They also can integrate with paid ads, but that's not something we use it for. I love that you can see a calendar of upcoming posts so I can see if there are any gaps in our calendar.
The con would be the price. If you are a small business or just starting out, paying for this software would be difficult.

Excellent platform for scheduling posts on social media.
Comments: Sprout Social has effectively facilitated the optimization of our publication workflows and the efficient management of follower engagements across many social media platforms, owing to its comprehensive array of features and tools.
Pros:
I appreciate that the publication process varies depending on the platform, allowing me to better gauge whether or not an image is the wrong size or whether or not I am releasing at the best time of day. It's also great that I don't have to do any extra work to get the reports I pull ready to give to my team members. The Smart Inbox is fantastic since it saves me the trouble of signing into different services just to respond to comments and messages.
Cons:
One thing i don't like about Sprout is that I have to create posts twice if I want them to look different on different platforms. I wish there was a dedicated space on the create screen where I could rework the text specifically for Twitter, condensing it while leaving the rest of the message intact.
It provides perfect management of posts and interactions, creates detailed analytics
Pros:
I love that Sprout Social allows us to keep track of our social media pages’ performance. It’s great that Sprout Social simplifies managing all our accounts from the same page, as we can easily allocate space to collect all interactions from a specific page under its own section. Scheduling posts is very easy, as is rescheduling or canceling posts.
Cons:
In the case of individual subscriptions, logging into the same account from multiple devices becomes difficult, and may require a new verification or password change.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear that Sprout helps you manage all your posts and interactions, and it's great that you've been able to simplify your workflows as well. I understand that logging into the same account can be frustrating, and I will pass your concerns along to our team!
Alternatives Considered:
Expensive, Poor Usability, Questionable ROI, and Terrible Customer Service
Comments: Unfortunately, we ended up regretting our decision to use Sprout Social. It's very expensive. It has poor usability. Advertised features are often behind paywalls. It delivered questionable ROI (our team often preferred working natively in Meta Business Suite). What really put the nail in the coffin for us was the poor customer service. We missed our automatic annual renewal date by a few weeks, and despite wanting to cancel, they insisted we'd have to pay for the full year, whether we used their software or not. To us, that says everything about the company. If you need to trap people into your product, it must not be that good. Buyer beware. There seem to be superior alternatives, that cost less, and are more customer friendly.
Pros:
It has an extensive list of features and integration with all the major social media platforms.
Cons:
It's very expensive, has poor usability, hides advertised features behind paywalls, delivers questionable ROI, and provides terrible customer service.

My experience in the social media with Sprout Social.
Comments: Sprout Social is the best social media management tool for the benefits of the users. I have experienced benefits after benefits.
Pros:
It is valuable to use social media to grow our experiences and skills. I have extracted the best ideas for my career from social media through Sprout Social. Where customer engagement is needed, Sprout Social is the best platform to discuss most this matters. It is generally easy to use. Very affordable with a month of free trial for all.
Cons:
This software is amazing. It is easy to understand and implement to. Nothing challenging.
Social media marketing made easy.
Comments: The software has enabled us to schedule post in advance across all social media channels hustle free.
Pros:
Software efficacy in streamlining content publishing and availability of robust features that enhace strategic decisions making.
Cons:
The product is very reliable compared to other social media marketing tools. No glitches experienced.

We appreciate your review! It's great to hear that your experience has been seamless and that you've been able to streamline your content publishing.

Great…but…
Comments: It’s a great product. I love the features but the price is just an undeniable flaw with the whole thing.
Pros:
Sprout Social's reporting and analytics are great, they have in-depth insights that help refine my social media strategy. The detailed reports are incredibly useful as well. Customer support is another area where it excels. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any issues or questions.
Cons:
The price. It absolutely creates a barrier for smaller businesses in the ”money saving to scale” eras of their business. (Where I currently am)
You NEED Sprout for all social needs!
Comments: I have used Sprout both for personal and professional reasonings and the platform always exceeds my expectations!
Pros:
As a life long social media user and lover, Sprout makes it easy to do task such as social listening, scheduling, and reporting!
Cons:
I really don’t have any negatives about the platform other that the price could be a bit better.
Great data
Comments: Easy to use and helpful analytics for data meetings.
Pros:
I like the incredible statistics and data given for each platform.
Cons:
It is very expensive and I feel like the data is the only difference between sprout and others.

