:

Easy to use for both users and admins. Continuously improving. Great support.

Cons:

Lacking visual features, such as the possibility to create a pictures gallery. Not possible to create session within session. no chat feature in the companies module.

EventMobi is the only event app I'll use!

Comments: Our clients have come to rely on EventMobi for keeping up-to-date with our event logistics and presentations. And, funny story... a colleague of mine was often complaining that our app needed to be 'improved' - that apps he used at other conferences were 'better'. But he couldn't give me anything objective to work with - his opinions were totally subjective so what could I do? Anyway, turns out the one event that he was always raving about their app switched to EventMobi! :D He still can't give me any objective feedback, but, at least now he realizes that EventMobi IS awesome and all that we need!

Pros:

Eventmobi is very user friendly - from start to finish it's intuitive and easy to use - making changes is also easy - everything is fast and customizable - it's terrific!

Cons:

Although I don't have a basis for comparison, this was the first event app I ever tried, I can't imagine it being improved upon and have no 'con' at all to mention!

Not being able to set overall event time, glitches like outgoing email not personalizing (support team did eventually solve it), formatting of notifications (luckily know a bit of html), having to re-write notifications every time

Using EventMobi is easy and seamless. It's easy to set up events and update when necessary.

Pros:

I have control of the information and I'm able to pre-populate communications for my attendees. It was my first time using the gamification option, the feature did exactly what it was suppose to do, give attendees an opportunity to network and move about the event with ease.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I don't have any cons about this software, as it's a great resource for both small and large events.

Comments: Audience engagement, paperless events, great app

Pros:

Customer service and the development department are always open to suggestions. You get an account rep. You're talking to actual people. They're very responsive on chat and by email or phone.

Cons:

The app is focused on larger events. I wish they would come up with features for one day events of approximately 120 participants. For example the possibility of multiple games/games linked to certain sessions. The possibility of copying an app. Not the content but the formatting... images/color scheme etc.
