Cons:

Comments: I have been using bitrix24 for the past one year and I can bold say it's the best.
With a wide range of features, bitrix24 delivers excellence across its features including and not limited to, Time management, project managements, file managements, reports, Conference meetings, Client managements, website managements, Team Management and a whole lot more

Pros:

Bitrix24 is an all-inclusive workspace software. Most interesting feature for me is CRM

Cons:

nothing to dislike about bitrix.24 it surpasses all other related software

Comments: We developed Bitrix24 in our company, we adapt it to our process, it was a seamless implementation process because Bitrix is very flexible. We managed to sale 35% more in the first year, thanks to this platform.

Pros:

Flexibility, adaptability, it has a lot of tools and a strong api directory.

Cons:

It does not have multiple steps automated campaigns.

Comments: The overall experience was good. I use it quite a lot, but it leaves me wanting more. Some basic functionalities, such as visibility settings, role management, and profile handling, are crucial and contribute to this feeling of not enough.

Pros:

No limitations on adding more steps or status to the pipeline. Others CRM dont allow you to add more that 8 or 9 steps. Free Plan available which is perfect for small Business

Cons:

Lots of basics options are blocked on free plan. For example for basic functionalities like basic roles and profile customizations, role customization.

Best business process software

Comments: My experience is really good. i think bitrix is the best CRM in the market

Pros:

It is a complete website like social media of a company where there is a feeds where you can see all the announcements of the company and CRM with different workflows you can edit.

Cons:

it is a bit expensive compare to other CRMs.

Comments: great, ive been using it for years. ive tried a whole bunch of others, trello, asana, clickup, basecamp etc etc....

Pros:

all in one platform , we started with our business unit that is a marketing agency and will gradually expand its use to our business units.

Cons:

hoping for more integration with other platforms like APOLLO , or platforms for marketing, sales and data.

Comments: Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.

Pros:

Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.

Much done, but still much to improve

Comments: I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas. The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first. At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).

Pros:

Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.

Cons:

Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work. Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack). No autosave in tasks. Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

Comments: I use both the paid and free versions of Bitrix. For our company, we use the paid version, which offers very helpful and convenient automation features. My client uses the free version. Even though she is Korean and not fluent in English, I was able to teach her the basics of using Bitrix.

Pros:

It is very easy to use. Very user-friendly. I have already recommended it to my client who is a tattoo artist. And this is what we are not using to manage her customers.

Cons:

The desktop version, I don't know if it was me, I can't seem to find the CRM portion.

One of the perfect

Comments: We are a team of 4 people, which is in different location and country. We chose Bitrix for its simplicity, multi-language and are used on android.

Pros:

There are a maximum of options with an easy to use interface.

Cons:

What I like about plsu is the application on android. I did not find an application that has other resemblance with the web version.

Comments: The overall experience is going well with us and with our clients.
Some minor changes might give us more flexibility with the clients.
Like TikTok integration , ability to connect more than 1 Meta ad account with Bitrix24.
Also in the automation part , if we can add some more tools to deal with the product section it will be better.
And thanks for your efforts!

Pros:

The on premise version and the customization of it.

Cons:

It doesn't support connecting more than 1 ad account on Meta and UTM parameters are not being sent from Meta to Bitrix24

Comments: Proven game changer tool for empowering team meetings to be more productive and professional.

Pros:

I liked Britrix24 due to its simplicity, flexibility and power. It gives a clear view of who's doing what and what needs to get done. It keeps tasks in order, deadlines on track and team members aligned.

Cons:

It is not desirable that changing pertinent information in the application can only be done by me as the administrator, this delayed most my work.

All-in-one Management Tool

Comments: Overall, Bitrix24 did everything that our team needed, communication tool, time management, task management, leaves, etc.

Pros:

I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.

Cons:

Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

Comments: Overall, It's a great telemarketing service provider, I like it because it's not only limited to telemarketing but offers a variety of other services -It could be even more amazing if some improvements are made in sectors with poor performance and I might probably consider using it again in the future.

Pros:

Bitrix24 is one of the best telemarketing tools that I've used so far, despite a few drawbacks, I still recommend its services for the following reasons: -It's an integrated platform that provides a comprehensive set of telemarketing features like CRM, project management, and collaboration which are ideal for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity all in one place. -It endorses team collaboration and improves teamwork. -It's cost-effective and I find it to be far way more affordable than some competitors - It provides a great customer support. Bitix24 has dedicated support teams spread out across various countries including my country- a great way to serve customers.

Cons:

Negative remarks with Bitrix24 are : -Call volume is limited. There are limitations in the number of concurrent calls that can be handled which tremendously affects operations that require high-volume calls. For instance, we are used to making at least 700 phone calls daily. -There is limited customization -Call quality and reliability are highly affected by unstable internet connection, an issue we face in our country. Sometimes you're on the phone with a client and suddenly, you'll lose them due to network instability -It's mainly because of this factor that we had to switch to a different service provider.

Pros:

What I love most about Bitrix24 is that we only need one system to handle everything! I don't need 3 separate systems for accounting, CRM, task management- I only need just this one.

Cons:

I've had plenty of time working with Bitrix24 to test out it's performance and it hasn't let us down! I have no dislikes.

Worth Considering If Your After a CRM

Pros:

Bitrix24 has a ton of features without being to overwhelming. If your after a CRM its worthing spending a bit of time with Bitrix and compare it to other products. I prefer it to Hubspot. It also has many other features including task management, a website builder, worktime tracking plus many more!

Cons:

I dislike in their marketing they use the term "Replaces all your current SaaS solutions" how do they know this they dont know what Saas programs I use. Its likely it could replace quite a few but not all of them.

Tried it, moved on...

Comments: Beginning was great, but that's it - after using it for a while I realized it is not a good fit for my organization

Pros:

At first glance- Bitrix24 looks fresh, smart, and inviting. The pricing was reasonable.

Cons:

After starting using it I realized it was not as smooth as I thought. Many back-office issues, settings are sometimes a mess and pricing went up after a year. I also had privacy concerns.
