Great customer service

Comments: It's great to use it and the customer service is always brilliant.

Pros:

It's easy to use, and always works fine!

Cons:

It's not intuitive as it seems when it comes to the facilities feature. But apart from that is good!

Comments: Good for the purpose we are using, but very difficult to integrate other administrative services. You need multiple softwares to do an HR admin.

Pros:

A relatively easy to use employee management and scheduling solution for a reasonable price. Ideal for small remote teams and for office environment.

Cons:

Outdated platform design, some features are challenging to use. It is costly to use for multiple departments of the same company. No API connection to my understanding and no mobile access which makes it impossible to adapt in non-office like environment. Some reporting features missing, others are not useful for remote operations.

Payroll is now a breeze!

Comments: Really straight forward and easy. All our employees can easily use the app

Pros:

Has completely simplified our employee time keeping and makes doing payroll at the end of the month incredibly simple

Cons:

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

Comments: We have been using fms for 4+ years and dont have any plan of stopping.

Easy Access and Implementation

Comments: we found find my shift to be an easy tool to implement that makes not just staff but payroll easier

Pros:

we like the fact that find my shift is easy access to all our staff. even those that aren't tech savvy

Cons:

there's nothing to much to complain about, only the viewing format on entering shifts from department view to staff view

Comments: Great product minimum issues, but UI is old and new features non existant.

Pros:

Familiarity, solves 80% of my issues. We use time clock, scheduling, time off management, and some basic reporting.

Cons:

No regular updates, we have been on this system for 4 years and now it has started to look old compared to more contemporary softwares.

Comments: it is a bit of a learning curve, but once you dig through through the options and configure it to meet your requirements it feels great.

It has push notifications for shifts and a downloadable app.

Cons:

i find it a little costly to be honest so I would consider other options.

Simple and easy to use.

Comments: Easy to use, would make my role easier if the normal weekly shifts could be saved and input automatically when selected.

Stick with it, it gets better

Comments: It's not the best rota software I have used, but for the price, its really good value for money.
The back end is complicated and difficult to get your head around, but once you do, you can truly use it as a one stop shop for everything. The front end for the user is wonderfully simple.

Pros:

The mobile app simplicity really was key for us. We are a museum who work with a large number of volunteers, many of whom aren't computer literate and don't use their phones for anything other than calls or texts. We had to ensure that they could access the schedules easily and understand them The messaging system is a lovely surprise and works well - as does the notice board. We also like its flexibility to store extra facts and info, so over time it has changed from being just our scheduling software to our HR hub, with all our staffing information (vehicle info, references etc) and policies and procedures stored alongside our weekly team updates.

Cons:

Some of the menus and reports are unnecessarily complicated with way too many options. Some of the office staff have struggle to gain access to the information they need. The reporting side is clumsy and difficult to use. Some really simple, obvious changes can make a big difference but these changes don't seem to be being considered in any software changes to the program. For example, when looking on the mobile app, shifts are listed by the alphabetical order of first names rather than the actual times (or even the area!) of the shift. This is pretty ludicrous for a scheduling program.

Great Planning and Communication tool

Comments: Overall I am very happy with the platform and it is a very good communication and planning tool, in relation to work scheduling.

Pros:

I think it is a great platform for scheduling work and projects in advance and providing that information to the team/crew. It is also great for checking back and reviewing time spent on each project, and it is great for recording Employee days off in advance and reviewing them when necessary.

Cons:

Overall it is a great platform, I think it would be useful to have a parallel surface for admin to schedule the work in advance and add project notes. This data can then be reviewed and finalised before it is available to the Employees to view on their own device.

Integrating it into my business was super easy and fast. And the report on hrs of operation makes for better time management

The payment process is a bit different compared to established recurring billing for repeat customers

Instant Staff Scheduling for all in a single platform

Pros:

Everyone can access his or her rosters in real time. Ability to request changes and apply leaves as well as supervisors to plan staff scheduling.

Cons:

The initial setup is a bit confusing when understanding of the rota and timesheets. Work efficiency will be increased once get familiar with the UI and logic.

Fast and easy rostering for the Health and Social Care industry!

Comments: Findmyshift is an easy to use rota system for us, we have a very busy and changing workforce with multiple facilities where our staff can work and we were worried about having a difficult system that wasn't easy for our administrators to use or the staff to access however findmyshift ticks all the boxes! We are able to quickly rota our staff on in various facilities, send them immediate notification to confirm their shift and then pull reports for payroll and other purposes. Staff can also add their availability on and everything works amazingly! The support team have always been on hand to help where we have needed them - I'd highly recommend the system to others!

Pros:

It's so easy to use and very tech friendly to explain to our staff. The online rota is so easy to set up and make changes to and then sends immediate notifications to the employee.

Cons:

Nothing - honestly the system is a breeze it has all the features we need and just works very well.

It is very easy to use and the reminders prevent staff not turning up

Cons:

The cost, its good how flexible it is but to go from zero cost to an extra bill of over £200 a year is obviously not preferable

Great for busy employers

Comments: This is a great tool to help with day to day task of scheduling staff, it does exactly what I wanted and staff are able to request holidays and see their shifts easily

Staff are able to see their shifts, no print out of rota's required Being able to repeat weekly rota's without having to repeat typing

Cons:

That staff are not able to make changes to their shifts or see that other staff are on holiday
