Excellent billing system
Comments: Usually Xifin customer service can resolve issues pretty quickly but overall the system is great. It gets the claims processed and sent to payers fast and also it’s very easy to patient bill with.
Pros:
Xifin is a system where you can use for all of your daily job duties regarding medical billing. It is very easy to use. It is very user-friendly.
Cons:
It does tend to freeze, maybe once every couple weeks, and when the system is down, it’s impossible to do any work because that is the sole system I rely on.

Pros:
Xifin is intuitive for our staff to use for their day to day billing processes. The learning curve is reasonable, and staff are comfortable navigating throughout the software.
Cons:
The reporting components of Xifin can be tricky to interpret, since they use the same headings for different variables, which can be misleading. Customer support is usually slow to respond, and their responses are usually lacking in clarity and completeness.