Game Changer for Social Media
Pros:
The best feature of Sprout Social is that you are able to connect multiple social media platforms. I can also set up the user features which keep track of and approve any posts that a user wants to publish to one of our social media platforms.
Cons:
One thing which I little bit dislike about it is its cost s paying extra for features can make overall cost prohibitive as it is really hard for small business owners and individuals.
Great tool, very expensive
Comments: Overall an awesome tool, however there are less expensive options that do very similar things
Pros:
Spout social is a great tool for social media management. There is a lot of versatility for posting and engagement
Cons:
This tool is very expensive, and can be hard to justify for smaller businesses

Makes Social Media Management so Easy!
Comments: It's been a great experience so far. They also have a great support team that you can work with to ensure that you're utilizing all of the platform features as best as you can. For teams who struggle to plan and manage their social accounts, I highly recommend Sprout Social. The platform also can help you uncover trends for future planning too!
Pros:
No one has the time to sit there and individually schedule out social posts so that's where Sprout Social comes into play! We purchased this software to help us plan and manage our organic social media calendar easily. They also can integrate with paid ads, but that's not something we use it for. I love that you can see a calendar of upcoming posts so I can see if there are any gaps in our calendar. Sprout Social also has very robust reporting for each platform and it has allowed me to have deeper insights into how our accounts and posts are doing. It's been a big lifesaver. Prior to this, I would always forget to post so this has made it easier to make a plan!
Cons:
The platform is kind of pricey, especially as you add on more licenses. You can't create any custom reports. However, they have a lot of robust reports so I imagine you don't need to. We haven't needed to yet.

Easily allows for teamwork
Comments: Overall, this is an easy-to-use tool that makes my daily work so much more manageable, and makes teamwork seamless.
Pros:
One of the best features on Sprout is the ability to have multiple users create, review, and publish content. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time on our team. The user interface is really nice and accessible, and the features are all the essentials you would want in a scheduling tool plus some bonus features that I don't use often but are nice to have. Most of all, the reporting tool saves me a tremendous amount of time. It's customizable so you can quickly pull a report for a certain channel and window of time when needed.
Cons:
When drafting content, sometimes it's difficult for tags to load or come through at all, especially with regards to Facebook. I also wish that you could customize the metadata on links in Sprout, with the same functionality of something like Yoast, so that your social person could swap out thumbnails quickly. I do have issues from time to time with what attachments are generated as well; depending on the order in which you insert links into the draft, it will pull different attachments. Sometimes you have to delete and re-insert links in the draft to get the right attachment. It would be better if Sprout added a section to choose the link you want to attach.

The Best Social Media Scheduling Platform Hands Down
Comments: We love Sprout Social and highly recommend it to others. We've used other scheduling platforms, and nothing has come close to being able to handle our needs the way Sprout Social can.
Pros:
Our team has used a variety of social media scheduling platforms, including Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and others, and Sprout Social is by far our favorite for many reasons. • As an agency with hundreds of profiles, Sprout Social makes multiple account management a breeze. • The scheduling browser is very easy to use. • It offers ideal posting times to help you optimize reach and engagement. • It offers a birdseye view of the month. (One of our pain points with Hootsuite was that this was not an option.) There are also many features that those who work with social media every day can appreciate that the average user might not, such as: • The option to schedule and create a new post without having to click into a new window each time. • The ability to download reports by platform and specific date easily and quickly. • The option to view data which allows you to see which content is performing the best.
Cons:
I won't beat around the bush. It's pricey. Very pricey. If you're a freelancer or not using social media daily, it may not be worth the investment. If you're an agency working with multiple clients or if social media is part of your daily routine, a scheduling software that offers everything Sprout Social offers is well worth it.
Good tool, but need to keep an eye on it
Comments: Overall, Sprout Social is a great tool, but it shouldn't be used in a way that ignores your physical social media pages. It is important to continue to monitor those pages, check how posts pull through as the end product, etc.
Pros:
The best part of Sprout Social is the ability to preview your social media posts. These previews allow you to see if a photo will crop properly or if it will crop in a weird way, and they allow you to adjust text so it best fits the page. It is also great that you can schedule posts to multiple sites, plan ahead, and easily duplicate posts.
Cons:
While the post previews are a great tool, sometimes they are deceptive, especially with Twitter. Most of my posts to twitter end up looking different in the final post, as preview photos are not always pulled through. Additionally, if you make adjustments to the photo or crop in Sprout Social, it is important to double check that they actually apply on the back end.
Happy User
Comments: I've used Sprout Social across multiple jobs and have always been happy with the product and their team.
Pros:
Sprout Social is one of the best products for social media management and reporting because they have strong relationships with social media platforms. I've worked with other products in the past that constantly had disruptions due to the platform APIs.
Cons:
I wish they had access to more data (e.g. Instagram Reels, organic-only performance) , but it's an API limitation.
Thought this software was great, turns out we had many problems
Comments: When we started using we had very high hopes for how this program would work and make our daily office work more efficient, however, we have spent significant time correcting failed posts and disconnects. Unfortunately, we have had to go back to posting natively.
Pros:
Overall, Sprout Social is easy to use and easy to learn. It is organized in a way that is easy to navigate.
Cons:
The sales team is great at answering questions and making the sale. After the sale has been made it is difficult to receive timely responses and feedback. There are no exceptions for ending service with them, except for referring a new customer and having them sign up.
Easy to use, and you're going to pay for it...
Pros:
The system is friendly and easy to use. Integrations are great and support if fast and efficient.
Cons:
You cannot monitor all comments across some platforms. Plus, the pricing is tough for small business and nonprofits.
Heavy weight
Comments: Customer service is great, product is good and I like the employee advocacy element.
Pros:
Scheduling made easy, with lots of extras. Itis visually appealing and easy to categorise and add in imagery with a direct link to Canva etc.
Cons:
There are some basic functions like being able to repeat evergreen content that are missing. Ths is quite frustrating.

Sprout gives us a competitive edge.
Comments: Currently, our marketing department is utilizing the Sprout platform for real-time scheduling, planning, and analysis of our social media presence. Sprout has provided my team with advanced insights into brand conversations across multiple digital spaces.
Pros:
I am thrilled with the significant impact that Sprout's collection of analytic tools has had on our social media operations. In particular, having access to key social media engagement metrics has eliminated the guesswork from our social media strategy by simplifying the measurement of the most critical metrics, providing complete oversight of every social media profile linked to our account, and facilitating quick comparisons between our social media performance and that of our top competitors using historical data filtering.
Cons:
Occasionally, I have faced minor challenges when attempting to tag company names and locate users directly from the Sprout interface. This bug has been observed solely while engaging with the LinkedIn social space through Sprout.
Great Software! Perfect for collaboration between teams
Pros:
Easy to learn and become fluent in each area of the program
Cons:
No issues with it other than it initially didn't work well with scheduling Twitter posts.
Best customer service in this category, hands down. Big win with launch of listening product.
Comments: People seek out social media software primarily for automation. But that doesn't solve the workflow and analytics issues that social media and community managers face. Sprout enables us to load content and art into the automation platform as drafts, submit for approval and then automate posting. We also need a competitive edge as an agency, and using this software with the ability to provide more robust analytics than what is provided in the native platforms is a huge win. The biggest improvement we've seen to social media tools in general came from the launch of the social listening tool. However, the pricing model is hindering us from being able to use it. Big bummer. And it can be fixed. We hope you will consider applying the agency model pricing structure that exists for all other functionalities to this particular function. It's essential for us to be able to incorporate it into our new biz process and the current cost structure is preventing us from doing so. Please help!
Pros:
The agency model sold us. Big win to invite larger groups rather than paying by the "seat" as previous models and other services demand. The approval process and analytics go beyond what is available in the native platforms which is essential for business use. The social listening is what we've been waiting for--and will be instrumental in our relationship moving forward. With that said, there is a caveat, listed below.
Cons:
The social listening is amazing. However, the sales model is seriously flawed. Our clients will not pay every month for each social listener. Moreover, our agency needs to use this as a way to earn new business. We have many pitches in process at any time and it's not feasible for us to pay every month per listener. As such, this amazing service is not available to us on the scale it needs to be. Please come up with a better pricing model so we can use and sell this service. As it stands now, only the really big agencies will be able to afford it. You need the mid-sized agencies like us (about 50 employees). Just like the agency model sold us by not having to pay by the seat, we can't pay per listener. If you made that available to us, say 3 listeners per client in our agency model, that would be a win. It would limit the number so you could up-sell in those cases where big companies want to listen for a lot of different indicators, but it wouldn't prohibit the broader use of the tool for the masses--which will drive significant growth. Additionally, this is a huge differentiator for your business. If you make it out of reach for most clients, you loose your edge. Help us. Help yourselves. Give us this tool! And give it to us in a way that our clients will pay for it.
Bom
Pros:
It is a very good and practical software, I carry out my marketing very easily
Cons:
Some bugs really get in the way o procedimento
Efficient way to post social content
Comments: The need to be able to schedule future posts across all platforms
Pros:
It saves us so much time to be able to have one post posted across multiple platforms. It was a real time suck to need to login to multiple platforms, paste copy, upload images, and post. It is alos great to have all analytics in one single place.
Cons:
I do wish you could use the same post and schedule different times per platform. I also wish it would automatically resize images for the different platform specifications.
Effortless pre-publishing and superb social media analytics
Comments: Since subscribing to Sprout in the past 3-4 years, I have been able to grow my business due to the ease of reporting to clients. A big thank you from me as a small business owner.
Pros:
I am not a data person so need to see analytics in an easy to read and understand format. Sprout does this superbly in a a visual way.
Cons:
None to be honest. I am happy with the functionality of the software and what it does for my small business.

Sprout Social, creates, measures, and analyzes social networks
Comments: All the tools it has are very useful, the customer service is good and it doesn't take long to respond, it's something remarkable since other similar platforms have very slow customer service. Its interface is intuitive, the menu is simple and the statistics are presented with easy-to-read graphs.
Pros:
Sprout social It is a platform with many functions you can publish content from social networks, create engagement and above all see a detailed analysis of the statistics of your social networks, Sprout social is a platform that has come a long way, it is a combination of content manager and a tool data intelligence, you can see a clear picture of how your company's social media growth is, the number of fans, likes, comments, and sentiment analysis what it does through comments and certain keywords today with which it determines if it is positive or negative.
Cons:
They need to add one of the main social networks, YouTube, many analyzes of all the users who are there are lost. Tik tok in my opinion is not well integrated, it lacks better synchronization with the posts, as well as with Instagram stories. And their prices are expensive compared to other social media management and analytics platforms.
